    Visited family in Birmingham for 2 weeks this summer and decided to try my best to stay active and go along with my brother and sister-in-law to their gym, Phit. I only got back into exercise in in March after having twins last year and wanted to keep it up. The guys at Phit are committed, knowledgeable and a team focused on their clients. The gym itself is impressive and I could tell that the regulars really love it there. Thanks to Tom Berry, who pushed me by suggesting I try extra weight even in those few classes and I’ve now come home knowing that I can go heavier in the gym and really push towards my goals. I’ll be back next summer again! Thank you for letting me join classes for such a short time. I really enjoyed it and would highly recommend this to anyone looking for transformation, a group class or an improvement on form. No one ever regrets a workout! Keep up the good work guys, sometimes you might not realise how much good work you’re doing for a lot of people. Not all gyms have such a good, non-intimidating approach.

    Having joined PHIT over 6 months ago, I can honestly say I've not looked elsewhere since! I've been to countless gym's before (PureGym, FitnessFirst, Jetts, you name it) but none have made me stick (to it) like PHIT has. The superb community, and the amazing coaches, are what sets this place apart from others, and is ultimately what has made me go there week in, week out! (I don't think I've missed a single week of training since joining PHIT!). The end result? I'm currently little over 3 stone down since joining, and currently at the lowest weight I've been in 10+ years. But best of all? I'm having fun whilst doing so - and PHIT has played a massive part in that. Don't just take my word for it, read through all the countless other reviews too. If it's structure, accountability, great community and excellent training coaches you're after - give PHIT a go!

    Amazing worth more than 5 stars. Coaches are supportive and their knowledge, technique and ability to adapt exercises to suit your abilities is just amazing. It is so much more than gym with all support from coaches not just exercise but also nutrition plans and weekly check in for more accountability. As soon as you walk through the door you feel part of the team everyone supports each other. The sessions are tough/challenging/fun but you feel that sense of accomplishment when you leave. 100% recommend PHIT.

    I joined PHIT Fitness Academy towards the end of September 2022. I had been wanting to do something about my weight for a while, as I just felt awful in myself but lacked motivation to do anything about it. I saw a short video on Facebook from PHIT advertising two types of transformation programmes and decided to have a consultation with Tom Busby. Going into the consultation I was a little apprehensive, but Tom made me feel completely at ease, explained the whole process of the coaching, session types and timetables, nutrition and support elements offered at PHIT, and with that information I decided to enrol in the 12-week transformation programme. It was the best decision I have made and not only have I managed to lose weight, but I’ve gained everything else that comes with that. Better confidence, improved energy levels, improved fitness and strength, good habits, and self discipline. The knowledge and support provided by the coaches is spot on, the facilities are great and the community at PHIT is also friendly and makes for a fantastic training environment. Once my 12-week programme was up I decided to roll on my membership and to date I am down 66 pounds in weight and have lost 44.75 inches since starting my journey. I wouldn’t have achieved these goals without the support from PHIT and I know going forward that I’ll be able to achieve even more with the PHIT team! I highly recommend PHIT.

    Enrolled at PHIT in January after a recommendation of the facilities and the great work and encouragement showed by the dedicated team of coaches. Well I was certainly not disappointed.... every session is different and work me so hard and the results are showing already. Lost several inches from my vital statistics weight on the scales too and so much more energy with a good night sleep every day. Nutrition plan to help achieve your goals. Great team of coaches led by Tom the boss with great company too by the customers who are always there to offer support and a giggle too. Come join in and start your own journey you will have a great time whilst getting the results you want. Looking forward to my next session, thanks PHIT 🏋‍♀️💪 Roger

    PHITT Academy really is a hidden sanctuary! If you're into strength training/PT sessions this place is a must! I started back in August 2021 and I can honestly say it’s the best thing I’ve done. The workouts are brilliant and completely set me up for the day. Lovely environment, staff are really welcoming, friendly & knowledgeable. A great energy here , love it!

    Would absolutely recommend PHIT💪🏼💪🏼 Very relaxed, and great atmosphere to train in. All the coaches are very welcoming, but they also motivate and push you to get the best out of yourself. Great range of equipment, clean and tidy premises that are meticulously looked after by the PHIT Team, an awesome place to train! Very refreshing from the usual conventional gyms.

    Was really apprehensive on joining PHIT or anywhere else for that matter as never been in a gym before and wasn’t convinced I would be able to deal with whatever was involved. After a consultation with Tom Busby I too the plunge and can safely say it was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. It’s not just the fabulous support and motivation provided by the coaches during sessions, but also the assistance provided in the preparation and information provided for the nutrition plans which are invaluable.12 weeks in now and it would be an understatement to say how truly life changing my experience has been. From the early days of finding the sessions a little daunting and overwhelming, I’m truly now at a stage where the feel good factor after each session feels amazing and follow up sessions can’t come quick enough. Worth every penny.

    PHIT is an amazing place. If you are returning to gym or thinking about joining gym for the first time I highly recommend PHIT. Coaches are supportive in all aspect of gym experience. They provide great gym sessions in small groups alongside nutrition plans, weekly checks for accountability and to track progress.

