Haircuts here are rarely consistent. You can hardly get in to get a haircut ever either. Their wait is constantly over an hour. I have personally been turned away about 7 or 8 times by this branch either because I was 2 minutes late for my check in or because they just had too many people. Don’t say you take walk ins if you never have time for them. Stylists don’t really talk much or have a bad attitude which makes the experience uncomfortable.

I don’t know the name of the lady who cut my hair but she left it very uneven it wasn’t layered at all the way I wanted it, she rushed the whole thing and left one side longer than the other. Certain sections of my hair were longer and sticking out from the rest of the hair, she didn’t thin the ends of my hair out at all so now I look like lord farquaad with bangs. I got the service for free because the salon gave coupons to my job but if I knew my hair was gonna be botched I wouldn’t have gone

my 5yr old son's haircut is super uneven and the front of his hair line is pushed back but before she started i showed her a picture (military boy haircut)which is far from what the lady did. Literally No dedication & paitence for their customers. I would never recommend anyone to this place.

Very bad costumer service... I had my haircut anyway, so, if you don't mind being treated like cattle, you'll be good.

Wonderful experience. Hairstyles are very friendly. My whole family goes. They also do women's hair.

Check in said 1550 should be the time of arrival. Showed up and sat in a chair for 30 minutes, because conversation from what I could see was more important with the current customers than the ones that were waiting. The one I based this off of spent 30 minutes running her fingers through her customers beard, instead of finishing his haircut. I thought sports clips kept a time limit on customers haircuts. If punctuality is your strong suit, 10/10 would not recommend

This was my first visit to any SportClips. Shalene and the rest of the staff were great! Not a long wait. Shalene listened to what I wanted and I thought she did a fantastic job! It's hard to find a good haircut, no matter where you may live. Very friendly and quick quality service. Planning to return.
