If I could give them a -5 stars I would. They were quick to turn us away for a fitting for my boyfriend. They told us to go somewhere else because they don’t do fittings for people if they aren’t contracted with mens wearhouse for a wedding? But when I contacted customer service they said they do fittings for $25???? I’m very sad that we had this experience and the manager Lynn was very rude and unprofessional to me.

Best service ever!! Went in to do a tux rental for prom, they measured, remeasured and tried pieces on to get the right fit ordered. We had the pickup in Fargo but returned to Bismarck. It took maybe 10 min to return but that was due to making sure all pieces were there, and to pay a one day return late charge. If you need a tux or a suit for that matter definitely check them out. They also have a rewards program so sign up for that in store or online!!

We had a suite custom made for our wedding, everything was good until we got the vest and the back was yellow and NOT white like we picked out. We repeatedly told the employees including the manager that it wasn't white like what we picked out. They told us it was the lighting . And on top of not correcting that issue and my wedding pictures looking goofy they made us pay for 2 dress shirts and we only wanted one but apparently because we didn't take the shirt the day we paid for it , we had to buy another one. Would not recommend to anyone.

Once again Lynn and her staff succeeded in making me look my best. Simply put, old-school service in a casual, friendly atmosphere with helpful suggestions throughout the buying process. A fun and outstanding experience.

Stopped in looking for a last minute suit for my son. His hockey game is at 3, we came is 11. We had 2-3 people helping us find the perfect look. They are working now to h the pants in time for the game. The service was absolutely amazing! 10 out of 10, would recommend this store to everyone, and I will definitely be back for future purchases!!

Fantastic service and helpful advice! 5 groomsmen plus one groom from all over the region, 3 of them without a store nearby- and the Bismarck employees helped us get it all done and on time..... I forgot to mention we just had a few weeks notice plus with the pandemic there were lots of issues with supplies, but they were very good at communicating all of the details. The young college men and my son (the groom) looked great! Thank you so much!

Completely unimpressed. I was going to go here and rent the ties that would have matched my bridesmaid dresses for our wedding, but after the experience we have had (along with 2 other members of the wedding we were just in) I would rather get a different color all together. The lady who “helped” was extremely rude when it came to returning any of the rented tuxes, they never checked the system when we asked to verify if the entire wedding party had picked up everything and if not, we would like to get it all. This led to a wedding party member going back the day of to rush and get the rented tux, which could have been avoided with a quick check in their system. When that was brought up in conversation with the lady today we were told “that was not her problem”, awful customer service, I will be going elsewhere for our wedding.

Well, I’m in my brother-in-law’s wedding today, never have I had a suit fit so poorly, with so little care put into the measurements and details, every hem is at improper length with strings loosely hanging from each of them. It’s clear as can be that none of the suit was pressed after “adjustments” were made. All of this after a completely incorrect jacket arrived the first times I truly could not recommend this place to anyone, the only potential benefit offered is to guarantee you and your groomsmen from around the country will all arrive wearing the same color suit, albeit poorly fitted, at least the color will match?

Lynn was extremely knowledgeable and helpful! She was so kind and her input was amazing. Our experience at Men’s Wearhouse was great!

One of the managers, Dillon, did such an amazing job helping us every step of the way choosing our custom suit!! The knowledge he has to offer is exceptional, he gave us several options to choose from and made sure we got exactly what we wanted, didn't push anything on us, and the best part - he was genuinely nice to be around and work with!! He does amazing work and makes sure his clients get exactly what they're looking for. He will be who we work with in the future if we ever need anything, again!
