Worst customer service ever!!! The staff was disrespectful and did not want to accommodate to our needs and the management was awful. The reservations girl/door girl was rude and disrespectful I have never been treated like that. Would never recommend this place to anyone!

The biggest unprofessionalism I have ever witnessed in my life. Even that is an understatement for my experience. Booked a table at the front 5 days in advance, when we got there they gave us a table that they give to people that didnt have booking. When we asked for OUR table they said it wasnt available. We left immediately. Made a reservation in advance and no table. If they had no table available they should have said so before confirming my reservation. Awful management.

Awful management and even worse door woman. Booked a table 1 week in advance and they sat us right at the back where you can’t see anything. We asked to be moved but apparently it was full. Whereas the people near us complained about their table and got moved. Door woman very unprofessional doesn’t know how to greet people, she also made sly remarks against us. Spoke to management but he had no clue about anything seemed clueless about his job. Until they get rid of certain staff I would not recommend!!

Such a unique place, we went for the cabaret show. We loved it. Limited food options for the night, but it was okay. Very nice server, hostess walked us to our table. Easily found, free parking space. Reservation is a must.

Great spot overall! Spent two nights here. Had breakfast, lunch, gambled, visited a concert one night and the cabaret the next night. Everything was amazing, everyone was so nice. The food was delicious, highly recommended. - Obviously there's music until early in the morning, but that was expected and didn't bother me. - I loved the bed, it was very comfy. - You can choose from several breakfast options plus some drinks. We were satisfied with the quality and size of every breakfast menu. I will definitely come back here again.

This is the best club in the country at the moment. They have high quality food, drinks and service. If you are visiting Macedonia this is the place to visit.
