Clean bus with working wifi, movies and charging socket. We left promptly and there were clear announcements of the stops along the way. Great service!

The amount of times I called this location, only once did I receive a response. I was confused due to how the answers to my question was being explained. Eventually the young man was able to understand my query & instruct me accordingly. Unfortunately when I called later in the week to follow up, was once again left w/ noone answering the calls.

I waited 37 minutes as #12 in the queue, no help, needed to book a reservation, after multiple tries on the website to book it myself. I’ve been on and off since yesterday to no avail

The premises can be busy with customers coming to check-in to travel to their destinations. The internal office will often have packages awaiting collection by persons using the courier service. Sometimes departure times may differ from the actual times expected to leave, but I assume this could be due to circumstances beyond their control. At least it may give late travelers a chance to make their journey.

No one answers the phone when you need a refund. But when I am in Jamaica, the staff is friendly and helpful. The bus depot is clean.

Space is tight. Business is growing especially for packages. Need to accommodate more seating and waiting area.

Knutsford Express service is one of the best thing that happens in Jamaica and their delivery service for online buyers is prompt safe so far and is very reasonable I bought a vehicle in Oche and use their service to send back to license plates. Great service

Always such a lovely experience when dealing with the Knutsford Express staff, be it for their transportation or courier services. Their busses are for the most part always on-time (negative situations do happen) and their staff members polite and helpful. I was pleasantly surprised to see the expansion in the area at Luana- a lovely restaurant, jerk pit and ice cream stop have been added since the last time I went there in 2020. They all make it a worthwhile place to go to.
