options,
and
lovely
looking
cakes
but
TOTALLY
APPALLING
customer
service!
Was
told
to
wait
at
the
end
of
the
counter
for
my
drink,
a
maple
latte
with
coconut
milk…
after
a
few
minutes,
they
called
out
my
drink
and
I
collected
it.
I
found
a
seat,
sat
down,
and
a
few
minutes
later
a
member
of
staff
rudely
came
over
and
asked
me
‘if
I
was
sure
it
was
my
drink’.
I
repeated
back
the
order
to
her
-
she
said
it
wasn’t
coconut
milk
but
oat
milk.
I
responded
that
I
had
ordered
coconut
milk,
and
this
is
what
was
most
definitely
called
out
because
they
repeated
it
back
to
me!
She
went
to
pick
it
up
to
take
it
away
and
I
asked
whether,
if
someone
else
had
indeed
ordered
the
exact
same
drink
in
front
of
me,
whether
they
would
actually
want
it
now
in
covid-times
as
I’d
now
touched
it,
and
advised
that
if
they
had
indeed
used
oat
milk
not
coconut
(despite
calling
out
coconut),
that
was
ok
with
me
in
any
case
-
it
certainly
tasted
like
coconut!
The
staff
member
walked
off
(as
if
to
find
out/check),
but
then
walked
back
past
me
avoiding
all
eye
contact
to
clear
tables!
In
complete
disbelief,
i
make
eye
contact
with
a
couple
at
the
next
table,
who
advised
they’d
already
been
shocked
at
the
customer
service
in
the
venue
today,
and
when
I
waved
at
the
staff
member
to
ask
if
I
was
ok
to
just
drink
the
coffee,
she
said
‘fine’
and
turned
her
back
again.
It
was
noticed
by
everyone
around
and
there
were
shocked
looks
around
each
other
at
her
abruptness
and
outright
rudeness.
Seems
a
few
others
had
had
other
issues
here
today
-
no
idea
if
it’s
a
one-off
bad
day
or
always
like
this,
but
I
certainly
will
not
be
returning
to
find
out!
Wasn’t
particularly
impressed
at
a
staff
member
carrying
rubbish
between
customer
tables
either
on
my
visit.
