Omg I waited 2 yrs to eat here aside from me thinking the burger was too small (it wasn't) it was worth it. So good. IRL best burger I have found in the state

We had ordered 2 meals. It was $30!! & for that price I assumed the food would atleast be good. My fries were half full, both of the fries were cold/very hard like it was the last of the crumbs & my drink tasted like straight carbonated water. the service was ok- the worker didn’t seem too thrilled. But for 30$ I’ll take my business else where, especially if I’m paying that price for food that is far from worth that price.

Literally sat at drive through for 10 min no one else was there and I saw there were workers inside never took our order or ever came to the window who ever is working Oct 31 2023 at 8:25 pm needs to be fired

Shoutout to those working at Hardee's right now. I came at 2pm when most people expect stale MFing fries, but not today. Literally gave me the Gold Medal of curly fries today. MFer was a double helix curly fry, perfectly seasoned and hot. Not to be outdone, all the other fries in my box were the cream of the crop of curly fries as well. My big hot ham n cheese was also perfection. Damn thing came out looking like it was made in Japan (They have presentation of food on lock). 10/10 hitting up this Hardee's again!

Did not receive full order. Were charged for full order. Attempted to call but phone just rang and rang. Then attempted to call another store to see if store we ordered from had a mystery number but phone just rang on there too. Now have to drive to store and anticipate a battle to get a refund. 1st. Attempt ordering from them and last. Would have given zero stars if it was an option

The dine in is never open and there are always very few workers there serving absolute garbage . having customers on foot waiting in the drive thru line is unexceptable

Everything we got was stone cold and that was after waiting for 20 min to get our order. Dinning room was closed and we were the only one in the drive thru and it was 7:00 PM.

The food is good. My son says they have the best chicken tenders anywhere. And while their shakes are good, they are VERY expensive.

Food and service were great. Place could use a good cleaning. The floors were bad.

Every once in a while, I'm in the mood for a fast food burger. I like Hardee's burgers and now with their 4/$6 menu, I can get 2 burger, fris and a drink. The burgers were very good this time around. The fries were not hot and kind of stale tasting. But I wasn't there for the fries. Will I go back? Yep.

Pulled up at the building for breakfast at 10:29 asking when breakfast started the lady told me 10:30 it switched to 10:30 and she clams we can’t sit in the drive thru to wait 1 min for breakfast, will bring my business elswhere

Ordered food online thinking it would be faster just to drive through and have the food ready. It wasn't. Our fries were cold. Boo. The wait was 15 minutes from the time I ordered it for pick up. One of the items on the order wasn't right. Food was good over all minus the cold fries. I understand being busy, but I also ordered almost an hour ahead of time for pickup.

Generally speaking, I LOVE Hardee's (or Carl's Jr. if you're in the west) because the food has always been really great, as well as since I had to go gluten-free the fact that they have a "low carb" option where they wrap the burger and all the toppings in practically a lettuce bun is fantastic and I love it! I was a little disappointed this time that they didn't wrap my burger with lettuce, they must have missed that part when we were placing our order, and the fries were not as crispy as I'm used to; they were also a little cold. But overall the sandwich still tasted great, it was just more messy to eat this time; especially since we were on a long drive.

Drive through was a little slow (even though it wasn't busy)

Rude service. Better off going across the street to the gas station, good breakfast sandwiches there

Nobody else in the restaurant, still be sitting here waiting nearly a half hour for a small order. Ridiculous

Drive up order, was quick at the window. No complaints here. Food was tasty, as usual.

Ordered a barbque chicken sandwich..got home with the bag, got cold french fries, cold cheese burger, and two cookies( really not tasty)..Had to toss it in garbage due to no extra time to run back..havent eaten there before..the one in Mandan smells so good so thought i would give it a try..Should have known better when the place looked kinda run down..no good smells coming from there..i tried to call three times but no one will answer the phone..Guess they know what the call will be about!

Delicious food. Got 20 chicken tenders, loved every single bite. Got the food pretty fast considering they were busy.

When I ordered through the drive through I said large. When I got up they told me id have to go through again and was yelling in the window when we were there.and I ordered a roast beef sandwich and there is bacon and there was never bacon before. Very unprofessional behavior.

Food was not hot, asked the kid at the window if there were napkins in our takeout His reply, "Should be." Of course we got out on the road, no napkins.

What a dirty nasty place. I think they need to drug test everyone here and give them showers too. Don’t plan on dining in the dining room is hardly open.

If I could give 0 stars I would. NEVER giving them my service again. So embarrassing how the workers talk/treat their customers. Especially when they mess up your order & you go back hoping they would get it right the second time but only get it done wrong again!

I just went through the drive through and ordered a roast beef sandwich and a small coke. He asked if I wanted to add fries to make it a meal. I said no. I got to the window and the guy at the window handed me my bag and closed the window. I was waiting for my coke and he opened the window and said is there something else I can help you with. I said yeah, I didn’t get my coke. He said you didn’t order a coke. You ordered a sandwich and fries. I told him no, I didn’t want fries. I wanted a sandwich and a coke. He shrugged his shoulders and shook his head no and wouldn’t make it right. I didn’t get a receipt either because when he asked I said I didn’t need it. I tried calling to speak to a manager and my call keeps getting declined. I’m going to try calling again tomorrow. Apparently, management needs to teach employees about customer service.

Workers were pleasant, service was quick but for over $5 I expected the loaded omelet burrito to be a decent size. It was more like a snack size.

Hardee's/Carl's Jr. has always been one of my favorite fast food restaurants to go to. The western bacon cheeseburger is always an awesome choice. Edit: to hell with this place. The workers are rude and the service takes way too long. Not to mention they don't take care of their drive-thru during the winter. I've gone through and nearly messed up my car sliding around and having my car suddenly shift to the side because there's a bunch of ice bumps in the Drive-Thru making cars slide sideways. I said something to the worker at the window and he basically shrugged and told me oh well. Not to mention I've had a bag of food snatched out of my hand by some dude with an unnecessary attitude.

I like going here because the food is good and I haven't had anything I ordered forgotten, plus the staff is very friendly.

Drive through. Not sure if someone was new, but didn't verify order, didn't give total. Person at the window was nice. Asked for largest size, either didn't get it or the large size was not worth it. Went for onion rings and wbbq burger. Disappointed honestly.

Tried to stop by this location to get something to eat I was traveling by tractor I could not fit in there drive-through I walked up and tried to get into the lobby it was locked the guy at the drive-through said he I can’t come inside they’re short on staff we only have three people and then I asked him can I please see the menu he said no and then told them that next door they’re only running the restaurant with two people and they have their lobby open they did not care it is not fair to treat a truck driver like an animal. I wanted to be able to sit down and have a dinner.
