High quality sushi and maki, so far the best in Osnabrück. The place is clean and private. As a sushi lover, fish, scallop used are super fresh and tasteful. Rice were perfectly cooked and came in the perfect amount in each bite. Hotate (scallop) for me was highlight from chef’s choice menu. We also had hamachi, my favorite fish of all. Teriyaki chicken and wakame salad tasted really nice. The sesame on top gave you perfect note for each bite. Staff was kind and friendly. Only one drawback is the mixed plates were quite overpriced. For what we ordered, chef’s choice consisted of very plain cucumber roll too :( We expected to have more nigiri with other fish you can’t find somewhere else in the city. I got that it’s premium place but we ordered chef’s choice hoping to get more other fish or fill 2 people up but we felt like it’s almost like an appetizer. We had to order more. Mixed maki plates had very 3 plain rolls of salmon, cucumber and tuna and 4 pieces of inside out rolls. These simple rolls honestly shouldn’t be in the top menus where we paid €36 and €29 per order. With this price we could have omakase in Japan.

Das war ne glatte 1+ mit Sternchen. Wir waren heute zu 7. Sushi essen und von Sushi Beginner bis Profi war alles dabei. Wir wurden liebevoll beraten- und bedient. Und das Sushi war einfach nur großartig. Die 1 ½ Fahrt haben sich sowas von gelohnt. Viel Liebe für das ganze Team! ❤️

Overall: A+ I am by no means a sushi connoisseur, but this was phenomenal sushi! The most memorable meal of the weekend. Every person that entered the building was greeted by a chorus of  [insert Japanese greeting here]. That was merely the tip of the iceberg for their high quality service. We were given complimentary edamame because our meal would be delayed, but they were still quicker than countless other restaurants. Service: A+ We ordered a UFO roll,  Hawaiian Roll, Dragon Roll, and the Caterpillar Roll. The fish was extremely fresh and they were generous with their avocado, very little filler was used. The UFO roll was a standout, the presentation and the combination of spicy and sweet flavors are a nice addition. A must try. Food: A+ The inside of the restaurant had gorgeous wooden tables/booths and gave a modern feel to the restaurant. The option to sit at the sushi bar is also available . The place is suitable for both families and for business meetings. Ambiance: A+ The restaurant is well maintained & clean, a must where raw fish is being consumed. Cleanliness: A+

I love the intimacy of this place. One chef, one maitre. Good quality sushi in an unexpected location in Osnabrück.

September 2022 Furittsu is a lovely small Japanese Sushi Bar. The sushi is superb and the service flawless. The waiter is friendly and swift, he is knowledgeable about the dishes & allergens and even double-checked ingredients to make sure he gave correct information. The restaurant offers gluten free soy sauce upon request. The menu covers classic dishes including starters, maki, nigiri, sashimi, inside-out rolls and platters. Ingredients are fresh and tasteful, prepared to order yet quickly done. They’re arranged appealingly. The price range is on the higher side but definitely justified. The chef is happy to answer any questions regarding Japanese Cuisine and Culture and the atmosphere is welcoming, relaxed and warm. It is an elegant restaurant yet not posh. To sum up I had an elegant and high-quality dinner I hope to be able to repeat again.

The asian chef is very very moodish.I can't eat comfortably. If the chef was a little more amiable, more customers would come.

Such an amazing experience. We ordered 6 dishes and all of them were amazing!. My favourite was the Tuna tataki 👌👌👌👌. The wine list is also very good! If you like high quality Japanese restaurant, this is for you.

Bestes Sushi in/um Osnabrück. Das Furritsu gehört zu unseren Lieblingsrestaurant. Besonders das Handwerk des Kochs Jun lässt keine Wünsche offen. Das Essen ist hochpreisig aber seinen Preis auch wert. Das Restaurant ist klein und lässt nur eine kleine Größe an Besuchern zu, weshalb es immer sehr gemütlich und ruhig ist. Frühzeitige Reservierung sollten entsprechend getätigt werden.
