Some of the shops have closed down making Fort Shopping Centre unsightly and not popular... Primark is a huge hit with the public... There needs to be benches placed outside around the Centre for older infirm people, as the Centre is large and can be difficult to walk around without rest... Decent car park size 👌....

It’s disgusting for Parking company Otherwise I will say shopping there not to bad. I got tickets showing that I parked on Disabled parking that was evening around at 7 it’s only reason it’s was very quiet not too many cars and it’s confused in two line parking bay that front was normal and back one was disabled. So I couldn’t see . only I found disgust I was out of my house and they send letter with ticket so I paid after 2 weeks and I have to pay 100 pound lost discount which was 60 pound what I’m trying to say if you giving tickets like this you coming and taking photos of the cars why don’t you leave the tickets on the spot so driver will know that he/she got tickets for that reason. STOP playing hide and sick

Well managed and much quieter than expected. Everyone working in the stores there are extremely professional, friendly and polite. Huge car park.

So many shops have come and gone, not too sure how to rate this place anymore, some shops have done really well and expanded, but a lot have disappeared over the years. Parking can be a bit difficult due to lack of driving ability by a noticeably larger proportion of society recently, but the presence of fresh doughnut and coffee stalls negates that issue. I've noticed they've done away with outside benches in most areas, which I suppose prevent groups of youngsters congregating, but doesn't serve our elderly who may need a rest stop.

hands down the best shopping mall/park in my town. literally, if i need anything i will come down. has a nice range of restaurants and coffee shops; with a mix of clothes, beauty and home stores too. as well as that it has basic needs shops too (like the works or card factory). plus the park is super big with clean community toilets and pathways along the car park. it’s super clean and friendly too! love everyone here xx

People ignore the one way signs in car park and park atrociously, it's nice to see parking attendants around from time to time but would be better if they were around more frequently. The shops themselves are okay, although they change quite often, a fair few dining options for a mid shopping lunch

You can buy anything from food to clothing here, plenty of parking space for customers. But be warned do not parking in the wrong play, or else you will be slammed with £100 quid. No JOKE.

Visited during commonwealth games. Tidy and smart with plenty of parking. Had a meal at the Harvester before going to JLR park and ride for the games. Very good food at a reasonable price

Several PCN fines by undercover parking company. Be careful where u park, signage in some bays is non existent. I've been parking in a small bay opposite the disabled bays and got fined even though their is no clear signage on the floor. The attendants will sit in their car and wait for u to get out, take a snap of your vehicle and hey presto fine through the post.

Good shopping park. I like. Toilets are at on end of the shopping park, a more central location would have been nice.

First thing first. Be careful where you park your car. Never on disable place if you don't have the badge in the windscreen and never on double yellow line even if you expecting somebody. You gonna end up with a parking ticket at home. Rest, few shops New look, River Island , Next, Primark and few restaurants Nando's and Harvester, (Frank and Benny's its closed for the moment) coffee shops Costa and Starbucks a play ground for kids and few other businesses. Enjoy

Watch out here...proper sneaky little buggers the management are. I got a parking ticket for stopping on the double yellows. When.the fine came through the pic of the car was taken just above ground level and at 12 mega pixels...basically a mobile phone...sneaky sneaky.

The staff here are much younger than I remember. I visited probably 4-5 months ago previously. The food then was fine now it's better! The chicken was perfectly prepared, succulent and properly spiced. I didn't notice the name of the gentleman who prepared it but remember it was a black tall boy in his early 20s Come here for a good nandos experience! The music was quite low I think but louder in the toilet. Not really important just something I noticed.

Divers range of food and clothing shops with plenty of parking space for even the busiest of days. Would recommend it for shopping needs and can grab a bite while you're there

  • 3/5 Stace L. 1 year ago on Google
Ample parking, probably because there aren’t many good, destination style shops there. Like our high streets, it’s becoming stale. It needs more high st fashion brands (a shame New Look closed), a dept. style store like M&S, and maybe some stores that sell everything, like Home Bargains, B&M, Wilko (also closed).

I like how my post was deleted about the security and plain clothes security followed me around the shops. MAYBE YOU SHOULD FOLLOW THE RIGHT PEOPLE AROUND. your actions can affect peoples mental health by making them feel uncomfortable. so thanks for that. if you want to be followed around by security then the fort is great for that but no doubt this post will be deleted AGAIN

Very busy today(Sunday). Despite a few shops and stores changing hands the Fort remains Very busy with the car park nearly full.Primark was packed but quick to get served. A good Tui store ,Next and River Island and even a Gregg's here. Plenty here still and well worth a look.

