Brought a fireplace from here 3 years ago. Service at the time was okay and the fireplace is beautiful. The fitting was awful. The fitter removed an old fireplace which was significantly taller. The surface where he has cemented shows the grooves and shape of the old fireplace. It’s uneven and over time looks like the wall has sunk back making cracks. Wish I hadn’t bothered now as it wasn’t cheap either!

Bought and had fireplace fitted around 18m ago by this shop. The showroom had some really nice options and the person who took care of us, Hassan, was very well informed and so helpful with discussing what was best for our needs. The price was reasonable and they also recommended a fitter called Asif, who did an amazing job fitting the fireplaces into our existing chimney breast. He was very patient with my high standards, very efficient and did a great job. We had a problem with the fireplace which was apparent as soon as it was fitted, regarding one of the lights on it. It was very efficiently sorted through the manufacturer without issue. The after- sale support was really great. Would definitely recommend to use the shop and the fitter, Asif .

I purchased a lovely gas fire heater from Hassan at the Fireplace and Stove. Asif came to fit the heater. He created a recess in the wall and has made a beautiful fireplace for us to enjoy. A great service. I would definitely recommend.

I got my fire from The Fireplace and Stove Centre recently, the service provided from start to finish was fantastic. The guys at the showroom know there stuff and provided great advice on what fire would suite our property. They came out to the property, took measurements, discussed the best options, ordered the fire and fitted it with no problem. Lovely finish. Genuinely happy. Highly recommended.

Service was very good initially but follow up service was very poor! I had to keep making the calls to have the installation corrected and that took several weeks before it was completed.

The staff are really helpful and know their stuff! I'm glad I visited the showroom, it provided inspiration and we received great advice on how to implement our ideas. The installers were fab too, they came on time and got the job done with no issues. We now have an amazing stove and at a really great price too! ... Will certainly come back again if we need a fire or stove. Very pleased with our purchase and the service we received.
