The Cheesecake Factory has always been a go to for us. The usually birthday or anniversary dinner choice. We get the same excellent service every time we visit and the food is always phenomenal! The restaurant gets a five star rating every time, except for our last visit. Same great atmosphere and service! Food was great! However, I ordered the Shrimp Scampi & Steak Diane which again was great except I was still hungry when I finish. The Shrimp Scampi was literally 3 shrimp and the Steak Diane was at the very most a 6oz steak. There were no noodles with the Shrimp Scampi and the steak was extremely small. I was very disappointed to say the least for a $23.95 meal and the only reason this review gets 4 stars. The Cajun Chicken “Littles” and Louisiana Chicken Pasta meals were great!!!! We will be back for sure but I doubt I will ever order the Shrimp Scampi and Streak Diane ever again 😫!

No matter which Cheesecake Factory restaurant you visit, the decor is always spectacular! A mix of ancient Egyptian and Greek columns and carved structures with lord of the rings style lamp scotches and pastel overtones… Always a pleasure for the eyes to take in. The happy hour was the goal this visit. You just can’t beat $9 appetizers and $6 margaritas. Soft delicious bread and salted butter… Salty sweet house margaritas and ice cold water with lemon for refreshments was to start. I ordered the nachos, avocado egg rolls and calamari. The nachos were crispy with lots of melted gooey cheese, shredded beef and slightly spicy jalapeños. The calamari was a slight miss. A bit too chewy and not crispy enough but the marinara still complemented it well. The avocado egg rolls are my all time top 3 fav items on their vast menu. They are creamy with a perfectly light wonton wrapper and tangy and spicy sauce. A must order every time I go! Cheesecake Factory always surprisingly over delivers on flavor and texture but over charges for it too. As good as it it, the price point is on the high side for such a casual and busy lunch/dinner spot. But sometimes you just need your fix and it’s never regrettable

We had a great experience at The Cheesecake Factory. We went at lunchtime on a Saturday and it was extremely busy (expected for this location) and we shopped for 45 minutes waiting for our table to free up. Good and service was outstanding, especially the pineapple chicken and the Cobb salad. I would have taken a picture of the s’mores cheesecake we ordered, but it was eaten before I had the opportunity.

My husband and I visited on 12/30/21 for our anniversary. Our reservation was for 8:45pm and we didn’t get seated until 9:20pm, there were no straws available and only one bar tender with a packed house. My waiter was very friendly and made sure we were good. I got the Parmesan Herb Crusted chicken and fried calamari and both were hot and delicious.

My honey took me here for Valentine’s Day Lunch ❤️❤️❤️ we shared a cheesy spinach dip and it was so yummy!! I’ve been craving some salmon so I got the lunch portion of the miso salmon… totally delightful!! Only thing that would’ve made it better if some more snap peas! 😃 Honey had a really yummy mushroom burger and the sweet potato fries were perfect!

We went here at around 4 pm so it was not too busy. We walked in and were seated outside as we requested. Very friendly person who greeted us. We were offered drinks fairly quickly, and the waitress provided us with suggestions on our drink and food orders. Jazzmen was our waitress, and she was exceptional. Because of her, my husband and I have made this facility our new "date night" place.

My experience was nothing short of incredible. The steak and Chicken Madeira truly stood out. The steak was cooked to absolute perfection, with a well-seared exterior giving way to a juicy, tender interior. As for the Chicken Madeira, it was an absolute joy. The chicken was flawlessly cooked, tender and juicy, while the Madeira sauce brought a rich and complex flavor that was both unique and delicious.

Took my hubby here for his birthday. He ordered the chicken and broccoli and I got chicken Marsala and mushrooms. Both dishes were absolutely delicious! Chicken and broccoli had a garlicky flavor but not very strong. Chicken Marsala was sweet with that wine sauce over bow tie pasta. I enjoyed that very much😄 But suffice it to say I will definitely be coming back to get what my hubby had!😀 Our waiter Greg was really attentive to us, friendly and engaging! And of course we had to leave with cheese cake! Caramel Apple and Lemon-Raspberry!

This was my first trip here. All I can say is THIS IS A MUST GO TO PLACE TO EAT. First, this is very clean restaurant. The service is second to none. Our waitress was amazing. We ordered the fillet and ribeye, which were cooked to perfection. The Cesar salad was the best, fresh too. I highly recommend the Cheescake Factory.

