    After years of contracting, there hasn't been an offer so far where you can say, hey, thanks, I'm happy to extend it. You could have given a little information shortly before the contract is automatically extended that you have something better on offer...so why doesn't that apply to the shop...You should also be able to take criticism in this industry and not always enjoy the good reviews
