If I could give this hotel a Zero rating I would. Someone from corporate needs to review this property stat. The guest services are below par. The property is dirty. The rooms are worn and mine was dirty when we arrived. I had to get my own toilet paper and not once was my room cleaned in my four days there. Horrible. Do not waste your money at this hotel. Find a place that actually cares about customer service.

Nice hotel, nice rooms, good price, very friendly reception staff, but I would NOT stay at this hotel again. Reason for that is simply because their breakfast bar is full of styrofoam. They have styrofoam plates, bowls, and even styrofoam juice and coffee cups. Come on Wyndham, it's 2023, you should all know better. Styrofoam NEVER biodegrades and is very difficult to recycle, and in your case not recycled since all of it goes in the garbage. There are hundreds of alternatives now, from paper to biomaterials. Even plastic would be better than styrofoam. Nice hotel that is now unstayable because of poor management decisions over a very simple to fix environmental issue.

I gave it 4 stars because of the friendliness of the people who work there. I was not happy with the maintenance of our room. The handle of the toilet kept falling off. The mattress on the bed was not comfortable at all. It felt old. This was a medical visit for my husband. The breakfast was amazing and lots of choices. There is always hot coffee. The staff was amazing.

Stay here frequently. Rooms great, staff great. Breakfast might need an upgrade. Bismarck needs to work on how they control traffic during road work. Not the hotels fault. But I need to be able to get in and out of it.

Very nice rooms and lobby and breakfast area, breakfast was very good and hit with several selections such as pancakes, waffles , eggs sausage , potatoes different breads and cereals , yogurt , fruit juices tea coffees. The staff at front desk was pleasant and got me checked in right away, housekeeping made sure I had everything I needed for my 2nd night. For the most part it was very quiet except for a younger group very loudly coming in after 1 am which you can't control when you have events going on in the city. I'll definitely be returning when I come back for medical apts.

I stayed here for business mid-November '23. The check in process was very fast, and they had a reception of complementary pulled pork and alcohol. Immediately when I walked into the room, I could see the cleanliness and how nice the room was.

No elevator! Being disabled, the kids & I had to struggle to get our suitcases up the stairs after an extremely long day of traveling. The gal who checked us in was pleasant to deal with, but after searching for the elevator & then ringing the bell once again she told us “no, there is no elevator” however when she saw us trying to haul the suitcases up the stairs she quickly disappeared. Rooms were somewhat clean. Before I could take a shower, I had to clean out the tub myself, then use disinfectant wipes. Housekeeping was rude as hell. At 10:45am we took 2 trips to get our luggage to the car & as I shut the door on the first trip, I explained to housekeeping that we had one more trip to make then we would be gone. She very rudely & sarcastically told me that she had a lot of work to do & couldn’t wait all day for us. As we got in the car, the kids had heard her comment & tone of voice & asked me why that woman was so mean to me. Normally I leave a tip for housekeeping, needless to say she did not receive a tip. Then to top it it off, a day later after the initial charge appeared on my bank statement, there was another charge for almost $20. Makes a person wonder if they do that to several customers a day, their making definitely making some serious money. Would we stay there again? Definitely NOT!!

I recently had the misfortune of staying at this so-called "hotel," and it was an experience I wouldn't wish upon my worst enemy. From the moment I walked through the doors, I knew I had made a terrible mistake. Filthy and Dated Rooms: The room I was given looked like it hadn't seen a renovation in decades. The carpet was stained and smelled musty, the wallpaper was peeling off the walls, and the furniture was falling apart. It was clear that no effort had been made to maintain the rooms. Unpleasant Odors: The moment I entered my room, I was greeted by a nauseating stench. It was a combination of old cigarette smoke and mold, making it nearly impossible to breathe comfortably. I had to keep the window open throughout my stay just to try and air out the room. Rude and Unhelpful Staff: The staff at this hotel were a complete disappointment. They seemed disinterested in helping guests and were downright rude when I asked for assistance with basic requests. It felt like they were doing me a favor by allowing me to stay there. Noisy and Uncomfortable: The noise level in the hotel was unbearable. I could hear every conversation and movement from the adjacent rooms, and there seemed to be no effort to enforce quiet hours. Sleep was a distant dream during my stay. Disgusting Bathroom: The bathroom was a horror show. The tiles were cracked and dirty, the toilet didn't flush properly, and the showerhead sprayed water in all directions except where it should. I dreaded having to use it. Overpriced for What You Get: Considering the deplorable condition of the hotel, the rates were exorbitant. I felt like I was being robbed, paying so much for such a subpar experience. In conclusion, this hotel is an absolute disgrace and should be avoided at all costs. It's a shame that places like this can still operate in this day and age. Save yourself the agony and find a different place to stay. You'll thank me later.

