Welcome to the biggest Primark in the world over 4/5 floors of mayhem, they have everything you need and more, two cafes one was Disney the even had a barber shop for the lads. Including a beauty shop for the for the ladies and men. The Disney cafe was exclusive. The even have boyfriend/husband corners sofas excellent to have. Is a must to visit to see what the fuss all about.

WOW, AMAZING, HUGE, MUST VISIT. What can I say about this store? Well I knew that this store was big, but I didn't expect it, to be as big as it was and all the extra things and places. There is a cafe, a Disney cafe, a barbers, a beauty salon and even "boyfriend/husband sofas" in corners of the floors. Spread over 5 levels, there is men's sections, 2 floors of women's clothes, a baby and children's floor and then the top floor there is a huge home section and relaxation area, stocking yoga items and much more. Was very busy, but didn't feel over crowded. As you would expect from Primark, there are long queues when you get to the till, even if all the tills are manned. Definitely worth a visit.

Busy place :) this place on the main stretch of stores very and lots of people walking around. Not been to the area for quiet sometime and was definitely good to get out, not much shopping done but plenty of walking and sightseeing around the city. Worth the visit.

BIG branch, first time here and spent way too long in here and on a Sunday too. Lots of choice and a completely unique Greggs. Wide array of surprisingly fashionable clothing, footwear and accessories at very affordable prices. How do they do it? Well we know but most prefer to turn a blind eye to the real cost of cheap and frankly disposable clothing. I hope Primark looks after the very people that keep their business from drowning.

Visited Primark High Street Branch Birmingham. Everything was well placed. They got got good new variety in Mens & Kid Section this week plus their Price Reduction on several items like hoodies, Shirts, sweatShirts are really nice. I bought a couple of hoodies and sweatshirts in absolute Bargain their original Prices was £15 & £20. But i got it in £5 so massive reduction. So go & Grab the Bargains Specially Check their Reduction On every Floor in Every Section. Hope this reviews will give the better position of how to do shopping at Primark.

Amazing shopping experience. . Cheapest store and having lots of varieties form men's and women's. Very affordable prices of all the products which are available in Primark. Lots of winter collection is now around because of winter getting started in couple of days.

3 Hours travel to get to the largest store, it's Primark spread over more floors which of course means more walking etc... A vaste array of items with good directions for various departments. It could really do with seating on all floors for partners waiting for their other halves to try on 1 item in 15 different colours🤣. The Grinch Cafe was ok, waffles were great but one of the ⭐ milk shakes literally tasted of actual milk with no flavouring, think it should have been mint... We can at least say we've been, but our local store is the same just more compact.

Biggest Primark Ive been putting off going here as I remember the old Primark in city centre was always jam packed and no space to move without bumping into someone. This one is much more better and calmer I think it's 4 floors lots of ranges and variety's was nice inside and not over crowded which I thought it would be very spacious floors . Counters and changing rooms on every floor from what I remember. Nice sitting places with the cafes and you can refill your water bottle at the refillable water stations. Nice and clean and staff are nice and friendly. 10/10 I will definitely be going back .

The kids enjoyed shopping for their holidays all in one place. They really enjoyed the Disney cafe, but i would say more the gimmick than the quality. The range is huge and spread across the five floors my family could have spent hours in this one store.

Big big shop, loads and loads of Disney clothes (for ladies) and home items. My BIGGEST annoyance with primark, no Disney socks for men and not many hoodies or tees. This needs to change for me to give 5 stars. Highly recommend the Disney cafe though. The waffles are amazing. Staff could be just a tad bit more jolly, it is Disney themed after all.

It’s really huge. So far the whole environment is clean and organised. There are 2 cafes at the store. There are toilets including baby changing facilities.

😷 Constraints are relaxed for shopping 🛍 HOPEFULLY consumers shall CONSIDER others and always wear a face covering ❤ GREAT PRODUCT & PRICES in a FAMILY FRIENDLY ATMOSPHERE ● 👨 There is always more females than males but men can also shop around inside they could be in for a surprise and actually find something special as a gift 🎁or suitable casual clothing for the current climate 🌦 🌂

The world's biggest Primark I believe so I wanted to visit just for that and the fact it had a Disney cafe . The cafe didn't feel fancy at all, suppose i mainly juat wanted a photo of a mickey mouse shaped waffle and thats about it. But its nice to have a good variety of shops in the primark building, A greggs, a vintage clothes shop. Didnt have a look around for clothes etc as I had children with me (not ad fun shopping with grumpy children, haha) but I'd definitely go back if I'm in Birmingham. Near the trainstation and lots of other shops and sites to see.

