NatWest Acocks Green Birmingham

Atm Bank

😠 I honestly cannot believe how shocking the staff is at this branch. From manager to advisors they are extremely rude aggressive and unhelpful. It took me 2months and 5 visits to the branch to request a pin number for my card, I've actually given up and only use my natwest account for online banking... People often mention bank, staff, money, service, natwest, customers, problem,

One of the counter staff made my partner feel extremely uncomfortable just for asking for a one-off bank statement. They didn't even provide anything in the end. The only good thing about natwest is the app - for anything else (mortgage etc) that requires their services, avoid like the plague.

Worst natwest bank ive ever been two. Refused to give me my money but still took it from my account. Then the manager threatened to shut my account down. Vile and foul staff that work here. They should be sacked. This is the last time i ever bank with this natwest again. Terrible customer service and a terrible banking service. I would not advise to bank with natwest. Your money isnt safe.

I’m an NatWest account holder of circa 40 years and needed to transfer money between accounts and I felt like I was treated with immense suspicion. As a Parkinsons suffer this was abundantly clear and deeply disturbing. .. I won’t be going back there, ever it’s awful.

A bunch of very annoyed assistants. It’s tiny, NatWest also like to take your money without any explanation. Switch to LloydsBank so much easier!

Not the most eficient Natwest branch, quite busy due to its location even outside peak hours. During lunchtimes it can be a joke, 20 minutes is usual to be served. Limited parking outside. Staff are a bit of a mixed bag, some more helpful than others. The bank itself seems quite cramped and dark. Not my favourite place in the world.

This bank tries its very best. The queues are long but thats down to the fault of many customers not being able to use their online apps to simply check balances, transfer money, pay bills and cash out bits of money???? use a cah point!! , all very simple task, but no they take up the time of the bank staff who could help with other more difficult task that can't be done via app. The staff always try to educate customers on the simple things of using their app but the customer who say they have the app, bluntly say they would rather come into bank WHY!!!!. I have witnessed customers be very rude to staff for no reason other than they couldnt be bothered to use the tools they have themselves and complain how long the queue is. The reasons they are there frustrates me , im there to do business banking , cant do it any other way, i would if i could. Customers need to learn how to use online banking , its not hard!! Dont take it out on the staff!!

This bank along with others has it's usual long queues, and sometimes lack of staff but I overlooked all this bcz I had a problem depositing money using the machine, and my money never showed up online. I popped into the bank and spoke to a lovely lady called Katy ( hope that's the right spelling lol ) she promised to phone on Monday and have it resolved and true to her word, she did that. I also had a phone call from a lady called Malisha from Natwest, who also was superb in her customer service, and was kind enough to waive my over draft interest, and as a good will credited me £25. So I've had a problem, but the response was amazing. Would recommend this bank to my friends. Thank you Katy, and Malisha from Natwest complaints team.

Came in to this branch as we were unable to take money out due to the account being inactive. The cashier on desk literally shrugged his shoulders at us, rather than providing a solution to the problem and looking at us as though this is your problem, you fix it. The bank serves the purpose of holding our money, and when there's a problem, a solution should be offered, which should be part of the service they provide. However, he proceeded to tell us we will need management sign off and there are no managers in the bank at 2.30pm. He told us to go to another bank and assured us they always had managers there. Went to that bank, and surprisingly, there were no managers there, too! Staff there told us 3 of the branches share a manager, and the manager floats about. They told us to ring in to the store the next day to check if a manager is there before we come in. If you ring any natwest branch, it goes to one number who can offer absolutely no help in regards to branches. As all branches have no telephone line and can only be contacted by email. Worst bank to deal with!

I was given excellent customer service by a lovely lady called Janet. She we went the extra mile and was very patient in sorting out my banking problems. Janets customer service is an example of how customers should be treated across all banks. Thank you Janet!

Went at a lunch time to pay in some cash, was in and out so no complaints there. Place is a bit scruffy for a bank to be honest though.

Always managed to see me without an appointment. Very friendly, helpful staff. If you are nice to them they will be nice to customers
