The staff here are friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this place.

After waiting in the queue of uber take aways I eventually got served to this absolute insult of a sandwich. There was barely any filling but was cunningly packed with everything to the front of the packaging to fool the hungry customer. Well done Gregory you got me, but you won't get me again as I won't be using any of your grubby little franchisees again . Very disappointed 0 stars !

I visited earlier this week - 2 deaf people were in front of me in the queue - there was a particular situation where the lady behind the counter was trying to explain that the coca cola can would cost the same as the bottle. She managed the situation really well in a gentle, patient and kind manner and I could tell they were happy with how she looked after them. You are a credit to Greggs and I'll definitely visit more because of you. Well done

Very disappointed with the service from here with poor Customer Service!! Wouldn't come anymore in here as they messed with my order and then talking to me with arrogance and had to show them the Receipt again for couple of times to see that I did not receive what I ordered, very disappointed. Inside is also very dirty, tables not being cleaned with lots of rubbish on them and around the table. Food on the floor, this is just horrendous!

Even when quiet there's a good five minute wait to be served. Without fail whenever I've visited there's been some sort of argument based around a manager telling off a staff member in front of customers. Poor professionalism on the manager's part.

Had the most amazing breakfast there, coffee is okay by my standards. Place is clean and tidy with a nice outside seating area. The service was good, staff were friendly and helpful. All in all one of the best greggs I’ve been too. Will go again.

Ugh, this Gregg's has the loveliest staff. I've just moved to the area and visited the Gregg's after a long day a few times, and the staff's Customer Service and friendliness is appreciated and valued! The young lady Alema (?) on the tills at about 5.40pm this afternoon has a few times served me and shown great upselling and customer service.

This store is always busy, with customers regularly waiting outside to be served. Staff are professional and serve you quickly, but still making time for polite conversation. The stores prices can be a little higher than other cafe's / sandwich bars in the area.

They meet the Greggs standard: quick service, tasty food, decent prices. They usually have a table or two outside, but because there's nowhere to sit inside everybody moves on a bit quicker and it's rarely crowded. Just a nice easy stop to pick up a coffee and carry on with your shopping. I like it.

Ordered two coffees today. Very rude staff. They completed the order then left it at another counter without telling us. Then eventually another staff member asked after 5 minutes of us waiting and after serving other customers, whether I was being served and couldn’t understand what I was saying, then they pointed at the counter, and not even one apology. Don’t just make the order and simply leave it somewhere else and not even tell the customer. Understand busy times but it only happened to us. Maybe they are also racist towards minorities. Terrible customer service. Go somewhere else.

Eveytime I come here there's always a queue whether long or short, your waiting atleast 10-15 mins before you even ask for your food, not quick service, they have 2 tills but always only one person serving, they need to hire more staff or get faster servers

Scrum diddily umptuous. Want a coffee and a treat. This is the place that can't be beat. It's one of a kind. I want to eat here all the time. Mocha Coffee, Hazelnut Hot Chocolate, and All pastries

Went for a breakfast bap only to be told we have none. What kind of place doesn't make sure they have one of their core products in place. Unprofessional

I love Greggs, but Igotta stop buying doughnuts. I wish I didn't like doughnuts, but I guess not everything is possible. Hard to buy anything under 100 kcal. Not a great shop for determined weight lossers.

Food is good, service not so. Had to repeat my order twice and still got it wrong then slagging me off to a colleague while I'm standing there. Some people need to turn the volume up when they come in here? Fine, just won't come in here

I tried cheese and onion pasty few different greggs in Birmingham and they dont taste right. I dont knw if they changed the recipe or taste so disgusting.

Took my friend here and he as a vegan has to watch what he eats I’m guessing it should be common for greggs to encounter this sort of situation however after he explained what he wanted and even still given a sausage bean melt after asking very specifically for something not containing meat Seats was very dirty table was filthy honestly yeah Greggs doesn’t hire the best and it really shows
