Great stay just need a notice as you walk in explaining where rooms are ie upstairs via the lift

This hotel was like none other. I'm glad I didn't rely on the street view from Google Maps because it shows the Hotel in various states of its build. I can assure you it is not only finished, but finished to a very high standard. The room was very modern and fresh, beautifully presented and many amenities were supplied to make my stay comfortable. Although the building is 'unmanned' I received support to a query I had in a reasonable time frame and my problem was resolved. Thanks for a great night!

If I could give 100 stars I would. Our experience of dealing with staff at the hotel was exceptional. Access was flawless and room quality was excellent. and soooo stylish. It’s my new go to hotel on Bham - sadly for us it will become so popular as a superb boutique hotel we may never get back in. Thank you for such an enjoyable experience.

Really surprised with the room to be honest. The room was very clean and the bed was so comfy. Even the bathroom and shower soap was a very an high Quality Expensive brand. To be honest, I’ve stayed in 5 star hotels worse than this one. Highly recommended. Cheers
