Great shopping center. This shopping center is usually very clean and they are very good with local covid restrictions with requiring to wear a mask and having a two meter distanced queueing system which works very well. Its also has a one way walking system which not many people follow but it is not really enforced. There is a ok selection of shops but a shame to see M and S as that was one of the bigger shops. There is plenty of electronic shops such as stormfront(Apple), EE, Vodaphone, O2, GAME and CEX. There are plenty of other shops. I would highly recommend this shopping center to most people. Overall great experience.

More shops closed than open, can't see the point of putting decals in the windows showing what could be here. Need to sort out parking charges and encourage custom. No parking charge at Tamworth out of town and it has all the shops you want including M&S and Next.

What a shame, I have lived in Sutton most of my life and have seen the slow demise of the shopping centre. So many empty units, its like a ghost town. The positives are, the parking in the centre is good and very reasonably priced. The mobility facilities are good with a designated blue badge area. Free wheelchairs are also offered for use in the centre too. Still worth a visit but Sutton is greatly overshadowed by Solihull centre and Tamworth retail park.

I have not ventured here for a good few years. Unfortunately, like many high streets, it's littered with numerous empty properties. Needs regeneration urgently. Carparking reasonable.

This centre has certainly seen better days. There are quite a few shops boarded up and there was just a general feeling of depression there. I was a frequent shopper there when it first opened and it has declined a great deal in the meantime. Would certainly not make an effort to go again.

Very nice but a lot of shops closed down not like l remember it. Popped to Timpsons with my watch to see how much to get it fixed. Thev'e got to send it away to be fixed. But only £1.50 to park for 2 hours.

A practical place and in most areas its under covers. There is a carpark and public toilets decent opening hours a taxi office and buses immediately next to the centre.

Haven't seen this place in more than thirty years, it was sad, and an almost empty shopping area. Well done Birmingham City Council, you finally finished off Sutton Coldfield. I doubt I'll ever return, nor want too. Same as how I feel about Birmingham City.

A lovely shopping centre with some shops and nice coffee places. It's right in Sutron Coldfield 's centre, easily accessible by public transport (bus and train). In this shopping centre you can find a gym, banks, clothes shop like H&M, jewellery stores, Aldi, Pound land, Costa coffee store and much more.

Terrible to see this area looking so sad. I can't help thinking back to Sutton when I visited with my Mom it was a lovely place. Even the early years of redevelopment was not bad. I found the visit absolutely depressing.

Really isn't what it used to be anymore. Businesses closed Amy old shop opening up and the closing. Really is just only any good if you want a coffee as it has a myriad of coffee shops

A pretty decent shopping center is just very spread out and open so it's wet and windy walking between shops especially in the winter. But it's neat and tidy and has a wide variety of shops, restaurants and coffee shops.

Royal Sutton Coldfield's town centre is dismal. Many of the shops have been closed down as the main brutalist style Gracechurch Centre has been sold to a new owner, the only big store left is House of Fraser which does have a great coffee shop. Sutton has lost its heart and its character. Sadly, it has been like this for years.

Good on site parking, best to get there early though to get a good parking spot, prices reasonable. Centre itself has some good and varied shops. Plenty of cafes available too.

Sutton's not what it used to be, however the Gracechurch shopping centre is just as good as it's always been. There's the House of Fraser where we bought some men's suits at really good prices ( I was very surprised at the bargain we got!) They have a jacket potato shop that sells the best jacket potatoes in the world they have phatface.... I mean there's just so much here!!! Was pleasantly surprised.

Very poor. No decent shops open. Mainly coffee shops doing any business. Artifical Christmas tree. Awful. Random Elves and characters shaking buckets for money at the passers-by. Raining and miserable.

It's a fairly large shopping complex but is lacking a major department store pretty much in the same way Solihull has missed the Marks and Spencer factor it's exactly the same here.lots of mobile phone companies, eating places and a few novelty stores.could with something like a big new Primark to liven the place up.Needs some investment for sure.

It's my local shopping area, still has some good shops, however really needs some cash injected , hopefully now Gracechurch centre has been sold it will be updated and bring in more shops, looking quite sad and neglected these days

Well kept with a decent aray of shops, cafés, coffee shops & bars. Several vacant shops however. Convenient public transport with multiple bus stops right amongst the shopping center & train station very near by. Decent car parks around too.

This place is so depressing. Not much choice and most shopping units are shut down. It's used to be a very vibrant shopping centre but not anymore. Better off going into Birmingham for your shopping.

