What a coffee gem! We sipped our coffee while chatting with the Bristo/owner for quite a while. You’d be hard pressed to fined a better cup of your favorite morning beverage.

The owners were wonderful. We ordered two lattes and enjoyed them very much. The atmosphere was lovely and unique. Highly recommend.

Pulled into town the other day and parked across from the coffee roasters. Went in thinking they sold coffee. Nope, up the street at Kafka. Haven’t been to another place since. Best oat mocha I’ve had in Arizona; bar none. Thanks you two!

The shop, and the individuals that run it are excellent. Tucked away, its off the beaten path and a nice reprieve from the throngs of tourists. The warm welcome and the great brews make this place one of the best kept secrets in the area

Slightly off the main road, I saw that there were a lot of folks around Kafka coffee shop. Decided to drop by after walking around Bisbee. I'm so glad I did, the Kyoto cold brew is so flavorful. Probably the best cold brew I've ever had!

Had to check out this place due to the fab reviews and it didn’t disappoint. Wicked friendly couple, coffees were amazing, and if you love cream cheese-well just order a bagel. Wonderful live music on Sunday.