I believe this is the biggest Primark in the world. It’s carnage spread out over multiple floors. Inside you’ll find Clothes, Greggs, Disney Cafe, Barbers, Fragrance Shop, Beauty Area and more! Definitely worth a visit if you’re shopping!

Loads of great items at low prices, the staff are lovely here. Marking down by one star due to the lack of open checkouts and huge queues to pay. The changing rooms were full of coat hangers and rubbish, but that's because of the inconsiderate customers! Hope they don't treat their homes the way they treat this store!

Big Primark with many Harry Potter accessories. They also have very cute Bridgerton tea cups! Easy to spend a lot of money here...

Really good Primark, excellent choice and stock. Especially the home department. Very spacious too. Queue time wasn’t great .

Lots of choice. If you get any clothing sets, make sure all items are the same size. Love the socks. Even the queue was faster than normal. Social distancing in the changing rooms. Good experience

Well worth a visit. Huge store but very spacious so doesn’t feel too busy. Wide range of products, and 3 different cafes to choose from. Plenty of toilets, and seating areas with phone charging facilities.

Very big store I got lost in here and had to ask for help finding my way out. Whilst here a woman fell down an escalator, the staff responed very quickly and put the emergency plan into place the lady was unhurt, but the professionalism was to a very high standard, no panic no fuss. It was the lady's fault to be honest but I commend the way staff handled the incident.

Really nice place to shop. My poor husband was exhausted from shopping and I have mobility issues, so the fact that there is a Gregg's in-store to allow for a sit down for a while was excellent. There is also a Grinch cafe ATM to keep you feeling festive 🎄 Staff were extremely helpful and the store was clean. Lots of shopping to be done here, it's huge so definitely make the most of the places to pause and treat yourself to a snack

Loved this place, 3 floors of shopping and a super wide range of items for a relatively cheap price I was able to buy a few shirts and some bags (good quality) from this shop and I am super happy with them. The staff were super nice and patient, and I can't wait for the next time I can visit. The only thing I didn't like was clothes mixed around everywhere and in all the wrong places, it made it very hard to figure out the price of some items and looked a little messy, but I'm sure its of no fault to the amazing staff.

As always, good value for money. Very helpful staff. Toilets were clean and tidy on all our visits. The Restaurant could be improved by adding more choices of food.

Primark still excellent regarding hand gels & sprays for basket handles. This new store is much tidier than the old Primark which was in New Street. There you would always find clothing scattered about the floor & you always seemed to wait forever to pay at the tills

  • 5/5 Dindi Wahyu A. 1 year ago on Google
It's located at the heart of Birmingham New Street and I have visited this place multiple times because of the price is affordable especially if you are a student. They got a lot of clothing here from baby need to adult clothes. Even better, they have an eating place which is greggs. So you don't need to worry if you are hungry. There might be some used tissue at the front door sometimes. It will be perfect if they clean it regularly.

Uk's biggest branch of primark... Best choice for them those who want the cheapest clothes in the UK compared to quality and other brand.. Located in the Centre of Town and the most popular in Birmingham. Need More variety of clothes overall is very good

Bristol Primark is better. Cafe closed so used the second floor care which was terrible. All the clothing racks are very close together and there's lots of women not wearing masks with total disregard for social distancing. I have never seen so many staff in a shop stood around chatting and not working! Never saw security challenge anyone for covid masks or 2m rule but they were quick enough to push us out into the rain while we tried to plan our route. Returns are easy as they accept them at ANY till which is a great idea.

This Greggs is a great addition to Primark's flagship store. Tasty filling food great value for money and this new stylish Greggs also has plenty of seating. Loved it.

This is an impressively big store. It is so big you sort of find it hard to focus on what you want or better still need. It is almost like trying to find a needle in a haystack because there is so much on offer. I was impressed with the dessert stand, hair dressers and toilets - on two floors (none open on our visit). You need at least two hours for this shop.

Excellent place to shop. Price is affordable and products quality is excellent. The costomer service is on point. Keep it up.

It was really nice... they had a huge variety of clothes for all. Visited the Disney Cafe too and the interior was nice

We all know the kind of fashion they sell. This review is more from the point of view of customer experience. I feel like they need more staff since they are so busy all the time. It is always a nightmare queuing to pay for your items. The store itself has a lot to offer including a nice coffee shop in the top floor.

5 floors. Staff very smiley and helpful. Cafe was reasonably priced. Don't order the cronuts. They were hard and stale. Lord knows how they keep a straight face taking your money for something you wouldn't feed to a pig.
