It was lovely and great experience to watch "Avatar The way of water" in Cineworld 4DX. Since it was my first experience in 4DX we were thoroughly enjoyed. The seating was so comfortable.Sound quality was absolutely good. When it comes to Cineworld, the ambiance is so nice. Reached to Cineworld is also easy since it has easy access to bus and train. Highly recommended to visit.

The cineworld here doesn't have recliners here, that's the only disappointing thing with this centre. Else this place would have got a 5 star.

Nice place. The cinema was excellent - especially loved the displays inside, such as Thor and the Minion

I was here for the Canvas Conference 2022 Birmingham so I didn't really see the facilities work as most places were turned off..because of the conference. But I think it will be a nice place to visit when it's bubbling. Take my rating with some salt!

Great cinema. Recommended. They don't always have enough staff on the confectionary so arrive with plenty of time before your film starts

I passed by this place but didn't not go in. However, it looked like a good place to explore and I intend to go back there sometime.

2 workers behind the counter serving so many customers on Saturday afternoon with hotdogs and drinks out of stock. I actually felt sorry for them. Good experience but more staff nedded, definitely.

Nice area with alot of activities. Cineworld is pretty good but if you want a more Luxurious cinema then odeon luxe is around the corner but is a little more pricey. Defo worth the extra couple of pounds for recliners though.

Five Ways entertainment centre has multiple options like cineworld for watching movies, pure gym for fitness activities and many restaurants like five guys and pubs all around.

The welcome by the staff was so blank and I was not happy with the reception. It was my son's birthday, we just finished seeing a movie and he wanted a repeat of the 5 Guys experiences. I sadly left here and had to go all the way to the outlet at bullring where we were excellently served and my baby had a wonderful time.

Great place for taking family n friends to watch a good movie, something for everyone here 😊.

Always love coming to Cineworld, the staff are so friendly and the screening rooms comfortable and clean. Had Baskin Robbins ice cream today and it was delicious! Plenty of parking nearby and right on the bus route too. Totally accessible by wheelchair. Stunning place to visit.

Brilliant IMAX screen, just a shame it's usually populated with other people that seem to want to have a chat rather than actually watch a film ... fortunately the intense sound shuts them up

Needs to change cheese sauce gor nachos odeon is better. Also bigger nacho size.. especially for that price.

This was my first visit to the cinema here. Comfortable seating and plenty of space as only 4 other people in the screen area. Sound was perfect for me,not too loud! My only gripe is that it was so cold. By the time the film was over my nose was freezing cold!!!!

A fine cinema experience but what I'd like to highlight this time is how great the staff were towards me. I've recently suffered a pretty bad injury and have great difficulty getting around. I decided to let the staff at concessions know and they were incredibly helpful. They made note of my screen and mobility issue, directed me to the elevator for ease of access to my screen and another staff member monitoring the film reached out to let me know what to do if I needed their help at any point. While it was still difficult for me on a personal level, the staff couldn't have been more helpful. I'll be going again if I'm able to.

Normally a very nice place to watch films. Staff are friendly and polite, prices for food a little on the pricey side but not bad . Will definitely be going again.

Such a lovely place to hang out, whether for a party or movie or just a couple's date. Nice open walking and seating spaces. A few really good standard restaurants and the highlight is the Odeon Luxe. Nice big car park just underneath, easy to reach by car or bus anything. Had a great experience.

Cinema great, easy to use booking of tickets but if you want food or drink, especially ice cream or Costa then I'd give yourself plenty of time as service is extremely slow.

The movie started at 12:30, we sat down around 12:35. We were asked to leave as the room needed to clean not politely. After we were allowed to enter the screening room there were technical difficulties so the film didn't start until 1 pm. We ended up cancelling our lunch plans.

IF this is meant to describe the Cineworld on Broad St / Five Ways, then it's one of their higher tiered sites over two floors, including. I-MAX. Usual style, standard, etc. Enjoyment will vary by individual and whatever film is chosen.

Mid week, mid afternoon viewing of No Time to Die Bond movie so no crowds!! Facilities clean and Staff v helpful....food and drink prices on the high side as in any other cinema....enjoyable experience!!

Kinda wish the seats reclined but the 4dx was a interesting experience, would go again , I recommend trying out at least once .

Had a big party here with a bill in the thousands. Some staff were nice (waiters). Some just dumb (guy at reception). Toilet hand-driers were not working in both male and female. Bins overflowing with used hand towels were messy. Food was pretty good. Lighting was a little too dark. The only eating place was downstairs and there was no disabled access. The 1 lift they had was "broken since last week because its difficult to get an engineer " We had to walk an almost 90 year old down lots of difficult steps, and 5 of us also had to literally carry a wheelchair with another person in it back up too. I would like to know what the restaurant would do if there was a fire? Complete health & safety failure. This place seems like an accident waiting to happen. Shocking and disappointing.

Really enjoyed our visit. Called in on an afternoon, not very busy at all. Had a choice of seats, comfortable and plenty of leg room.

Cineworld needs to start respecting the moviegoers time, they are famous for starting the movie 30-45mins late than the time mentioned on the tickets. The food counter needs to bring in more variety is what I believe.

Great place to watch a great movie on the big screen. No covid procedures followed. No interaction with staff. Found the seats a bit cramped but comfortable

Went to Five Guys. The food is great, and the staff are friendly. Took a star off for the noise and bad acoustics. It's really hard to have a conversation with someone right next to you, even when the place is nearly empty.

When you enter 5 ways market what strike's you is the amount of cooked food there is for sale for a reasonable price, from Vagan, to meat like chicken and Pork. There are a vast variety of drinks, and food you can purchase. There are public toilets up stairs and a cafe. You will also find they have a car park and when the Tram system is completed you will have an additional choice of transport.

Hmmm...Night life in Birmingham you just walk round street there are many places you can visit. Had very good experience here louder sounds... enjoyed a lots... Do not miss this place must visit....

Good venue quiet but it was mid afternoon. Screen 2 is OK the sound was a tiny bit distorted. The seats were comfortable good leg room if you sit on front row. Good price for pendioners and free parking next door.
