One of the worst in country. How do they get a way with such poor level service. Possible because it’s in the inner city not enough people care to complain. Receptionist is rude no empathy asked questions trying to diagnose. Which is confidential they should know. You can not get advance appointment. They tell you phone on the day when you do phone after 40 minutes on hold they tell all the appointment finish . Rude and bad mannered do not care. Should not be in this profession.

Good luck getting an appointment. This practice has clearly taken on too many patients in an attempt to maximise profits. Absolutely disgraceful. The larger receptionist has absolutely no manners, but her colleague is courteous...It does not rescue this review as it is an absolutely shambolic practice.

I suffer from severe depression, the last time I’ve taken my medication was over 4 months ago. I cannot get a repeat prescription and I cannot get an appointment. This leaves me very stressed and suicidal when I can’t reach for help I need. They referred me to “Healthy Minds” few months back, they haven’t called me either. Dr Aaron is very rude, many will agree if they’ve ever had a telephone call with him. He doesn’t listen to the currant problem and starts looking at the history and tries finding faults which have caused a illness rather than be supportive and diagnose the issue.

Use to be able to get appointments here. Now it's close to impossible because all appointments are taken. Had to beg for an appointment and only then they gave me an appointment that someone cancelled. Same day appointment is like lottery. If you get through to them, then you might get same day appointment. Life = lottery. More people will probably die of cancer because life = lottery. I'm changing surgery soon. I will need to visit the urgent treatment centre again and in future move to third world country once I retire. Rubbish.

This review relates to Ehren Battaloglu who is a GP at this practice. When presented with the single most obvious case of cancer, he misdiagnosed it leaving me on a 2 month waiting list that is simply inexusable considering how overtly obvious the symptoms were. In response to my complaint, he lied repeatedly when summarising my visit and his diagnosis along with the details i provided. This alleged doctor is a complete and utter fraud and should either be struck off or seek alternative employment voluntarily before he costs someone their life through his sheer incompetence.

The service is so poor. Receptionist try to become doctor. So hard to get an appointment. So worst.Don’t. try to register with this GP surgery. My previous GP was so good in London.This is the worst one I met in my life.

I think the reviews speak for themselves. Don’t ring this doctor if you need an appointment as you wont get one, being on hold for ages and then to be told sorry we are booked. You could basically be dying of an undiagnosed disease, but no worries just visit the walk in centre. Pointless doctors.

The manager Bal Chaggar is so rude and unprofessional. How she is allowed to work there is beyond me, if you can't be caring don't work in the care sector. No wonder the staff are clueless, they have no hope with a manager like her. It would benefit you all to go and have some training and also learn some manners while you are at it.

i called morning for appointment and my number is 8th almost 30-40 minutes it waste my time when i turn is came same answer no appointment.and she ask me call at 3pm I call to this after 20 minutes waiting no appointment for you .almost 50 pounds i spent only for medicine for skin problems .I feel not well now pharmacist not give me medicine he told me go the doctor but doctor is very busy he have no time for there patients.This is my biggest mistake I register with you

Throughout the Pandemic Dr Bhalla’s team has been extraordinarily excellent at answering the telephone and dealing with any queries efficiently and speedily. The wait time could sometimes be long which was understandable, however, I was ALWAYS been able to get through. The administrative staff are courteous and efficient in carrying out their duties. If they are unsure of how to deal with a query they liaise with their helpful Practice Manager, Bal. I really cannot find any negatives with this Practice as a long-standing patient and they are to be commended for their excellence.

Never even seen the doctor in 5 years! Is it a man, is it a women? Or does this doctor ever exist.

She don't give appointment on time just give advice receptionists going to pharmacy buy medicine when I m already go to pharmacy and still she say? Then she show me bad attitude. 👎

Would give 0 stars if I could. Frankly, none of the GPs here give a damn about their patients or the severity of their symptoms. Mistakes get made and everything is so unbelievably slow. You have to persist for every tiny thing and it's hard enough being unwell as it is. I have had 0 support over the years. My private doctor was shocked that my symptoms were not taken more seriously, as the complications can become life threatening. So I'm definitely switching to a new service.

Worse GP. Matter fact, if you look at all the other Gp's around the area, all 1-2 stars. Terrible area in terms of getting help from a doctor. They don't care about your well being, i feel they really hate their jobs. Update: You can find atleast 1 good doctor who will listen and be understanding. So out of respect for that Doctor who helped me, i will comment on this at least but.... I dunno if i can change the 1 star. I would give any of the good doctors there a 5 star but the ones who make the whole practice bad, thats my reason for keeping the 1 star.

Incredible service from Nurse Almas. Her knowledgeable was impeccable & care was amazing!!!!
