They need to sort this park out. Scrappy, terrible car park with tiny spaces and layout, and always dodgy, having witnessed shoplifters and begging there on several occasions (and I dont go there unless i have to). Just awful. Only gave 2 stars because it's not the fault of the people who have to work there. They do their best with what they're given.

Good parking facilities and some good shops with bargains like your pound land, tk maxx, sports world etc. Coming out of the car park is a bit confusing as it could be signed posted a bit better with exit signs and which way to go. The max parking is 3 hours here so be careful if you are a slow shopper. There is alot of bargains to have here as well, so try it out. The train station is also nearby with bus facilities coming through and from city centre. Also there a shops like big John's and sainsbury supermarket etc around the complex

Was a good location until they built the new sainsburys next door and now the area is terrible at peak times if you're driving. Only good shop being there is TK MAXX.

Good old Mike Ashley. Nice selection of sports gear. Staff a bit to busy to answer questions 🙃

Great for a quick shopping experience. Shop variations from poundland to upper class shops such as NEXT retail shop . Also food courts ...KFC and the other side of the spectrum is vehicle assistance shop HALFORDS and electrical and entertainment services shop CURRYS. So there's a wide variety of options available to help with your search for more. Parking is freeand ample spaces.

Good selection of stores. Would be better if there was easier access to the retail park it is next to as well

In currys on Easter Saturday I was well looked after by a very helpful Chinese Lady I showed myself up because I couldn't remember my password to finish the set up of my new phone this lovely Chinese Lady told me to go on my computer and I would find how to carry the finale to the set up

Good variety of shops, quite busy most of the time though and parking can be pretty hectic.

This place has a line up of stores; Poundland, The Carpet place and a bunch. Poundland is my usual go to here. Everything is organized and you can find home accessories, groceries, toiletries, cleaning agents, many things and within the range of £1 and 2. There are more expensive items though. Depends on what you are buying.

Hidden away, tk waa decent, Sports direct here too. Some idiots in the car park, lacking something here, couldn't put my finger on it.

The amount of care these workers put into cleaning my car is amazing. They wash the window dry the windows shine the windows they do this inside and out never missing a spot. This was a valet at a very reasonable price. I recommend this car cleaning service 100%

A lovely place to shop. Lots if free parking, feels safe with kids and as a single person. The area is very clean (no litter on the floors etc) Various shops and places to eat, all shops are clean and staff are usually very polite in ALL store's.

I'm not a huge fan of this retail park. I wouldn't use it unless I was passing and needed one of the shops. It will never be my first choice to visit. As best as I'm aware it has the only iceland food warehouse in the area and as iceland tends to shut early this can be useful. Also there doesn't seem many halfords around anymore so it has some advantages. The car park always seems busy and often quite tight to get in and out of your car.

Big chain retail park with plenty of parking... I stopped using the place a long time ago as the exit was a nightmare. The 5 year old who was previously responsible for designing the highway layout was probably caught chewing his crayons and has I'd guess been replaced by a grown up who's made the changes needed so the exit has been redesigned and the time spend getting out of the parking area is not a lot less than the time spend shopping.

Had to park there to go across the road to a disability centre as they had no car park awkward to get into

Like the fact that I don't have to go into Solihull and pay stupid car parking fees.

Standard out of city centre shopping park. A fairly base range of stores with nothing to really draw people in especially. Could do with a few more dining places, maybe a bar or two to liven it up!

Please note this review relates to JD Sports and Sports Direct. I needed a replacement grip for a tennis racquet. The assistant in J D Sports had no idea of what I required. The first person that I spoke to in Sports Direct directed me to the appropriate area but did not accompany me. After a fruitless search another assistant trying to be helpful directed me to a third assistant who was able to tell me that the item was now only available online. The staff members at Sports Direct were polite and did try to be helpful

A very good and well sited retail park in Selly Oak with Currys a pet items shop a food store and shoe store and Halfords car and bike and parts store -- yes it's very easy by bus and the train station is just over the road about a 5-10 minute walk away most and I'm not sprightly on my legs

Great parking facilities unfortunately people just don't know how to park in them properly which can be a night mare sometimes however good variety of shops but of everything

I try and avoid this place as much as possible. Despite the great selection of shops around, it is plagued by a terribly planned car park that is impossible to get out of.

Shopping / retail park has free parking and some good shops. Plenty of choice with places to eat and drink. Either eat in or take away food / snacks. Plenty of parking with good opening hours. Has disabled access’ and parking too. Theres every shop from car stuff, clothes to home

Decent. Parking OK... Spaces are a bit tight, and an OK selection of shops.

Very much shopping centre for all-in-one stop shop. From tkmac to iceland you can get what you need in there. Good parking lot size for ease of getting in and out

It's lot better since they sorted the road out with the traffic so it goes both ways when you come out. I remember before it took me nearly 45mins for me to get out before they sorted the road out.

A good range of stores and usually plenty of parking. Improved access has improved traffic situation.

Nice small convenient retail park with a selection of very useful shops for quick purchases. You have Halfords for your motoring needs, Poundland, Currys, Iceland food warehouse, to name a few. Parking is ample and free.

I went on a Sunday, wow, the car park was rammed, as I was collecting from Curry's I thought I'd be in and out ,😱 no chance, massive queues and only 2 serving, no-one at returns. By the time I came out I couldn't be bothered to go anywhere else, oh and I drove by motorcycle and still had to park on the pavement.

Great amount of parking, good shops but bad to get out of sometimes, with only 1 exit and a lot of cars trying to leave

  • 5/5 Lynnerz 1 year ago on Google
I love this retail park. But you do need to change the parking times as you may need longer for park as the shops get very busy

  • 5/5 Playerxzz 1 year ago on Google
OK atmosphere with a decent amount of all purpose shops. Just opened a KFC there too. Tons of parking and refuged area.

Easy to access car park although quite full, visited late afternoon, has a variety of shops.

  • 4/5 David S. 1 year ago on Google
Handy enough. Parking used to be a nightmare but it's much better now. Shame there isn't an easy way to cut through to the other retail park. Ps I miss Frankie and Bennies

  • 3/5 Sam G. 1 year ago on Google
Has a few useful shops. Car park is always a bit crazy.

  • 5/5 Angela P. 1 year ago on Google
More selection of stores than I thought. There is everything there and easy free parking

  • 4/5 Alex H. 1 year ago on Google
Few big shops, with all your necessary needs will be covered here; food, pets, clothes, home. Plenty of car parking spaces, so you could fill your boot up. Train station ir 2 minute walk away. Or there are buses too. Feeling adventurous? Could hire a bicycle too.
