Fantastic traditional butchers shop. Beef is properly hung and the sausages are just divine. Just how a butchers shop should be!

Quality food & service. One of the best things during Lockdown (for me) was going here more often. Great lads who work there & food is so much better than the supermarkets. I would highly recommend

I used to own classic meats shirley My wife has just bought 2 gammon steaks from here and they are absolutely fantastic very happy with them...just got to smuggle them back to the south of France where we now live lol

I couldn't recommend them enough! Great quality produce, brillant team who know there stuff and all have brillant customer service. A true hidden gem and I look for finding reasons to buy from there Also serve White Pudding and Barrys Tea Which is a game changer by itself

Went here today and have to say what a fantastic shop, The butcher was friendly and helpful, Very clean and so much choice, Very reasonable prices, Not many butcher's left now so I hope more people will support your local butchers for good fresh meat and stop paying over the top for the rubbish from supermarkets, This shop has a nice selection of white pudding which is getting harder to find now. 10/10

High Quality Meats and Excellent Service. Remember the old days when service and quality were the key words, when you could trust the store keeper to give the the best of their experience and quality of service that the big names would learn a lot from ? You could go in and their advice would be invaluable ? Well I found it at Highfield Butchers. Don't go anywhere else now, I know know what I'm getting at a price that beats the supermarkets.

Ray is an excellent butcher, always knowledgeable and friendly. My only concern is my husband's waist line now we've found Highfield butchers!

I've bought my Christmas Turkey from Highfield Butchers for over 20years and the service from Ray & Steve has been excellent for all that time. I've moved away from Hall Green and it takes me 45 minutes or so to get there now, but it's well worth the journey as the Turkeys are excellent. Give them a try any time !.

Popped in today after picking up some LPs from record shop. Belly draft & minted lamb chops which we cooked tonight. (Amazing) Also some local honey & so much more you can buy in this lovely traditional butchers. Really friendly staff. Makes me miss my home town even more.