The food is always good and they have a very extensive menu. Of course everyone comes for the cheesecake and that menu is also very extensive and difficult to choose one because there are so many that look wonderful! Our waitress was very good and attentive.

I want to start out by saying our servers and food runners were EXCELLENT, timely, friendly, and ridiculously kind. The food was great, especially the chicken piccata (sans mushrooms as I abhor them) and Brussels sprouts:) I cannot speak highly enough about the service!!! There were, however, two things that made this dinner trip unfortunate. I have a service animal tasked for psychiatric work. While we do not typically use “service” vests or patches, she was handle harnessed and had her red reflective leash. we don’t overly vest or patch 1, because we don’t have to legally, and 2, because we don’t enjoy unwanted attention or judgment. Even so, she is always glued to me, typically in a complete down-stay, or standing against my legs and feet to prevent kicking, picking, tapping etc. The front desk area was very rude when asking if she was a service animal. It’s not that they asked - legally they can! and as a food establishment, I sort of understand - but she was visibly tasking and being praised? My boyfriend picked up on it before I did, as he saw a disgusted exchange between a worker and maybe a manager (?) where he read their lips and body language before they approached us. Then after I was asked and led to a table, I also noticed some discomfort. THEN, when going to the patio seating area, they suggested a table far away from everyone…it was just my boyfriend and I, and she had not misbehaved or given any indication that she would have any issue (and she did not, as pictured). It was just sort of an indescribably strange and off putting encounter that is difficult to properly articulate, but you know it when you experience it. Furthermore, when I arrived and asked for outdoor seating (such a beautiful day today at least!!), they said tables were just being wiped down. we waited 45 minutes for a table:/ and a whole family who arrived after us was seated first. I didn’t mean to be a Karen and ask again to be sure we were still on the waiting list, but 45 minutes is not “wiping down a table”. Had our expectations been set correctly, no worries, CF can be busy!!! We would’ve taken a walk to Lush. This, coupled with all the aforementioned stuff, made for a really anxiety inducing dinner. My companion was stuck tasking basically the whole time and didn’t sit/down until the last 10 minutes or so:( I even tried to entice her with a treat, wiped down the ground, she seemed to be so task focused she stayed standing next to my leg the entire time:( I encourage more empathy and consideration for public access. My baby works incredibly hard and is so well behaved. It hurt my heart, although my belly is happily full. She was tuckered out on the ride home and when we got back to my work. Thank you.

I’ve been to this location many times. The service has always been great. Food has always been outstanding. I would say this is more of a high-end place where it is not a come and pay $10 for a slice of cheesecake but having said that the cheesecake is delicious. They also have a vast menu with other items to choose from like simple appetizers or even full course meals. This is not a place that I come to often but when I have come, it has been a nice experience.

It was crowded, but we were seated in about 10 to 15 min for a party of 2. It was perfect timing. The food was great. I suggest the macaroni and cheese burger. The server was knowledgeable and very nice

I had the chicken and waffle benedict, the chicken had NO flavor, I couldn't taste the hollandaise sauce, and I thought the syrup would make it better but no. The wait wasn't too bad, and our waitress was very nice. Food didn't take long to come out. Overall its a nice place to go, and the cheesecake is great.

Tuna poke nachos were pretty good, service was very slow, no hospitality and dull atmosphere. Interior design was impressive. Beer was hot… mediocre at best.

I have eaten here several times and it never disappoints. It was a busy afternoon but my son and I were offered immediate service at the bar. Even though we were not drinking the service was amazing. The bar tender got our order and the food was so delicious. We were there in time for brunch. My sons and I ordered the Monte Cristo. It is a huge meal for one person especially after eating the bread they serve you. We brought half of our home.

We were celebrating my Baby Sister’s birthday 🥳 She insisted on going to The Cheesecake Factory to celebrate her birthday dinner! So, her kids arranged to bring her from out of town to the Summit for dinner! All of Her kids surprised her from out of town and she was so excited & happy to see them all together! The dinner service was great! The atmosphere and music was okay. Our server was very nice & accommodating to our needs. She helped us surprise both my Baby Sis & Nephew celebrate their birthday/ birthday month! Needless to say, the desserts were delicious 😋! Thanks Cheesecake Factory for such amazing meals & time. “SHE CARRIED HER SPECIAL CHEESECAKE HOME AND LOTS OF PRECIOUS MEMORIES!”