Typical shopping centre with good selection of shops Batman catch was there on the day promoting the film

I love House of Fraser but suddenly they have decided to put designer clothes in on the second floor abd prices are so high no one can afford the prices . As a pensioner I cannot afford clothes that price . We could do with M&S back and possibly a Primarks where BHS was that will bring some customers to Sutton . The rent is ridiculously high apart from Fat Face and Clarke’s and H&M we have nothing in Gracechurch . A big Next would be nice too where BHS was . Some quality shops like Solihull !

Great carpark, great parent & child parking (£1 for a year to park on that level, really worth it to have the extra space), friendly carpark staff. Shopping centre has some good shops but quite a few are empty, easy access to B&M, Aldi, TK Maxx. Easiest Barclays bank to access since Tamworth closed down in November 2022.

Pity so many shops have gone. But we still managed to enjoy our time there. We ate at TJ Fridays had really lovey meal and drink, then managed to get what we needed whilst shopping,we will go again.

Grace church still has a lot to offer despite suffering from Covid 19 lockdown, which saw the closure of M&S Monsoon, Laura Ashley and Next. There are some lovely coffee lounges, restaurants and a Market on Saturdays selling jewellery, food etc., I would still rather browse the shops than search online. So I will continue to shop here and support local business.

Like most shopping centres gaps where shops used to be. Seems endemic in the UK now. Overall, good shops of those that are left. Good toilet facilities and plenty of visible security in the centre too.

Nothing say more about the decline of the high street than this place. Once full with shops it is now scattered with closed down shops and empty units. It is well kept and clean and is looked after. The only reason I walk through here is to visit the Sports Direct store still in operation. It's sad but people just aren't shopping on the high street that often anymore.

I know it's a Saturday but everywhere except Sports Direct and Gregg's all locked and bolted by 5:00pm on the dot, really?? Luckily for me it was clothing I was after and Sports Direct had some suitable shirts for office or casual. And then I wandered around the deserted shopping centre munching on a Gregg's sausage roll PMSL At least I got what I wanted 😅

Visited with the grandkids as the Transformers were appearing. Lots of closed shops and not much choice. This centre needs an injection of cash and an influx of new shops or it will die like most high streets

Very nice place to shop. Be awhile but again worth going. Also take time to visit the hot potato shop excellent food reasonable prices.

  • 5/5 Linda P. 1 year ago on Google
It was ok but had to park at the top by the station as the other carpark was full by B&M as it's free. So we had to walk away to the shops not good for my 85 year old mom.

This place used to be lovely, it's very clean, not so many gd shops left really, most shops are shutting down. Shame really because it was the place to shop.

  • 3/5 Diane L. 1 year ago on Google

Too many empty shops...very little people want to look at glass....drop your rental for the next two years and get the shops full...you may as well turn it into a retirement village....youths of today, need something to do....give them somewhere to go instead of terrorising the shoppers and move the beggers on.....alot of them are dropped off in a morning an picked up later

Not really a destination shopping centre any more. Most big name retailers have gone, vacant units throughout the centre. There are other shopping centres within the west midlands with a wider variety of retailers.

Looks nice when you're only walking past, 1/2 a mile away. I didn't actually go inside there!! Google, please sort out your location software.

  • 2/5 Charlie H. 1 year ago on Google
The shops you don't really want or need, enclosed and claustrophobic shopping destination. Worth getting on the bus or train to Birmingham City centre than wasting time here

  • 3/5 Paul B. 1 year ago on Google
It seriously needs redeveloping. The big shops have mostly gone. House of Fraser is a nice place to shop.

  • 3/5 Mitesh P. 1 year ago on Google
It's probably the only part of Sutton town with any decent shops left otherwise it's pretty much a dead zone. Your only likely to go for a specific reason and you will be out, not really a place to go shopping for leisure

  • 4/5 Jon T. 1 year ago on Google
Gracechurch has a few nice shops , and is across the pedestrian street of the Parade in Sutton Coldfieldfrom Aldi which is the only grocery shop except for a tiny M&S in WH Smiths actually in Gracechurch .

  • 4/5 Sophie C. 1 year ago on Google
There are a few less shops than there were years ago but it’s nice to go and have a browse and get a coffee. Still some nice shops to look in

  • 5/5 Stephen S. 2 years ago on Google
Wanted a particular shop and immediately given brilliant directions by the security, had a productive shop and then managed after paying for my parking to promptly lose it. Great. No, not losing it but the no problem check of the computer confirmed I had paid and that was me out of there. All accompanied by smiles from all that dealt with me. That was literally great, and a big thank you to all including my patient fellow shoppers. See you soon.
