First time visiting, able to accommodate a large party of 10 without a booking. Ordered via the app, as directed and food arrived quickly. Drinks took slightly longer but good quality coffee. Wasn't overly impressed with my meal, i had the American pancakes with bacon. Bacon was undercooked and slightly tough. Pancakes themselves resemble a crumpet in all honestly and were quite dry. Should have asked for more maple syrup as the smell pot provided proved not enough. Would be happy to visit again.

BTP has always been one of the best brunch spots in town! The food is delicious and always to the mark! Has a great ambiance and outdoor seating! Easy to order, humble and friendly staff and service! Would recommend expanding the menu once in a while!

Lovely warm welcome on arrival. The staff are super friendly and helpful. Food was delicious, tried a large number of dishes off the menu and they are consistenly fresh and super tasty. Always a really good experience. Dog friendly to the point that they'll even bring your pooch a bowl of water and some treats.

Boston Tea Party (BTP) feels less like a chain and more like a modern independent. It is set in large premises that has traditional character with a new lick of BTP paint. The staff are attentive and well versed in ensuring the customer knows where they’ll be sat and how to order. BTP was abuzz with customers. Thankfully, there was plenty of comfortable seating available. My drink arrived promptly, delivered by an eager, approachable member of staff. I took a look at the food options. Looks like there are plenty of modern, unique brunch dishes.

I rarely visit a BTP but this visit was lovely! I like how there are lots of rooms to choose from as well as a lovely outdoor dining space. The ordering was super simple, and the food came out very fast! The staff were very warm and friendly

Good experience at BTP. Nice location and has good car parking spaces behind too. Car park charges apply. You can also park at the Morrison car park opposite too if you’re visiting there. Good brunch overall and good customer service too. Interior was lovely and light especially towards the back right of the cafe. Much prefer this BTP compared to the central Birmingham one near Snow Hill. Quick and friendly service😊.

I was very happy that my friends brought me here. It's a very nice place to have breakfast with quite fantastic vegan options. Together with tea and the smoothies, it's a blast! The atmosphere is very pleasant, the service works quickly and is friendly. Ordering via mobile phone is a bit unusual, but works well. I hope to have such a good breakfast here again one day.

Tasty delicious food, good portions. Cappuccino and mocha had a perfect creamy foam.

It's always an enjoyable experience here! I came here for my birthday and brought 2 friends with me and we had a lovely time! They had never been here before, but they are now converts as they thoroughly enjoyed all the food we ordered. They particularly enjoyed the pile of hash browns but were full of praise for the The boss breakfasts that we all had. As always, fantastic service and atmosphere! Until next time!

Good coffee, good breakfast, and quick service. Handy location too albeit a bit miffed I had to pay for parking, but not a lot the venue can do about that. Junior and I enjoyed ourselves and the online ordering system couldn't have been much easier.

A truly lovely place. Staff are very welcoming, kind and friendly. Food is tasty, healthy and fresh. They always make a fuss of my dog bringing her water and treats as soon as we arrive. I highly recommend.

My favourite cafe in Birmingham! The staff are absolutely lovely, the decor is great and the food is always incredible. I love coming here to work, meet friends or even just bringing my dog on a chill Sunday morning. If you go here I’d suggest the Iced Mocha, the Sweetcorn Hash and the Banana Chocolate cake!

I come to this specific BTP a lot and on this visit we got the chipotle Mac and cheese and the West Country. The meal was exactly what we needed. We went slightly after 12 which is when most brunch places close down so we were very happy with the all day breakfast options. The staff are also also very friendly :) Cons: prices for drinks and I personally think most of the desserts aren’t worth it :(

Nice place with good food. I had the eggs royale which was cooked perfectly and the poached eggs were really nice and cooked to the way I like it. Drinks were ok nothing special but service was lacking. The food is great and the place is really nice and clean with great atmosphere for the whole family. It's just let down by the lack of service and attention from staff. Would highly recommend for food however.

A fantastic experience, friendly staff, great decor and above all marvelous drinks, cakes and hot food. Lots of areas to work, plenty of room to be social and in good weather a great area out front (albeit not that far from the traffic).

Early Sunday morning booking for 14, nothing was too much trouble for the team and our party all agreed our breakfasts were all excellent. We had a range of dishes and drinks and all were delicious and delivered in great time. Hayley and Matt were great hosts and the whole team was very knowledgeable when it came to the allergens questions we had. Would absolutely recommend and we will definitely return. My boyfriend took me here after recommendations from his friends. We both loved the place. The food, was surprisingly one of the best meals I’ve had in England. The portions were a lot bigger than I expected. The ambiance was pretty. The servers were nice as well. Would definitely recommend going there. I can totally see it being our regular date place.

Me and my husband are regulars here and usually absolutely love the food. We came today and noticed our usual veggie boss has changed, it was labeled as new and improved on the menu. When it came, we were given a tea spoon sized portion of spinach which was shocking and the usual mushrooms came as a whole flat mushroom which didn’t taste great. Unsure if the chef has changed but the original veggie breakfast was a lot better. We wont be rushing back unfortunately which a great shame

Cafe au lait was nice, still prefer a flat white. The carrot cake is always delicious and filling and that blueberry ginger smoothie is 👌

Lovely location, food in BTP is always good and parking is prefect especially in the area. I went with my family had a great breakfast, only issue is I understand that BTP is a animal friendly cafe, but it was a bit scary for the kids as the dog kept barking. The manager did move the bowl, just a suggestion maybe there should be a section for the dogs? The smoothies were very good and healthy option for the kids, the breakfasts are big and reasonably priced. BTP is trying to maintain social distancing by making sure you sign in and also wearing masks as you walk around the building. Overall I would recommend.

First time at BTP and it was excellent. Food was good and the coffee was great. Also felt really secure with the virus measures in place. In what must be a stressful time the staff were great and super friendly. Would recommend.

Lovely place to visit any time of day for any occasion. Dogs are also welcome which is lovely. They serve a really nice selection of hot food which is gorgeous. They provide your usual hot beverages and also a selection of alcohols. Staff were lovely and friendly and happy to help. Definitely worth a visit with family or a for a catch up with friends

Always love going here! Staff are friendly and the coffee is amazing. Only fustraition was they have put their own track and as well as the Governments at the front door. There is only one way in and one way out so you can get bottle necks of people at the front door.

Great relaxing atmosphere for breakfast, lunch or tea times. Friendly staff and a wide selection of delicious vegetarian options from a very healthy menu. Will definitely be going back and having lunch with the other school mums again. They also hire out party rooms.

Always a pleasure eating here. I have been skeptical abut dining out during Covid, but the staff were ever so friendly and accommodating. I decided to branch out and try something new - I went for the sweetcorn hash and it did not disappoint; so delicious! This branch is one of my favourite brunch spots, will definitely continue coming here.

Came a few weeks ago now, very busy in fairness but really poor slow service, staff seemed stressed and panicked and a bit snapoy to be honest. food took 45 minutes to arrive and it certainly didn't tick any boxes for us. Much better prepared restaurtants around and other bostons in birmingham seem calmer