Unclean room, hallways, and property. Employees were friendly and helpful but did not seem to care how they looked as they looked disheveled and messy. Provided email address for receipt of bill but did not receive an email (and yes, I checked my junk/spam folder).

Friendly staff, decent breakfast. The room was ok. It Smelled really bad and was humid . I put the ac on which made it better. Probably wouldn’t stay again. The room was not very clean either

Staff were friendly and the room was clean. Only issue was that the pool was not available (under construction). Also the bathroom door when open was too close to the toilet. Room configuration could have been thought out more. Continental breakfast had slight variety and there were lots of choices. I needed to extend my stay due to weather and they were able to accommodate. I would stay here again when the pool is back in service.

Check in/out was quick and the staff were all welcoming and helpful. My room was clean, was surprised at how spacious the room and bathroom were. Loved the Paul Mitchell hair products and the other bath items. The a/c was on when I came in so the room was comfortable and not too warm or stuffy. The bed wasn't too hard, had a great night's sleep. Breakfast was really good, was happy with my options and the warm food choices were the perfect temp so it was still warm when I sat down to eat.

Wanted a hotel with a pool and hot tub and booked on a third party site that failed to mention that the hotel's pool and hot tub were shut down... and, according to the desk clerk, had been shut down for four years. The desk clerk refused to give us any sort of refund, because we should have had the foresite to call ahead and confirm their pool status. Very rude and condescending. :/

For one thing it's pool and hot tub were under construction without prior notice. The air conditioner didn't work above 75° the refrigerator didn't work it just ran and ran. We never got any clean towels or refills on toilet paper. We had to go hunt that down. And when we booked it it was well mentioned that there would be 3 adults and 2 kids but that wasn't token into consideration until we got there. They thought it was only 3 adults. So pretty much everything was so screwed up that we will never go back to that place again.

Rooms & grounds were very clean and comfortable. Staff was accommodating and pleasant. Checking in & out was easy, the manager's hours Mon-Thurs was a nice plus and breakfast also good. A nice place to stay.

The room attendants/ housemen are doing a wonderful job. Friendliest group of front desk personnel I've ever run into... Quite impressive. On the other end of it, the carpets need to be Clean. As soon as possible.

Clean rooms, over all quiet location. We stayed in room #209 and one bed was very uncomfortable. The mattress was caved in and creaked and cracked when you moved. Other bed was normal. Breakfast was good. Hot pancakes, sausages, eggs, biscuits & gravy and cereal choices.

Great & attentive staff. We found an unusual item in our dresser drawer &the desk staff immediately addressed the problem. The dining room staff was a nice young lady, was excellent, & kept the supply stocked. The holiday weekend made the breakfast run very busy but she kept up. A dining room table was wobbly and the staff fixed it immediately.

Breakfast was good, room was comfortable, but we booked here for the pool, hot tub and managers reception. None of the amenities we really wanted were available during our stay. If you are booking for the pool call and confirm its availability.

Room was clean and nice and bed was comfy enough. It was very noisy in the morning due to it's proximity to the elevator. We had to get toiletries from the front desk because they were not in the room. We also could only regulate the temperature of the room by unplugging the AC unit because the thermostat had no effect on it. Free breakfast was solid too.
