    I gave the 5 stars to this Best Buy based on my most recent shopping experience. Parking was readily available. I was greeted at the door and I was directed to go. On the way to that location a staff member asked if I needed assistance. I explained what I was looking for and was guided to where the merchandise was located. One person was ahead of me. Entire shopping experience was a success. I found the item I needed with minimal time spent shopping.

    Went the first time to buy audio equipment we already knew what we wanted but the items were not out on the floor but needed to be brought out from the back they were in stock!! Could not get anyone to help us even went to the service counter and still no help so we left!! Came back that evening and still couldn't get anyone to help us! Went to service counter twice finally gave up and left!! I'm not going to beg someone to take my 1700 dollars!!! So decided to go elsewhere!! And when my Best buy Total tech support subscription is up I'm not going to renew it after having it for years!! There is plenty of locally owned businesses that offer much better costumer service!!! Done with Best Buy!!!

    Happy New Year! Remember to discuss your wages between coworkers. People here make between 18-20$/hr so make sure you're treated fairly! You are protected by law to discuss pay! Another note: employees are required to meet quotas but are not paid commission as it goes to their boss, consider shopping elsewhere online. Everyone is required to ask for a credit check in which the store is awarded a $300+ bounty for each person's credit checked! Feel free to ask or discuss this with any employees

    We purchased an auto start for our son's car. To be honest, I didn't know they did installations. I was very impressed with the tech, his explanation of how to operate, and how quickly the work was done. Very satisfied.

    The heater fan above the check outS is very annoying and if that way since Black Friday Im not surprised seeing how the staff is standing around. Shouldn’t have to stand in line with shopping customers for pickup but it id Bismarck

    This is a nice store I love to shop at. They have very nice things to choose from. Just that I need to remember never to order by phone again. This is the only business ever that uses two different addresses of yours any how they are the same place you live. They use the one for your residents and the second one for when they send your packages which didn't have my lot #. Why can't they just use the same address for everything? Guess if the package gets stolen for sitting at mail boxes or returned, not my fault.

    This place sucks. Best Buy used to be one of my favorite stores, but the customer service has continued to decline year after year. They used to have better membership options and now you can only get their total tech membership. You pay $150 for the year, then a service fee to replace any faulty equipment even if it's a corrupt driver 4 months after purchase. Not to mention wasting an hour of time waiting in line at geek squad for 2 people who have pre scheduled "appointments" to finish helping teach boomers how to use their devices. How inconvenient and inefficient to wait in line for an hour to make a simple exchange. Tried to explain the situation to a manager but of course people in north dakota are so stupud they can only repeat the prompt they've been taught. We'll, I canceled my membership, have to ship the device to Microsoft under warranty so it won't cost me anything, and then I will pay off my balance and cancel my credit card and never shop here again. I'm not going to spend thousands of dollars a year for poor service and to pay the salaries of idiots. Bye Karen.

    I like this place and the staff are helpful and friendly. The only thing is I've been here 3 times to get a new iPad for my daughter because he screen shattered bur they won't send it off for me. They told me to do it myself but I'm not sure how to.

    Great help fixing and finding computers! The Geek Squad was so informative and helped us to understand why our computer was running so slow. It's so good to have people you can trust with electronics that change faster than our learning curve can handle! The tech guy was cheerful and patient and friendly. Made our day!

    Just another reason to shop small! Even if it’s not with me, shop small as much as you can! Anyone know of an electronics store that isn’t Best Buy ?! 😳 Bought a laptop which obviously is a good amount of $$$$ & that sales girls was super nice, got me checked out in back by the computers. I wasn’t aware of what time it was or when they closed. On my way out I was looking for some Bluetooth headphones for a present. As I was looking on my way out, all of a sudden I was pretty much getting pushed out as this teenager(working was telling me “we’re 4 minutes past close”. I just tried to grab a pair of Beats quick and again he says, “ma’am we’re 6 minutes pass close now you can come back tomorrow”. I said I live 2 hours away and just want to get these quick, and asked if the case was a charging case that comes with them? He says “I wouldn’t know that but we’re closed now”. I would never just push someone out just because we’re pass a closing time, especially under 10 minutes pass! I literally want to return the laptop and get it from somewhere else. Absolutely ridiculous! And might I add, I even tell my employees that if it’s almost time to close and there’s people in the store, don’t make them feel rushed. Common courtesy
