Dr Shelly Botsford and staff are beyond Proficient, Timely and Client orientated. You are made to feel welcome upon opening the door. Your greeted with a genuine smile and timely appointments. The procedures are conducted at a high level of professionalism that exudes confidence and comfort knowing it will be done at a high level of expertise. I’ve had excellent results and look forward to my appointments due to the atmosphere. I have some sensitive procedures in some not so common areas and I’m made to feel totally at ease. I highly recommend this business for any and all your Aesthetic and Laser needs!

The Shelly made sure I was very informed of the process and addressed my concerns to make sure that was specifically targeted. I had the Halo Laser treatment. It wasn't as bad as I thought since they took measures to ensure patient comfort. I chose this place since they had the highest ratings per review. I'll be back for my skin needs .

All the employees at Pure Skin get to know you and develop a professional relationship with clients. This is important for the trust factor needed to proceed with delicate procedures for maximum results. Very impressive staff. Dr. Botsford and Shelly are experts at what they do and make sure they stay up to speed with the latest procedures. They do not recommend procedures that are not geared to your age or personality.

Absolutely the best experience I have had! Dr. Bostford was amazing, talked me through the entire process and called for a followup to see how I was doing. Will definitely be going back!

From the warm welcome of Debbie, who navigates and coordinates all my needs with a gentle and positive spirit, to Shelly who is equally fantastic in offering service guidance and education as she is with her advanced and thorough skills. And then there is Ireland. Aesthetician extraordinaire! The passion she has for not only providing her expertise and applying her skills, but also meeting needs in a professional yet personal manner is felt with every encounter. She has such a way about her that I leave my visit feeling well taken care of, it keeps me coming back again and again.

I received Pure Skin’s Signature Facial from Sydni, and I was beyond impressed with my service. Sydni was warm and inviting, and I was instantly at ease. She informed me about each step of the facial, and explained every product she used, while still allowing me to relax. When I left, I felt refreshed, and I had several tips and tricks to help keep feeling my best until my next appointment. I will definitely be back. I can’t recommend Sydni or Pure Skin enough!

Nice staff. Not very informative. Didnt inform of pre-peel preparation except in an e-mail 2-3 days before. If I had an actual issue, wouldnt have been able to get chemical peel.
