joined
PHIT
Fitness
Academy
towards
the
end
of
September
2022.
I
had
been
wanting
to
do
something
about
my
weight
for
a
while,
as
I
just
felt
awful
in
myself
but
lacked
motivation
to
do
anything
about
it.
I
saw
a
short
video
on
Facebook
from
PHIT
advertising
two
types
of
transformation
programmes
and
decided
to
have
a
consultation
with
Tom
Busby.
Going
into
the
consultation
I
was
a
little
apprehensive,
but
Tom
made
me
feel
completely
at
ease,
explained
the
whole
process
of
the
coaching,
session
types
and
timetables,
nutrition
and
support
elements
offered
at
PHIT,
and
with
that
information
I
decided
to
enrol
in
the
12-week
transformation
programme.
It
was
the
best
decision
I
have
made
and
not
only
have
I
managed
to
lose
weight,
but
I’ve
gained
everything
else
that
comes
with
that.
Better
confidence,
improved
energy
levels,
improved
fitness
and
strength,
good
habits,
and
self
discipline.
The
knowledge
and
support
provided
by
the
coaches
is
spot
on,
the
facilities
are
great
and
the
community
at
PHIT
is
also
friendly
and
makes
for
a
fantastic
training
environment.
Once
my
12-week
programme
was
up
I
decided
to
roll
on
my
membership
and
to
date
I
am
down
66
pounds
in
weight
and
have
lost
44.75
inches
since
starting
my
journey.
I
wouldn’t
have
achieved
these
goals
without
the
support
from
PHIT
and
I
know
going
forward
that
I’ll
be
able
to
achieve
even
more
with
the
PHIT
team!
