The gym is clean in the workout area only but consistently runs out of cleaning supplies in the workout area. There is only one working shower in the ladies room. The other showers have backup water that doesn't drain out as you shower. There's mold in the showers and on the shower curtains. There's trash left in the ladies shower area that has been there for weeks. The customer service is polite. However, nothing has been done to improve the health conditions of the location. I have reported this to the front desk and sent a direct message to the company with pictures weeks ago. Nothing has been done. I reported this to the front desk worker and shared the video. I also made contact with the company on Facebook messenger and redirect to go to the gym director. No change.

I love how friendly the staff is. In this day and time, it seems that people are not as friendly and welcoming as they used to be. I love that the young people that work at this location are so nice and personable. I always have a great experience.

This location is always clean and kind. I’ve been working out her for a while. The staff always greet me when I come in and leave. It’s nice to be able to come in and work out without being interrupted or feel uncomfortable. I love this gym and it’s a great place to relieve stress!

Went here when was out of town on a job. Clean, nice workers but Saturday (7/8/23) they wasn't opened at 7 like hours said. Lots of ppl in parking lot left after 30ish minutes

Great equipment. They keep this place really clean. The locker room facilities are real nice as well. I work out before I go to work, so having a good locker room with showers and clean facilities are real important to me. Definitely recommended as one of the best planet fitness centers in the area.

Was very impressed my very first day. Adrienne was the employee that was very helpful on my first day to work out. He explained machines, treadmills, tanning and massage chairs perfectly! That made me comfortable since this was my first time there and it encouraged me to want to keep going back and reach my goal with confidence! This place is super clean & well maintained & the customer service is great! I love this place! Thank you PFam!

Love this location, people working there and the folks working out there, both are friendly and very helpful. Judgement free zone is an accurate statement!!

This location does not have any properly equipped handicapped shower stall. No seat available at all. This discrimination against physically disabled members is something I’ve never encountered before at any other location. Why won’t they allow us to shower??

The facility is adequate, but with the exception of one staff member most know next to nothing. It's not uncommon to see some of the female staff camped out eating junk food in the lobby. Many of the members are clueless in terms of gym etiquette. It can be extremely difficult to get in a decent work out.

I am Veteran, I was involved in an accident, I called the PF on parkway in Roebuck, the person I was speaking to, had no knowledge about what I am referring to, I explain my situation and he stopped talking and went silent. I called and received no answer.

Organized and clean ! Not to packed which works great for people who are motivated.

I love them. You can workout on your own pace, there are different machines to work on, the facility is clean and it’s affordable.

Nice gym with a variety of equipment. The $20 membership fee allows you to use any Planet Fitness in the country.

Planet Fitness is without a doubt the worst gyming experience I've had. I've been gyming since I was 10 years of age and PF takes the cake. It's not just this location, IT'S THE ENTIRE COMPANY. Be careful before starting a membership with any planet fitness. Do your research because you may pay more at a LIFETIME or ANYTIME, etc but it's so worth it in the end. Thank me later!

This facility is simply not reliable. The parking lot is filled, its an hour late opening. I would say that you get what you pay for, but the Montclair location is open. Is it because their demographics of members wouldn’t tolerate this.

There are no 24 hr planet fitness in Birmingham al. This is horrible I will be canceling. I work all day I only have time to work out overnight. I moved to Birmingham now I have to find a new company cause they are all closed by 10 pm this is rediculious

I had an opportunity to ride the bicycle and several other workout machines such as the treadmill, the elliptical, and sit ups in a 30 minute routine. The staff were very motivational, and I want to thank everyone for helping me to stay in a routine and not working too hard without warm ups.

Love all the workers they are so friendly and helpful. It's a clean place to work out and plenty of room to move around as you like. Showers are clean and tanning beds are also a plus and are always clean as well. Just absolutely love this place and the location is good as well. Happy friendly faces and enjoyment all in one . Almost forgot they have great massage chairs come check them out you will not regret it I promise you thanks

I go when they open at 5am and that's the best time for me because of the low gym traffic. They have plenty machines to choose from and q good selection of weights.

It's always clean, I love how I'm always greeted when I enter AND when I leave. The atmosphere is amazing. Just all around the board 10/10 stars. I LOVE PLANET FITNESS!

Absolutely enjoy the experience. Customer service is up to par, and the equipment is thoroughly cleaned. I highly recommend Planet Fitness to anyone looking for a great gym and workout experience.

I love the freedom to let loose and just workout that PF provides. All state of the art equipment and the members do their part to keep things wiped down after sets. Very friendly atmosphere provided by the employees and it's always a good day when I go!
