Wow! The food was absolutely delicious. Had the Steamed fish, Masala fish and Donner burger. Firstly the Steamed fish was so soft and bursting with flavour, Masala fish is probably the best I've had also the garlic mayo sauce was really nice. Donner meat used is not your cheap Donner you can definitely taste the difference and quality. Nice hidden Gem in Hall Green Birmingham. Excellent customer service and quality food. Will definitely be coming back to try out the other food on the menu.

This was our second takeaway and it didn’t disappoint. I can honestly say that their mixed grill is delicious and one of the best I’ve tasted. The food is fresh and flavoursome and portions are generous. Can highly recommend. Please don’t let your high standards slip :-)

Customer service was fantastic. The food was very fulfilling and reasonable priced. One of the nice lamb donned kebabs I have had in Birmingham, thinly sliced and not greasy. Would definitely recommend a visit.

Delicious food and very friendly staff. We liked the flamin chicken burger, chicken kebab and twisted donner chicken burgers. The steam fish was excellent too. The place is clean and have a nice atmosphere. Will be coming back

Travelled 30 mins (not long these days for food) after seeing some raving reviews on social media about this place… did not disappoint. Tried the highly talked about steamed masala fish and the gourmet beef burger. The fish was succulent, delicately spiced and served with a nice salad and a side of your choice. The coating was well balanced and cooked fresh. The fries were really good, you could tell they keep fresh oil and portion was a good size. The gourmet beef burger was seasoned really well and was bursting with flavour, an excellent soft bun. Good sauces - garlic Mayo and chilli sauce. We arrived at 10:50pm, they were closing at 11pm but still accommodated us, was not made to feel rushed and even offered us to stay inside to eat: the staff are super friendly and knowledgable about healthy alternatives to fried fast food. They have a warming persona and are generous. This will become a regular for me.

Was greeted by one of the owners. Stunning food. I had the masala fish, with spicy rice. Whilst it was being prepared the owner gave me a sample of the chicken kebab meat. Again delicious. The fish was cooked to perfection and the rice was gorgeous. Wish I wasn't here for only two days. If your looking for great food, cooked incredibly well by a very friendly owner, look no further. Honestly the food is amazing as everything is clearly made fresh to perfection with that extra care. This was the second time I've come to twist and flame poorly down to the amazing customer service all the staff give as they are very kind and helpful and will go out of their way to make sure you choose something of your liking. The quality and taste of majority of the food is seriously good as I have now tried most of the menu. Would recommend all and will agree this is my new go to spot when I want tasty food and a lovely service which I know I will enjoy without fail.

This restaurant is amazing. The food was fresh and hot.I came and took a twisted platter and i can just say it never disappointed me. it was cooked to perfection and everything was delicious.The atmosphere was amazing. I met the owners and they were very friendly. You would have to try Twist and Flame!!

Super impressed with their customer service! Staff is so polite and helpful! Their mixed grill is very good! Burgers were alright but perhaps that's because they were takeaway. Would recommend eating at the restaurant when the food is fresh! Definitely a must visit.

A lovely little eatery. Fresh, quality and flavoursome food. Portions were generous, just like the owner. Prices were reasonable despite the cost of living crisis. Owner offered great customer service and passion for his food. My daughter got complimentary fries without asking and she loved it. She are her food despite being fussy. Unfortunately I had to leave early due to an appointment, but the owner was kind enough to wrap my food straight away without fuss. The set up may be small but it’s clean, fresh and ample for repeat customers. Definitely recommend and I have been back since.

It's a really nice place, nice chatty service, fabulous aesthetics - especially the lights and most importantly the food itself is delicious, but also healthier in comparison to traditional fried chicken. Overall I'd recommend this place if you're in the mood for burgers and chicken masala but with a healthy, modern Twist©.

This place I would highly recommend, the food was absolutely amazing and cooked to order, rather pre cooked , I ate 3 days in a row and I could not fault the food at all, and today I ordered again for take out at work we had over 10 orders and Everyone loved it , would definitely go again , next time with family let them enjoy the good stuff, the staff are amazing really good customer service, I was well looked after

The naans here are fantastic! Fresh, good thickness and ghee it really, really is the perfect combo with their chicken. The grilled chicken is very tasty! Freshly made and the taste is just really nice. I highly-recommend the grilled chicken and their naans.

The food was SO good and tasted fresh too. Super friendly and chatty staff, they reflected the quality of the meals 👌 I liked how they do glass bottles of soft drinks instead of cans, the bottles look so much nicer. Will definitely be returning the next time we come round. (Highly recommend their codfish!)

Must say this did exceed my expectations! I got chicken strips and chips meal! And it didn't disappoint! The strips were a really good size, I opted for medium for my spice and boy was it very tasty and delicious! Very clean inside the shop too and the gentleman at the front desk was very polite and welcoming! I wished I ordered more food now, definitely will be returning again!

Ordered the masala fish after reading good reviews.. The fish was nice and chunky but the coating was bland and tasteless, if anything it was very salty. The nan seemed not fresh like it came out of a packet pre cooked. Overall I was disappointed after reading all the high reviews of this place! Maybe i will give them another go and see if this was a one off.

Their platter is by far the best one you can get in Birmingham, hands down. I brough the lemon and herb flavour and the family absolutely loved it. It was enough for a good 5 of us (there was other things too that I didn't show in the picture). 100% recommend getting the nan too, it's more soft and buttery compared to most places, and more of a bread-texture. Good seating inside, had a dine in on a separate occasion with the boys, they enjoyed it too.
