Wanted to rent room and use pool for kids birthday party and was told they do not rent to locals that you must have an out of state ID to stay in hotel?? So ever other hotel in Bismarck rents rooms for kids bdays and get together but not you guys?? I'm calling better business bureau and attorney Generals office on Monday!

Ended up spending all of last week here me and my brother came down to pick our friend up from the airport Monday night only planned on staying a couple days and then driving back home to Carrington but the blizzard had other ideas the staff are incredible their customer skills especially with the situation that was going on was on point between keeping everything clear as we got pounded by the snow The breakfast they served everyday tasted great the beds are very comfortable I think the only negative thing I really have to say about my experience here was about the vending machine the card reader on there itself was hit or miss but machine worked fine with cash so I really can't fault them for that So needless to say if you're ever stuck in the area or looking for a place to stay I highly suggest you stay here Matt Michelle Tom and everyone keep up the great work

Don’t be fooled by the photos, the rooms surely are nothing like them. I was disappointed. My room was filthy. Dust all over everything, hair in the bathtub/shower. Bathroom floor had gunk all along the wall. Huge black stain on the carpet, the entire 2nd floor and the room smelled terrible. We were only here for 1 night, so we decided to just stick it out. The staff was great and beds were comfortable.

Nice room. Love all the pillows. Clean and friendly. Cons: watered down juices at breakfast machine. Thermostat very hard to regulate.

We have stayed here multiple times and this time it was absolutely awful. The evening staff was rude. We ran out of toilet paper, TV didn't work, tub drain didn't work. We will not stay here again. It also had a musty smoky smell

We stay here due To cancer treatment in town. The hospital gives us a room voucher let me tell you this hotel is awful! First stay second floor wreaked of pee and was stained all over, room looked Clean at first but was disgusting hair in shower, hair in beds, nothing dusted. Was late so cleaned it ourselves, ac didn’t work could hear the neighbors talking. Now second time we are on second room that was supposed to be clean and was trashed! Do your best to avoid This place!

Very happy with the convenient location to downtown (right beside the mall) and walking distance to many services including Starbucks, McDonalds and many other restaurants. Full breakfast including eggs, bacon, sausage, and waffles (great coffee available 24 hours). Rooms are clean, and the facility is tastefully decorated. I think the best feature is the outdoor pool, which is hard to find. They also have a hot tub and a few machines in their workout room. Staff is pleasant.

The hotel itself is decent. I guess I'll say I've payed more for worse. The staff was friendly. Our toilet didn't flush but when we notified the front desk they took it seriously and notified maintenance right away, so no loss of points there. Stuff happens, things break. The hot tub is nice and big and an outdoor pool is not something you see at many hotels. Overall great price, I would have no problem staying here again.

I booked with my boyfriend this evening. When I went in, I was judged on my looks and told my room “will be watched” bcuz I look “a little young”. I asked for clarification and this older man proceed to tell me “to make sure no drinking and/or smoking will be going on, and to make sure no people are going in and out all night.” He also asked if my boyfriend was over 21(of course he is, we know the legal age). Tone was filled with disgust. Nor did I approach in any disrespectful manner. I asked very straight forward questions and proceeded to feel bashed for my appearance. I will never book here again.

I planned my baby’s birthday party here, checked in and later in the evening I started realizing how dirty my room actually was, my shower was dirty with hair in it and the toilet was terribly not scrubbed inside, the people previously before me left their liquor bottle behind the couch and some of their alcohol in the fridge, and I was told the housekeepers don’t “Move stuff around” unless their doing “deep cleaning” and the amount they told me they refunded me is wrong like don’t try to make it seem like it’s an okay excuse for A room to be dirty like that, I paid my money for this and your workers failed at cleaning it. I hope you get better housekeepers that actually do the “deep cleaning” because this is how people actually end up getting sick from the germs of other people.

They only have a out door pool and a very small hot tub. There room are very small. Only good thing is they are pet friendly. Other wise the room sucks. Not impressed. I won't stay here next time.

The staff here were absolutely fantastic. I was stuck in Bismarck overnight due to disrupted air travel. The front desk quickly checked in a plane-load of people and their shuttle got us all back and forth on time. My stay at this hotel was the best part of my travel delay. Bravo

Great place! Staff was courteous and made sure hottub and pool areas were promptly shut down at the times posted. Hottub was posted to shutdown at 11pm and at 10:53 pm - we were told hottub is closed. Personally I would have liked to see staff come 7 minutes after closing time than 7 minutes prior but nonetheless- staff was courteous. Towels were not always available and a sign posted said please dry off before leaving pool area - which was a bit difficult with no towels available. The third jet system in the hottub has been off for years - which just reminds me of the good old days - when all 3 zones worked. But you can't beat the outdoor pool area - which is so nice! Rooms are good and the AC worked well! This is a great place and with just a few small things tightened up - it has potential to be an excellent place! Always love staying here.

Room was clean and comfy. Shower floor can be slippery. Breakfast was okay. Coffee was weak. Would stay again.

Clean and comfortable. Stayed due to proximity to the hospital. The building is older but the staff was very kind and easy to work with. Would stay again.

For an 8.2 rating on Travelocity we were disappointed. Carpets in halls were ripped up and dirty. Room carpet had stains. Our room smelled bad. Stale and musty. Beds were very comfortable and sheets were soft.

Great hotel extremely helpful staff. They all went above and beyond to help in a bad situation. Would recommend this hotel to any and everyone that needs a place to stay

Clean and quiet! Every one is very friendly and helpful. Very reasonably priced and a good breakfast too!

The price was cheaper than some. The bed did the job & I got some sleep. Breakfast buffet is good. The room has a horrible smell that doesn’t go away. Probably the carpet as there are stains on it. There is a sock under 1 of the beds that doesn’t belong to us. Guess they don’t vacuum under beds or they would have found it. Oh & the icing on the cake. You aren’t informed of any “Covid-19” policy info until after you call to ask why your towels aren’t getting picked up & you have no fresh ones in your room. Housekeeping doesn’t go into rooms daily for garbage & towels. I was NOT told this during booking or check-in. The sign in our bathroom tells us to leave the towels on the floor. None of the staff or housekeeping are wearing mask so do you just pick & choose what “Covid-19” policies you want to use for your convenience. Open breakfast buffet for guest seemed pretty busy w/ no Covid restrictions. This is July 2022 so quit using Covid to get out of taking care of your customers.

Friendly staff and decent beds. Rooms were old, no ventilation in bathrooms so the hallways smell mildewy. Breakfast was pretty basic.

I had a family emergency and had an early flight out of Bismarck. Drove down night before and checked into the hotel. The manager gave me a 20% discount and even offered to drive me to the airport at 430 am the next morning to catch a flight. I appreciate the humanity that this manager showed me and will definitely stay here again.