  • 3/5 Nick L. 1 year ago on Google
Good selection of shops however a lot have closed or moved. There is still enough places to eat. Ample parking and free unlike bullring, but terrible traffic on the weekend

  • 4/5 Chloe 11 months ago on Google
Devastated that New Look and Poundland are gone, but looking forward to the massive B&M opening. Recommend parking underground (when it's open) for a more relaxing experience.

  • 4/5 stephen k. 10 months ago on Google
Great shopping experience, take all your plastic, no end of quality stuff to buy … but BEWARE, if you park outside the lines of the parking bay, or on a blue badge spot (without a blue badge) you WILL get a ticket with photos of your car in the post. I have had 2 in 6 months. They employ foot patrols armed with cameras to actively search out folks who have parked dodgy. My own fault, I admit, but be aware PARK CORRECTLY.

Most shops are closing down now only 3 decent shops left primark, next and river island, both are small and don't have much am Pretty sure they will be closing soon, primark the only decent shop left, there is a new massive superdrug. Overall not worth it unless you are coming for those specific shops, at least the parking is still free.

  • 4/5 Asiya B. 10 months ago on Google
I like The Fort as the car park is massive and it's free parking but it can be hectic trying to find parking during the school holidays and weekends. It definitely needs more shops. I was disappointed when H&M and Wilko closed.

It’s a huge retail complex but some of the outlets are under construction. Limited eateries options.

  • 5/5 May W. 10 months ago on Google
Nice shopping park and there are a lot of places to get food with decent prices for most of the places. It’s sad to see that one of the shops is closing down, but it’s good because they will be adding a better shop there. The amount of stores there are is great and the price ranges are perfect for anyone especially in shops like primark, boots etc and you don’t have to pay for parking either which is great.

Somewhere to go, I have never been. Entertainment available for children who enjoy soft play. A few decent high street shops and a variety of food outlets

  • 4/5 Krishan L. 9 months ago on Google
Spent every Saturday or Sunday here. All the shops and restaurants are located in this shopping park. Easy carparking, and you may meets some bad drivers but ignore and enjoy your day.

  • 5/5 Barbara N. 9 months ago on Google
A good shopping retail park. Have recently had 5 Guys take one of the units. B&M are going to be there shortly as they are currently fitting the new store. Good choice of shops and entries.

  • 4/5 M JD A. 6 months ago on Google
Most of major retail brands are there in this great retail park. It's quite busy on weekends. B n M and Five guys are new addition and more coming soon I guess, as there were few new vacant sites.

Wow, this place is absolutely amazing! It has everything you could possibly want or need. You can shop till you drop, indulge in delicious food, and the best part? You can park your car for free! How cool is that? It's just fantastic!

Really good complex with lots of shopping and places to eat. Really enjoy its with my family. When to decathlon, friendly bunch and way more profession that much of the Wednesbury staff, sorry but much of them are clearly living in a bubble where they think a brown guy wouldn't notice that staff are friendlier to white customers.

Just went here to go to game to pick something up but nice place over all. Only negatives were it was fairly busy and even though there is a one way system while looking for somewhere to park a motor bike nearly hit me coming the wrong way. Also the roundabout to get to the exit is to small for the traffic it has. But the positives are that they have just opened a big B&M and are opening a big poundland which will do well there, also the public toilets on the park are in very good order clean and nicely designed.

If you want to do your shopping, without paying for parking, then look no further than Fort Shopping center. We come here all the time, sometimes spend hours here, and don't have to walk miles to get back to the car with all your shopping bags! Good range of shops with coffee and restaurants, as well as clothes, footwear, household and electronics/mobile phone shops.

Went Fort Shopping for some shopping. Didn't find what I was looking for but end up buying a jacket from primark. Value for money. Hope its last this winter. Parking was busier then normal. Didn't expect busy in this weather.

  • 5/5 Doris C. 2 years ago on Google
The Fort shopping centre had a variety of shops for all you want and convenient car parking. You can have a enjoyable shopping experience and dining afterwards. It's nice to know that you can get everything you need and in one place and don't have to rely on just the main city shopping centre.

  • 5/5 Cass P. 2 years ago on Google
Great convenient place for shopping plus saves the hassle of having to go into town all the time. Great variety of shops here. Somewhat clean. Just wished people knew how to use bins.

  • 5/5 Graham H. 2 years ago on Google
First time visit. Plenty of free parking is a good start. Shops are as expected.

