Great location! I bought my hubby tickets for Bryan Adams, the location of the arena is excellent. Right in the centre, lots of bars and restaurants around, all overlooking the canal. The arena itself was well laid out, lots of bars and a lot of very clean toilets. We were so lucky with our tickets, we were front row seating just behind the standing so had an amazing view. Sound wise it was excellent and with a screen behind too. Best concert ever tbh!

Took my partner to watch the Strictly live tour, which she loved, managed to get great seats (Block 3 G121/122) as we were sat about 7 rows from dance floor so had a great view. Knocked one star off for prices of food and drink, I expected it to be a bit pricey but £3.90 for a small to medium portion of chips, drinks were around £6 a pint.

Been here a few times for Disney on Ice when my children were younger, and mainly for Punjabi music gigs more recently. It's a great venue in an easy to reach location by public transport, but it can be a bit difficult to navigate through the crowds when leaving in a group, as there are narrow walk ways leading out. All the big names perform here though, so can't be too harsh on it.

Came here to watch Russell Peter’s stand up. It is a good location in the heart of Birmingham. It was fairly easy to get to, they have parking on site but if you are coming here for an event it will take some time to get out so use if you really need to. Being in a good location you are not very far away from the busy area of Birmingham which is pretty useful.

Medium sized venue. Very clean and tidy. Staff extremely helpful. Attended a Madness/Squeeze concert. Signposting outside the venue could be better, we queued in the "seated "queue before marshals told us we had to queue in another area. Food and drink prices within the venue were high, as they usually are at these events.( tip, travel to the venue early and go to the Malt House pub opposite for cheap pub grub lunch) Floor staff were efficient and effective and quickly diffused the odd skirmish. Sound in the actual concert was very good, but this may depend on where seated. (I have attended concerts here before and seated at back sound wasn't great) . Exit from venue was well organised and safe. Good and plentiful parking. Train station short 15- 20 minute walk away.

One of the best indoor sporting areas of the UK 🇬🇧, here in Birmingham. It has changed name many times over the last Twenty Five years since I began my annual pilgrimage to go and watch my passion : All England Badminton Championship. 🏸 🇬🇧🙏🏼

The security checks were quick and painless. The arena was busy but the queues for drinks and merchandise went down quickly. No seating in the concourse is a bit of a minus especially when you have a clutch bag, drink, mobile and a programme 😆 The arena was the perfect place to watch the Strictly Tour. Great experience, would definitely go back.

Went to see Mo Gilligan’s show and had a blast. The atmosphere was electric and the comedians were on top form. Great to see how far he’s come since I first saw him. Axel Blake was the stand out performer of the night, first time seeing him. Sat next to an intoxicated weirdo which wasn’t pleasant but it didn’t takeaway from the night. The arena should really limit the amount of alcohol that’s served to people who are clearly drunk.

So the former Nia now know as Utilita Arena. Located along the canal behind the symphony Hall and walking distance from Brindley place. 5-10 mins canal walk from jewellery quarter, and couple of minutes off broad Street. Great venue and great place for all types of concerts. Bern here many times. So many canal side bars Ans restaurants including many around Brindley place including Michelin star restaurants. So plan your visit of coming for a concert.

Great venue, and bloody huge...went to see Iron Maiden. There are plenty and I mean plenty of places inside to eat and drink, all the staff were friendly and welcoming, toilets were very clean. And merch stands are on both floors.

Visited to see the Chemical Brothers. Excellent arena, great organization. Approached it via canal, beautiful. Reasonable prices. Cleanest toilets I have ever encountered at an arena. I love this arena. Will visit again. And of course Tom and Ed were excellent. Magic night.

Came here for the first time to see blink-182, a great venue with large space and good sound quality. Lots of theatrics happening with the stage which added to the atmosphere! Queue time was very short which was great too, would recommend.

One of the best big venues in the UK. Great bars and food options within. Yes it's pricey but all venues are. So just reviewing the venue itself - the main arena is great and it always has brilliant sound quality. I usually need earplugs in smaller venues throughout Brum, but here I've never needed them and the audio is very clear.

Fantastic venue for a concert. Even at the back you still get a brilliant view. Drinks were fairly priced and a big shout out to the bar staff and security teams who were very professional.

First time here. Watching Jack Whitehall settle down tour. Honestly very smooth experience. Parking was easy and very close. Little expensive at £12.50 but no queues either in or out. Food and drinks all expensive as expected. Seats little small I didn’t have much leg room at 6FT tall. Toilets where clean. Staff very helpful at helping finding seats. Definitely come back in future if another event I want to see come here.

We had a fantastic time at The Utilita Arena in Birmingham watching an Elton John Concert. As you would expect the concert was packed but the staff were helpful when required but the queues for food and drink were huge so get there early. We had great tickets and a superb view of the stage.

Great venue for concerts. We got in very quickly but had to stand around as the food areas were not open for another 30 minutes. The car parking is expensive 😔 The seats don't leave a lot of leg room. The staff are friendly and helpful

Had a great time visiting the Arena when we came to watch the Hollywood Vampires. We stayed at a local Hotel, so getting to the Arena was within easy walking distance. Having been to a number of concerts at different venues over the years, this place is a good size to get around and in and out of. Unable to talk about the carparking at the venue thought. Staff where friendly and the views from our seats okay and to be expected. Sound was good on the night. Price of food and drink are again too be expected for these environments.

Saw the Hollywood Vampires. What a great night! Brilliant show. Only small complaint would be that the audio wasn't very clear. The music drowned out the words. But Alice and the Vampires gave a great performance as ever with their drummer giving an outstanding solo performance! Never disappoints. Support act, The Tubes were pretty good too, great music - just the audio was even worse. Was attending with my disabled daughter and her husband. The security and box office staff couldn't have been more helpful, sorting out a better seating area for us due to my daughter's more severe mobility issues (originally booked tickets 9 months ago), even helped to sort a suitable parking space for their 2.1metre high disability van. The only problem was later trying to exit the car park when the new security chap couldn't understand why our van had to exit from a particular exit point due to the height barrier of the normal exit route. So we probably were kept waiting to exit longer than necessary. The rest of the staff were absolutely brilliant though and I can't thank them enough for all their help.

Great venue. An army of staff all friendly and helpful. Plenty of facilities in good order for everybody of all abilities. Food and drink was very reasonably priced for this sort of events venue. Great place and well run on the day from coach parking all the way through the whole event.

The venue is a great location for big concert events. The arena is very large and there is plenty of space to roam. Disabled access is available and it is quite easy to get into the venue. The main hall goes all around each block so it is quite easy to find where you are meant to be as well as refreshments and merchandise. Would definitely come back in the future if another artist/DJ catches my eye.
