Very well decorated with 7 different styles and you will find one you like. Cofee was really strong and it reminded me of unfiltered turkish coffee with solid strong taste that lasts long

My partner and I spent a very nice couple of hours in here last Saturday morning. Service was excellent, the staff very friendly. Lots of food choices, the different coffees were very good and the prices not bad at all. I prefer these independent coffee shops to the mainstream. This one confirms that choice. Recommended.

Lovely setting, very cosy and charming, nice vibe. The Waffles very tasty and filling & the Coffee really good but the service not so. Maybe it was Sunday Morning Blues but the staff very sluggish! So for me 4* for coffee & food but 3* for service.

The Atmosphere Is really lovely with beautiful decoration. I Absolutely loved the colours used in the design. I did not really like the coffee itself but the cake (coffee and walnut) was so delicious and not too sweet at all. Generally, we did enjoy our time here. Staff were so friendly and nice and we did have a good time.

Pleasantly surprised. Visited here because Greggs wasn't open. A very well sized restaurant and I opted for a bacon roll and espresso. Wow. Espresso was one of the best I've had and the bacon roll was amazing. No fat. And lots of bacon. Very nice atmosphere to boot. Bit of a hidden gem this one. Will definitely be coming back here next time I'm in the city centre.

This is my favourite coffee place in Birmingham. I come here at least once a week. They are rinsing me with £4 for a small coffee but their chaii latte is unbeatable. Lovely cosy atmosphere.

If you have any kind of allergy absolutely STAY AWAY!!! Went to second cup today and was made to feel completely uncomfortable and extremely anxious. if my other half had not been in the restroom I would have walked out. I was asked if I had any allergies, which I do to milk, and asked for soy and at first was really happy they asked! The lady behind the counter stated that she couldn’t use a separate coffee machine to make the coffee which is completely fine as mild cross contamination doesn’t seem to affect me, after explaining this she stated “so it’s not an allergy” I repeated it was an allergy but the cross contamination with a steam wand and cloth is so minor it would be fine. To which she rudely and loudly proceeded to explain to me what an allergy was and told me once again I do not have an allergy so shouldn’t state I do, I was completely shocked by the response and felt really uncomfortable. I was absolutely appalled that she spoke to me in the manner she did and proceeded to tell me what my health was and wasn’t. I also witnessed rudeness with a lady who was given the wrong drink and then completely ignored when she asked if she needed to return it. Will never ever be returning, teach your staff about allergies and to stop deciding for themselves what people’s health is or isn’t

Great reception and kindness. There food is delicious and great with good aromas. I always use them whenever I can but on this occasion, I am rating them for letting my kids use their toilet facilities. On my way to London, my kids needed to use toilet but nowhere around; I just popped in, asked the receptionist and she granted us access. Their environment was neat and well decorated; their toilets were clean and neat. They have delicious dishes displayed all over the shelves. Highly recommended.

Nice coffee options, and lovely looking cakes but TOTALLY APPALLING customer service! Was told to wait at the end of the counter for my drink, a maple latte with coconut milk… after a few minutes, they called out my drink and I collected it. I found a seat, sat down, and a few minutes later a member of staff rudely came over and asked me ‘if I was sure it was my drink’. I repeated back the order to her - she said it wasn’t coconut milk but oat milk. I responded that I had ordered coconut milk, and this is what was most definitely called out because they repeated it back to me! She went to pick it up to take it away and I asked whether, if someone else had indeed ordered the exact same drink in front of me, whether they would actually want it now in covid-times as I’d now touched it, and advised that if they had indeed used oat milk not coconut (despite calling out coconut), that was ok with me in any case - it certainly tasted like coconut! The staff member walked off (as if to find out/check), but then walked back past me avoiding all eye contact to clear tables! In complete disbelief, i make eye contact with a couple at the next table, who advised they’d already been shocked at the customer service in the venue today, and when I waved at the staff member to ask if I was ok to just drink the coffee, she said ‘fine’ and turned her back again. It was noticed by everyone around and there were shocked looks around each other at her abruptness and outright rudeness. Seems a few others had had other issues here today - no idea if it’s a one-off bad day or always like this, but I certainly will not be returning to find out! Wasn’t particularly impressed at a staff member carrying rubbish between customer tables either on my visit.

One of the best coffee places in Birmingham with a great menu to choose from. I've personally never had any food but the coffee is fantastic. Sometimes if it's particularly busy you might have to wait, but it's worth it!

We stopped here for a coffee during the Christmas market. Clean coffee shop but not so friendly cashier and baristas. Generous cup sizes too.

Staff are very friendly and helpful, service was quick, and food was delicious! Additionally, the staff member advised me on important dietary information (i.e halal options) before I made my purchase which I really appreciated! I hope this company takes the time to thank their staff and to truly appreciate them for all their hard work :)

Came here early Saturday morning and was surprised it was open - other similar places were just opening/getting ready. Had a latte which was beautifully presented and tasted great. Staff were friendly and had a good banter between them.

I ate here for breakfast, the food was absolutely amazing. I had never ate here before and wanted to try somewhere new and when I had seen the building it looked cozy. Inside the building there is multiple places to sit the whole building gave a sense of warmth and comfort it was amazing and so was my food. I’d 100% come here again.

I bought a large cup of Cappuccino in New Street Birmingham and when given the cup I was given it onna take away cup, because they said they run out of normal cup. However all people after me were served on normal cups. Not happy with that type of discrimination.

Nice coffee shop conveniently located. Bit noisy if you are looking for a spot to listen in to a teams meeting. Quick service, but could have done with a greater selection of cakes. The brownie I had though was really good.

Everything 5 stars. Carmel coffee superb! And they have usb sockets so if your phone is low and you have cable with you can charge there. +++++

I'm normally happy for the big chain brand coffees however stopped in here to get away from the rain and warm up with a hot drinks. Was pleasantly surprised with the beautiful decor, delicious coffees, friendly service, affordability and overall comfort of the place. Think I may have found my new little gem!

The cafe gives off a very homey environment and the staff are very friendly and helpful. It’s a nice place to do your work or have a chat with your friends. I ordered the chocolate temptation smoothie, although initially I’ve been wanting the parfait but both times I visited they said that they’ve ran out or something else. But still this drink was delicious.

Had the mixed Berry fusion parfait and it was amazing, a tasty treat for the warm weather. Did take a while for tjem to make it but I'm not overly fussed with that after tasting it, perfection takes time.
