Considering
it
vital
to
my
health
and
wellbeing
I
have
been
receiving
professional
massages
for
much
of
my
adult
life.
However,
due
to
unforeseen
circumstances,
I
had
a
five-year
absence
in
getting
massages
until
this
week.
Upon
my
arrival
I
noted
that
Sylvia
and
Ludo
paid
a
great
attention
to
detail,
creating
an
environment
that
is
serene
and
relaxing.
I
chose
the
full
body
experience
of
a
Swedish
massage.
In
my
60+
years
of
having
massages
I
know
that
every
massage
therapist
brings
his/her
own
unique
style
and
talents
but
I
had
no
expectations.
During
the
session
my
sense
of
Ludo
is
that
he
works
hard
to
relieve
your
tensions.
His
warm,
"healing
hands"
are
guided
by
his
spirit
and
genuine
care
for
one's
wellbeing.
With
little
tips
here
and
there,
he
teaches
as
he
moves
through
the
treatment
and
demonstrates
awareness
of
your
body's
sensitivities.
Besides
getting
the
benefit
of
a
regular
massage,
Ludo
augments
treatment
with
the
use
of
hot
Himalayan
salt
stones
that
contain
several
essential
minerals
and
aid
in
the
body's
natural
detoxification
process.
The
session
ended
with
me
having
a
sense
of
wellbeing,
relaxation
and
looking
forward
to
the
next
session.
The
hour
passed
far
too
quickly.
