Although
doctor
Mavi,
and
Jassel
work
extremely
hard,
the
practice
itself
is
falling
apart.
Mainly
due
to
the
nurse's
and
reception
staff.
Whenever
you
request
an
appointment,
it's
nearly
impossible
to
receive
one,
especially
for
those
who
work
between
8-9am
(as
those
are
the
times
your
asked
to
call
and
book).
I
was
a
few
minutes
late,
for
injections
for
my
newborn,
and
was
asked
to
rebook.
I
explained
I
had
to
feed
the
baby,
but
the
nurse
and
reception
staff
didn't
sympathise
with
me.
However,
whenever
I've
attended
an
appointment
and
staff
are
up
to
an
hour
late,
I've
happily
waited
for
my
appointment.
I
will
be
switching
surgeries,
and
won't
be
coming
back.
Please
be
careful
of
the
reception
staff,
they
are
rude
and
not
understanding
in
the
slightest.
As
a
biomedical
scientist
myself,
it's
difficult
to
see
this
kind
of
health
practice.
As
I
love
the
NHS
and
everything
it
stands
for.
Hall
green
surgery
is
supposed
to
be
much
better,
will
be
switching
to
them.
For
anyone
getting
into
a
public
serving
sector,
don't
do
it
for
the
money,
do
it
for
the
patients.
It
makes
a
real
difference.