    Having just come to the end of my 12 week transformation course I couldn't be happier with the results I've seen. As somebody new to the gym it's a brilliant environment full of friendly people which makes it all the more accessible for everyone. All the coaches are great at what they do and will always point you in the right direction during the sessions. Couldn't recommend Phit fitness academy enough!🙌

    I signed up to PHIT for an initial 6 week course in the hope of losing weight and trimming up for my holiday. I was a bit sceptical at first but 5 weeks in and after losing 17lb and 23 inches I couldn't be more pleased. I've struggled in the past to get motivated to train but the sessions are fun and engaging (and exhausting), and the nutrition plan set out by Tom clearly works. I'm really looking forward to continuing with PHIT after the 6 weeks is over. I'd recommend PHIT to anyone.

    I joined PHIT in April 2022. When I first joined I was worried about the intensity of the training and whether I could commit to 4 sessions a week. After the first session I was addicted. I love the fact that I can lift and use heavy weights which I would of never used in a gym because it always felt intimidating. A The trainers are amazing and always encourage and push to get the best out of you. The small groups are good so you feel like you are having 1:1 training. It has helped me get on track with my nutrition without feeling hungry and I eat more mindfully with the occasional treats. I completed the 12 weeks and was happy with my results, my only regret is I wish I had joined sooner.

    I was really out of my comfort zone when I signed up at PHIT but Tom and his team were really welcoming and supportive. PHIT has really changed my life and has not only improved my fitness levels and helped with my unhealthy relationship with food, it has also helped me grow in confidence. The Team at PHIT have a wealth of knowledge and are very adaptable, meaning that they can support everyone, regardless of ability and fitness level. If I could give them more stars I would!!!!

    Highly recommend! The team are great and the way the system works is fab! Your coaches are there on hand to help and push you and they really do know what they’re talking about! I wanted to lose body fat and feel comfortable in a bikini for my holiday and I can actually say I did! My 12 weeks is nearly up but I’m staying on because I love it ✌🏼 I’d never done weight training before and i was nervous but the coaches guide you and tell you exactly how to perform each move. PHIT is like one big family also, everyone supports each other and also have a laugh in between. 10/10 guys ☺️

    I joined PHIT at the start of this year and it was the best decision I made. I was able to build up a routine both with my exercise and my diet with the help of coach busby. The semi private PT sessions were just excellent, I was always pushed by all of the coaches and felt supportive throughout the different exercises. The app to be used when you join is great for tracking your weights, food and a great way to talk to your coach whenever you need them. The concept of PHIT just works in terms of being accountable and getting you to the gym but making it fun and challenging at the same time.

    Joined PHIT academy over a month ago when I was stuck in a bit of a rut with my training and not getting any further results. I was given a easy to follow, flexible diet plan that I never feel hungry. The trainers are great and supportive and the classes are challenging and I love every one. I will now be signing up as a permanent member of the PHIT team. All the members are of different abilities and are all so friendly and make you feel very welcome. The gym is well equipped and clean. You have weekly check ins and the staff are on hand to any queries you may have Would highly recommend and cant wait to keep working hard here and continue to achieve great results.

    Joined Phit on their 12 week programme which includes 4 sessions a week, nutrition plan and weekly accountability check ins and measurements. And based on the progress I have made in that time I would wholly recommend this place. The challenging but fun classes as well as the accountability of having an allocated coach tracking your progress meant that I trained consistently for the first time in years. The nutrition plan is realistic and sustainable and tailored around what I like. I’ve decided to carry on past the 12 week programme and look forward to seeing continued results thanks to the Phit team.

    I would highly recommend this to anyone who is wanting a change and is fed up of constantly trying to be healthier and failing, because ever since I've started I love it!!! I've seen a massive change with my fitness/ strength and I have become more aware of my habits, they have helped me become a lot more confident within myself and my goals! The team are absolutely great!!!! And so understanding, for someone like me who has a very busy schedule, this programme is perfect because you just have to turn up and everything is planned (which takes the stress away) and results are shown within weeks! They go over and beyond for their clients! And the atmosphere and groups are so lovely! Everyone motivating each other and working towards the same goal is what makes phit academy so great!

    I have tried so many gyms, so many diets and always given up. PHIT is truely life changing and has given me unbelievable results and body confidence and the best part is I Enjoy it. Look forward to every session and would recommend it to anyone for guaranteed results, the nutritional advice is also easy to follow and simple but soo much flexibility

    I joined PHIT 10 weeks ago having never been a a gym or fitness classes before. The coaches are encouraging and I like that you are in small groups for the sessions which are early morning or evening so you can fit them around work. For me this is better than a gym as there is much more support, including looking at your diet and nutrition and doing classes with other members and a coach makes for a good atmosphere. There is no pressure at the classes and if you are struggling the coaches will adapt the exercises to help you. I joined as I wanted to tone up and it is definitely working!

😠 used to be good until they increased the membership price. now it’s squashy, stinks and gets way too hot and stuffy. AC never seems to be on either. also love when i’m working out in the rainy weather and the tiles cave into my head

🫤 There isn't enough equipment in comparison to the number of members who attend this gym. It's really busy all of the time and most of the equipment you can't use because of it. The place is clearly over subscribed, they also do classes on the gym floor which takes up 50% of the running machines etc...
