Awful staff and waiters’ attitude and also the food is disgusting and probably you can get food allergic reaction due to poor kitchen hygiene and the sweaty servants who prepare the food . I absolutely don’t recommend this place or their food to anyone. The staff is the rudest in Bitola !

I usually love this place and choose to come here often. I made a reservation on a Wednesday for a Wednesday just to make sure there is room for 6. 4 other friends wanted to join and they wouldn’t add another table in case others came in, but there were many open tables. This was due to the manager while the waiters wanted to help and give us the table. Embarrassing on the manager’s end.

Food was very tasty, I cannot fault it. Service was also great, waiters were very attentive and polite. Location is a little out of the centre but it’s still very nice as it’s not in a busy area. Also a great restaurant for kids, they have an awesome playground. Highly recommend.

Small hotel on the way from Bitola to Pelister peak. I was at a conference and I can say they have very big and well equipped and organized conference hall. The food and drinks during break were moderate, just as I expected from this type of hotels.

Firstly we were waiting 20mins for a server even though it was mostly empty, the waiters are always rude and we were waiting for 1 hour and more for our food. Awful service, awful experience overall! DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!

Manager does not use logic when making decisions based on customers needs. Waiters are great and were willing to help us, but the manager uses his power in non logical ways.

The staff was very rude and they refused to charge the bill with debit card because they were too lazy to get the gadget! He started screaming hysterically because we hadn’t cash in our pocket. Also we were waiting more than 30 min to get the previously ordered food, and plus we waited another 15 minutes just to pay. Additionally I got food allergy due their disgusting food and also there the waiter prepared the food with his dirty hands . Don’t go there if you don’t want to ruin your day ! 0/10 is my review

The stuff is very rude. Today I called to order food and they were very nervous, the waiter just yelled at me. Also, the burger I order was really bad. The burger bun was like month old, the salad was black and unwashed and the fries was awful. If you want to have something good to eat this isn't the place!

Great place! Hotel is very nice and also is the restoran. We were there with kids and it' s great for them. Stuff is very nice and kind! We would come again here!

The best place ever. We were staying just for the weekend ,the staff was amazing they were soo friendly. The food was great, the hotel room was also very nice and clean. They had live music in the evening it was very pleasant to be there, i can only say nice things about this place.

Very cozy hotel with very friendly staff. Fantastic traditional food! Well sited, 3km far from the city centre, 10 km to National Park Pelister and 48km to Ohrid.

Hotel is great for its category (3 stars). The staff is very helpful and polite. I just had major issues with wifi. They should get a better wifi because it is the most important thing for foreigners. There were 10 of us staying in 5 rooms on different floors and none of us had a wifi connection even though there is a network in the hotel It is just too weak. The breakfast was quite weak, but it was poor in every hotel in Macedonia I've slept in so I guess it is their standard. All in all, great and comfortable hotel.

Wanted something new to try in Bitola. The location of this restaurant far from center. The stuff it's very good you will enjoy quality service. Prices fit the place.
