I enjoy Domino's pizza however when I ordered this past week using my phone, the order would not go through at the Bismarck Century location. I ended up going into the location to order. I asked if the sale would be credited toward my free pizza account. I was assured it would. Well, here it is a week later and my number of points is still fifty and no additional credit was added to my total. The people working did bring my order to my car as I requested so that was a nice gesture but my ten points toward free pizza never did appear on my account!!

This is the third time in a row that my order was wrong. Not the right soda and 1 short. Did not get my sauce. Last time no soda or sauce. 2 timed ago I got the complete wrong pizza and sandwich. Never using Domino's again ever

They were VERY patient with my 90 year old dad and his order.

We go to visit my mom and dad every month. We ordered the pizza and they were done in about 10 to 15 minutes. Very nice people. Keep up the good work 👍.

Usually when I go to a chain pizza restaurant I encounter scuzzy people who make me wonder what they have or haven’t done with my food. This Dominos is just the opposite. Pizza was made perfectly and tasted amazing. The staff members were extremely friendly and the restaurant was clean. Recommended.

Terrible pizza, I ordered at 1:10 an got there at 1:25 and the pizza was cold an tasted old. Called the manager an he said he could remake it but I live in Mandan an was already home, terrible manager.

This is such a great pizza, great job dominos! Just kidding this sucks. 👎🏽Cutting a pizza has got to be one of the hardest things to do in life. Also, yes, I am missing a slice. 🤦🏽‍♀️

I tried to order pizzas for my party, but this man literally hung up on me. I called back and he asked if it was a legitimate order and I told him it was and once again he hung up and said not to call again I am so disappointed right now I’m going to have a mental breakdown. I hope he gets fired. 😭😭🙏🙏

My supposed chicken parm is chicken, bacon, and ranch. I'll eat it since I'm hungry but not what I ordered or what the box says.

I always give a great review. This one not so good. I ordered my pizza. It sat for more than a half hour at the store when it was to be delivered in 36 minutes. I called and got a very rude, impatient manager who gave nothing but excuses. Said it would be another 30 minutes. I asked for a credit towards another pizza. And nothing was offered.

Pizzas lacked sauce and weren't cut all the way through. The guy taking my order made me repeat everything at least 3 times. I only ordered one cheese and one pepperoni. They notlw charge you for a mini bottle of parmesan and red pepper flakes. They didn't even tell me I was being charged for this.

Food was done extremely fast, especially for the size of the order. Tasted great as always.

Ordered 2 pizzas. A thin crust bacon chicken ranch and a thin crust cheese. Both pizzas were cold, the cheese one was literally shaken around in the box, and the chicken bacon ranch had literally no sauce on it whatsoever and tasted like just burnt crust. Also didn’t get our sauce.
