👍 The staff was very friendly, but the gentleman taking orders, didn’t really listen and double charged us for the rolls, we ended up getting a second one although it was a tiny bit dry. The brunch meal was very good, the biscuit and brisket was excellent. The brisket was extremely flavorful and so is... People often mention good, brisket, ribs, beans,

The staff was very friendly, but the gentleman taking orders, didn’t really listen and double charged us for the rolls, we ended up getting a second one although it was a tiny bit dry. The brunch meal was very good, the biscuit and brisket was excellent. The brisket was extremely flavorful and so is the gravy it came with. The hash was also excellent. We also enjoyed the pineapple lemonade. I would definitely stop here again, although I’d like to try the regular menu. Also, the TVs were up pretty loud, so it was hard to talk to the person across the table. I would definitely recommend stopping here if you’d like barbecue, and you are in town! I can’t wait to visit again.

Order 1: The spare ribs and rib tips were the stars, joined by crispy potatoes, coleslaw, jambalaya, and baked beans. The BBQ stole the show, playing a perfect sweet and savory tune that had us hooked. The meat was tender with smoky, crusty goodness that made each bite a delight. The crispy potatoes really come to life when dipped in the BBQ sauce. While the coleslaw was decent, we both agreed it could use a bit more sauce to kick it up a notch. The baked beans, though, were something else! So good that we had to share. And the jambalaya? Definitely confused our taste buds but not in a bad way. Leaving with full bellies, we're already making plans to come back. If you're all about those smoky, juicy meats, this spot is calling your name. Order 2: today is the beef brisket platter with baked beans and mac'n'cheese. The mac was good, doesn't taste like your run of the mill refrigerator leftovers. The main attraction was the beef brisket. It was more expensive than the spare ribs and rib tips, but didn't have the same deliciousness. Some strips had too much fat with no meat in sight to blend the flavors together. Also could've used more BBQ sauce, the last 2 strips were barely clinging onto that flavor. If you're out to get the best bang for your buck I would skip the brisket in favor of either of the ribs.

Great BBQ joint in the heart of Bismarck, they’re doing it right with all the proteins you need. Solid brisket and pulled pork. The max n cheese is probably the areas best.

Great food, horrible owner. He owes me $2500 dollars as well as others. Blamed not paying on his wife and then ghosted me.

I went with chicken, sausage, m&c, beans, jungle juice and the cheesecake caramel roll. They nailed everything. We went after dinner rush on a weekend night and they had sold out of ribs and brisket. Understandable, and what was available was awesome anyway. These guys definitely make the podium for local bbq, I'll be back.

The great: Pork sandwich was juicy and delicious, fresh potato chips were crunchy and fresh. Baked potato spicy but good. The not so great - menu is by door on the way in far from till, no prices on menu. Overall quite good.

Loved the food, great flavor you get what you pay for happy/friendly staff Cool chef Only bad thing I could think of is that I’m going to be spending a lot more money and time there in the future

Had the Birria Tacos and Elote. Both were delicious. They have a huge varieties of bbq items and I plan on trying them all.

This was my first time visiting their physical location in Bismarck. I had a rib dinner from their food truck a couple of weeks ago. Service: You place your order at the counter. The cashier was friendly, polite and respectful. They will call your name when your order is ready, then you pick up your order from the counter. Food: I had the rib tip platter with mac n cheese and cowboy beans. The portions were decent. Food temperature was warm- not hot. There was a little bit of a kick to the mac and cheese; ribs were tasty, and beans were robust. I think I was expecting a bigger portion of the rib tips, but nonetheless, it was a good meal. My friend had the chicken sandwich with chips. Chips were tasty, but we declined to finish them, as we are not fans of Kettle style chips. She did like the chicken sandwich. Good price for the sandwich meal. The Rib dinner I had a couple of weeks ago, from their food truck and it was well worth the price. The ribs were meaty and had just the right amount of sauce of them. I had the beans and mac -n-cheese with them also. I could not finish the dinner that evening. If I am in the Bismarck area again and crave some BBQ, I may give them another visit and try another menu item. By the way, there are currently no handheld menus, just the large menu on the wall.

Overall the best bbq in North Dakota hands down. I am from the southeast and this all around has Southeast flavor all day. A real bbq gem of north dakota.

Brisket was good, but slightly dry. Jungle juice was pretty good, though. Was a long wait for the food considering it's already pre prepped and there were only 4 people there for food. Beans were awesome!