  • 5/5 Caroline L. 2 years ago on Google
I like this shopping centre I'm disabled and this is easy to get around just waiting for one more shop to open bargain shop then you start with Asda then you can shop for clothes shoes perfume and finish off wta coffee ☕ then taxi home 🏠 that's a good morning 😊

I don't know why but the Fort has lost its appeal to me ,My Mum and I loved it before she was taken Ill over 6 years ago we used to have a weekly visit to the Fort one of the attractions to us was M&S can't understand why they pulled out but major loss too the area ! I went there the other day and couldn't be bothered to walk all the way round it felt not welcoming anymore, I would rather go all the way to Solihull or Tamworth Shopping parks the atmosphere is different and the variety of shops seems better ! Sorry just saying, maybe it's just me but it doest feel the same as it did there is definitely something lacking ! But I can't put my finger in it !

  • 5/5 Ayshah A. 2 years ago on Google
Perfect place to go with or without family. Free parking!!!! You won't really find that anywhere where you have a primark. Lovely variety of retail stores and restaurants. Always clean.

  • 2/5 Cackles F. 2 years ago on Google
First visit since 2019 and I feel I was right to stay away. There is no mask encouragement in any shops, customers and shoppers alike none are wearing masks despite it currently being required. The shops were moderately busy so due to the lack of masks I didn’t feel safe in many, likewise as the staff in Starbucks were all maskless I gave that a miss. There was plenty of parking and the toilets were clean so not all bad, but it was the last visit for me as I prefer a stress free shopping experience.

  • 4/5 Daniel W. 2 years ago on Google
Good and wide selection of different shops to cater for most needs. Parking and crowding was a problem although this might have been to going a few weeks before the holiday season. Free parking was available. Toilet facilities were also available.

  • 5/5 LSGMelissa “Jingren” D. 2 years ago on Google
Plenty of free parking. Lots of great shops not many places to eat. I went with my friend she walks with a stick and had no where to sit to rest. Santa grotto was fabulous

  • 2/5 Mitesh P. 2 years ago on Google
Never liked this place, narrow walk ways all the way around. Always packed on the weekends and parking is a pain. Needs more variety of shops, pretty much it's either clothing or cosmetics and perfume!

  • 1/5 Teena “Tee” D. 1 year ago on Google
Parked in disabled bay, with badge but the employee of the firm that checks badges, clearly had an agenda as he took photos of everything other than the badge and they expect me to pay the fine lol. He actually took pictures, inside of my car and my personal property! This isn’t the first time I’ve had problems with parking at Fort.

  • 4/5 Jenny S. 2 years ago on Google
Good selection of shops, great alternative to city centre with restaurants available to eat in or have a quick bite on the go. Cant go wrong with the Fort. Since Covid there has been some store closures or moves so double check that what you want is here or go without expectations and you will be pleasantly surprised.

  • 3/5 Kate C. 2 years ago on Google
The Fort used to be great place local to me for great clothes shops which where top of the range, coffee shops and more. On my visit today was disappointed that a lot of the shops had gone. Better now going to Birmingham City centre. Sorry for the bad review

  • 3/5 Ashley W. 2 years ago on Google
Went to the harvester yesterday and I'm truly saddened. I'm a big fan of the harvester but this one was not my slice of heaven. Staffs were to busy chatting among themselves at times. When we wanted the bill it took her almost 30 mins to finally come over to us (we asked for it and was made to wait). The food was nice but for the price you pay it was outrageous 6 shells and a small quater of garlic bread. The vegan corn was not worth £5. The portions that was given at the salad bar was fair but lacked chose. Staff were friendly. The restaurant was clean and tidy.

Great place to shop. All the shops you need, minus the mass amounts of people in town or merry hill. Convenient :)

  • 4/5 Jon F. 1 year ago on Google
Not bad collection of shops. Best to go at odd times when it's emptier and lots of free parking spaces. Next, Sports Direct, Primark plus others

  • 4/5 Misha L. 2 years ago on Google
The Fort is great if you don't want to have to head into Birmingham town for something. A few shops have closed down now, which is a shame, like Wilko which was a favourite of mine, but the new addition of Greggs has kicked it up a notch in my opinion. There are a couple of great shops. Primark is the biggest pull but having McDonald's so close, and Costa, Starbucks and Burger King is great too. Next is quite big and having the Poundstore there is great when you just need to grab something while you're passing through.

  • 3/5 Kest K. 1 year ago on Google
I hate the car park. Not laid out well and always some idiot parking and generally feel I'm in someone's way when walking to or from the car. Dislike the range of shops too.

  • 4/5 Shakil R. 2 years ago on Google
I always got shoes and trainers from Sports Direct. Not anymore, what a rip off! JD prices much better and easy parking at the Fort too. Great helpful staff, but give them more scanners!!

  • 3/5 ROHAN N. 1 year ago on Google
Good shopping 🛍 centre, very busy but nice variety of shops, the burger king charges too much for the food, way over priced & very little you get, drinks were just tasted nothing more than water never mind you have to wait over 20 mins to get your food, .avoid burger King inside the Fort shopping center? Not worth spend your money.