So my favorite thing to do, once a month, is drive up to Birmingham shop at Trader Joe’s then pickup food from the Cheesecake Factory. It’s rare that I eat inside since the start of the pandemic. We ate inside on this occasion for a friend’s birthday and it was nice. Seating took around 20 minutes, they texted me when our table was ready. The hostesses were friendly, and they were swamped with people waiting to be seated or do pickup orders. Our waitress was excellent and very nice and friendly. Her name was Jaz and took our orders for drink and appetizers. I absolutely love the chicken taquitos! They’re so good! They’re officially on the “small plate” menu but I like then as an appetizer to share with the table. CF has always been known for its generous portion sizes and that hasn’t changed. I ordered the truffle honey chicken with mashed potatoes and asparagus. My friends ordered; shrimp Alfredo, the pasta da vinci, and the breakfast combo. I think I enjoyed my food the most. The chicken is fried and drizzled with a honey and truffle sauce, sweet and savory! I also ordered the passion mint fizz non alcoholic cocktail. It’s usually better than what it was on this visit. We all ordered cheesecake to go: birthday slice, ultimate red velvet, Leche, Adams peanut butter truffle. A great meal can always be found here.

Had a great experience here at this location. We did wait for about an hour because it was very busy and a Friday night! The food was soo darn good! Absolutely amazing. The waiter Mason was the best and lively! Loved it!

I have to say that the cheesecake is very good here. After all that is what they are famous for. We had a large party and we all ordered food also. I had to send mine back. I had spaghetti with meatballs and it was hard. I was mixing it and it had other noodles in it. It tasted like it had been sitting awhile. I was not the only one unhappy with the food. Everyone at the table was disappointed by their meals, except the children who had pizza. Maybe we should have gone with their selection. Also the gratuity was high. I don't know that we will ever go back with a large party again, but I might stop by and grab a some cheesecake, which is also expensive.

I love me some cheesecake. They have so many flavors to choose from. I was a little excited and overwhelmed. For a first experience I gave them 3 stars and here's why; the staff is not very friendly, your kinda pushed to the side and looked over. The food is great, portion size is unbelievable it is a little pricey if your on a budget. They have really nice environment setting would be great for a date night, or an outing with family and friends. That was personal. As a food delivery driver, I was very disappointed they messed up my customers orders, they were fixed in the end, but I had to insist they redo the chicken pasta, I wasn't about to delivery food that went out a hour ago. My customer was grateful. FYI If you plan to go, make sure they're not too busy! My daughter ❤ the Salted Carmel cheesecake as do I. The strawberry and the raspberry cheesecakes was delicious as well.

It was okay . Of course it was busy but our waiter Mary moved extra slow. I know bigger parties take more time but simple things as drinks, lemons, appetizers took way to long . Hour wait to be seated. 15mins before ordering drinks . And hour and half before food. She didn't seem interested in making sure we were good or really check with us. Food was ok . It definitely looked better then taste . I wish it was hot when it got to us.

Service was slow, food tasted well. Hard to get refills without asking for them, they also ran out of coke, who does that...the Moscow Mule came in a regular glass, no since in having a Moscow Mule if your not going to use the traditional copper mug. Salad was nothing but arugula, didn't know before it came out, told server I couldn't eat it due to an allergy , still got charged for it. Oh well my loss. Paid for meal, left standard tip of 20% but will not be back.

This establishment NEVER disappoints me. There is always an overflow of customers but the service team members are very courteous, professional, and work well under pressure. Sometimes the wait time is lengthy but the abundance of top quality food you receive is well worth it. If it was possible i would kiss each cook lol. 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾

We visit The Cheesecake Factory to celebrate my son's graduation. It's worth the wait. The food It's soo good, we waited for about an hour to get our food but it was because our waitress thought she already got our order but other than the wait this place was fabulous. Highly recommended 👌

Always enjoy eating here. Eggplant Parmesan is missed, wish they would add it back to the menu. Service is always great, as well as the food. It’s fun to try new cheesecake. The past two times we have been the restrooms were in serious need of attention, just a fyi for the manager.

We arrived around 2pm and it was fairly busy. Our server Marissa was absolutely wonderful. My wife and I each ordered pasta dishes. My wife had the Shrimp with Angel Hair and I had the Cajun Jambalaya Pasta. The food portions were both to the brink of excess but the food was very tasty. Next we shared Cheesecakes and I had coffee. We tried the Salted Caramel and Lemon Raspberry Cheesecakes. Both were delicious. The restaurant was clean and well maintained the service was great. The facility is wheelchair accessible but parking is limited for the area.
