    Depending on who you have on the phone, the sympathy is, well... since I have a voucher worth 200 francs, I told the employee on the phone that you can't enter this anywhere online, she wrote it down in the system and still a reminder came!! Even after 3 phone calls it didn't work, and they have little interest in providing feedback! My voucher will expire soon and getting cancellations from courses at short notice is annoying!!!! Oh well.. Since the Migros Club School is such a large company, you expect more skills and more technical options! A pity

    I signed up for the Zumba class. I then asked via email whether it would be possible to get an annual subscription instead of the Zumba course. This was confirmed to me. I then did this. Unfortunately the invoice was not adjusted because I had already paid for the Zumba course. I then contacted them and received a standard email. I was told that I would have had to deregister from the Zumba course. I then sent the email with the earlier cancellation, also explained that the Zumba course did not take place despite confirmation via SMS and that now that you see in the email that I have unsubscribed, I would like the invoice to be adjusted. After not receiving a response for over a week, I asked again. I then received the same standard email again. I then called and explained everything again on the phone. I was assured that they were looking into the case. None and no feedback yet. It's frustrating and communication is very poor. Well, let's see if it still works...

    From experience, I can say that Migros Club School is one of the best language schools in Luzern from beginners to advanced. You will not be disappointed. The teachers are great and sympathetic and follow excellent workbooks. Capable of going at whatever speed you need. Thank you Migros Club School and especially Herr Frank Bauer!

    It's unfortunate that I have to write this, but my experience with this organization left much to be desired due to their administrative team. To put it plainly, their incompetence was glaring. I was particularly alarmed by what felt like questionable tactics. The message, "Bitte informieren Sie uns innerhalb der nächsten sieben Tage, falls Ihnen das neue Datum nicht zusagt. Ohne Rückmeldung bleibt Ihre Anmeldung bestehen," translates to "Please inform us within the next seven days if the new date does not suit you. Without feedback, your registration remains." This approach seemed to put the onus on the customer to cancel or modify, which could easily lead to unwarranted charges or commitments. The height of irony – and what solidified my disappointment – was when they sent this email in German to someone who was keen to enroll in a German class precisely because the person is not fluent in the language. It's baffling and downright ridiculous. How are non-German speakers supposed to comprehend such crucial information? I would advise anyone engaging with them to be vigilant and double-check any correspondence or agreements. It's essential to protect oneself from potential misunderstandings or, even worse, deliberate attempts at deception.

    Organizationally 100% incompetent, poor to no planning, repeated failures and cancellations at the last moment. The plans that you had to adjust because of the course always ruin you...

    I would like to book a painting course. I never received an answer to my two messages via the contact form with a question about the course. Unfortunately, when I called, I didn't get any clear information either. I still don't know how much the materials cost. A pity. I'm now looking for a painting course at another school
