Lovely friendly Casey at front of reception for a swift check in. Went for the hawaian burger and boy did some love go into its creation. Tasted as good as it looked. Free parking and comfy bed. Local area is a bit run down. Wear a stab vest and you'll be OK ish. Stayed a second time and between Hannah,Sunjay being super friendly and helpful, Josh knocked up a decent BBQ chicken melt meal which was amazing.

Second time we've stayed here. Very quiet rooms, and free car parking. The downside is the hot breakfast service. Unlike other Premier Inns you have to order and wait to be served. Even though the restaurant was dead, and there were plenty of staff it took 45 mins for 2 very basic cooked breakfasts. The food was good, but there was no explanation as to the cause of the wait.

1 mn from the railway station . Very clean and pleasant and so comfortable. Bedrooms are spacious and the bed is first class. Beautiful and convenient bathroom. A nice and very professional welcome from Samina when WE arrived at 10:30 pm. And the price is very reasonable compared to other hotels we have been in in England. The question is: are all Premier Inn hotels as nice as this one in Blackburn?

I cannot fault the staff. They were so helpful, punctual, polite and kind. The rooms were warm and clean. Unusually for me I stayed three nights and not once was the room cleaned or the towels replaced. This was not great. On the plus side I am sure the environment was less damaged. Apart from this flaw a great cheap place to stay.

Updated Review. Initially, not happy, bed is very small and heating was stuck on. However, The Staff were outstanding. issues were resolved quickly and quietly. Nothing was too much for these guys. I honestly want to say that you are a huge credit to your employers.

The room was very nice and clean. The customer service was excellent. You did not have to wait to be served.

The staff are so kind, we interacted with 10 members of staff during our stay and each one of them went the extra mile and made us smile

Not the best Premier Inn. Location just across from Blackburn train station is about the only thing it has going for it. Carpark is difficult to find initially with a helpful sign saying you have just passed it when you pass it. It is the carpark just infront of the big yellow Youth Centre building sign and not next to the Premier Inn. Barriers missing on the car park and dimly lit. Make sure you park in the correct car park and register your car at check in. Staff and chef were great but there was no ambience in the Tyme restaurant due to lack of people and no bar though alcoholic drinks are available in bottles. The menu was uninspiring especially for long stays. 3 days or more. Breakfast and evening meal was made to order There is a Wetherspoons 5 minute walk away but it did not feel the safest of areas to walk about in the evening. The hotel was clean but still following Covid rules, you have to ask for room to be cleaned or fresh towels. No one was wearing masks though. Okay for short stays.

I have stayed at this hotel several times. It is in an ideal location in the centre of Blackburn. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the staff members are always friendly and helpful.

Very clean and comfy room and it was quiet too, even on a Friday night. The breakfast was a very pleasant experience and all items were cooked well, staff are very friendly. One of the best Premier Inns I have stayed at.

The location of this Premier Inn is absolutely spot on as it is literally a minute away from the train station so if you have heavy luggage you don’t have to carry them for long at all. The rooms are so amazing as they are well looked after and so clean, the beds are amazing so if you’re looking for a great night sleep alongside the amazing service then you receive here then this is the hotel for you. My most favourite thing about coming here is the amazing service I receive from Duty Manager Hannah, she is incredible at what she does, it’s like the duty manager job role was created specifically for her, she is so easy to talk to and she always has a smile on her face so this makes her very approachable if you need help with anything, her customer service is impeccable and she is very polite so I always look forward to coming back to Premier Inn Blackburn Town-centre, she deserves a raise for the work that she does here.

Always a pleasure to stay here. Staff are lovely, breakfast very good. Instant at a lot of premier inns and the breakfasts do vary in quality of cooking, this is a good one.

Good location, spacious car park. Breakfast options are basic, costa coffee was nice from the machine. Room was clean and quiet but the bed sheets had stains that they tried to hide by tucking it under the mattress. Bathroom clean and good body and hair wash. Bring your own body lotion, the hotel didn't provide that. Air ventilation and air condition worked very well. The blackout curtains blocked the daylight very well, so we could sleep in.

The room was clean and well presented. The reception service was good but breakfast was slow. The location was adequate for my needs. The car park was across the road from the hotel and was not clearly marked that it was for hotel guests. I was nervous about leaving my car on an open car park away from the hotel. Won't use that one again.

Great staff. Bur you have to request a room to be cleaned. The shower head was covered in red mould. The sink dirty and looking down the plughole was filthy. So few staff covering restaurant and reception. They could not cope if hotel was busy.

I can’t fault this hotel it’s central to everything and has everything you need the bathroom are lovely I do think that the shower floor could have something a bit more slip proof on it but it’s still good enough. While checking in staff are lovely and I can’t fault any of the staff overall the rooms were clean as anything and I would definitely come back the only thing I would suggest is for them to paint the outside.

Very hard to find the parking as the signs were hidden in the bushes. Hotel was nice and clean. Staff were polite. 4 of us stayed in a family room (2 adults 2 older kids). We got 1 towel to share, 2 cups between 4, the children's pillows didn't have pillowcases on and one of their sheets was ripped. Cheap so ok, but would've liked a bit more attention to detail.

I had the best stay at the Inn in Blackburn. The staff were so accommodating and welcoming. They broke down anything that was too complicated for me to muster. The room was just premier, as the name implies, it was clean, fresh and tea and coffee making facilities were available. The mattress was so comfortable, that I'm investing to buy one for my own home bed. Breakfast in the morning was amazing, couldn't finish it, but was just amazing.

I booked 4 rooms for my family. The rooms have 2 pillows which were as flat as a pancake when i asked for a pillow i was told 'we do not have any pillows'. The next morning myself and my elderly mother was locked out our rooms before checkout and we had to wait 30 minutes for someone to let us back into the room. When i asked for 15 mins extra to conpensate for my inconvenience i was told NO! WORST LUMPY MATTRESS. Rude staff when i asked for manager details i was lied to and was not provided with the promised informtion. Do not waste your money!

Staff were great. Room was a bit noisy with the AC, otherwise can't fault it. Breakfast was vast. A few decent places to eat and drink in walking distance.

Free parking across the road just make sure you register your vehicle upon entry. Car park is a little awkward to find but it is an actual Premier Inn car park and not the one next to it. Hotel itself is clean and modern. Staff are very friendly and very accommodating for a family of three little ones. Breakfast was fresh and delicious with a choice for all tastes. Highly recommended. Excellent amenities all around.

Lovely stay, had a fantastic sleep. Room was very quiet and the bed was perfect. Would definitely stay again if I'm in Blackburn

Hotel location is great, beds really comfy & rooms spotlessly clean, staff were friendly and helpful, breakfast cooked fresh to order rather then buffet style which was a pleasant surprise and the hotel also has a bar for guests. Had a couple of gripes however, we had booked a family room which was basically a standard room with a sofa bed and another bed not suitable for a child or adult as it was very narrow! Also the bathtub didn't drain down properly due to the power of the shower meaning we'd have to keep switching it off to drain away the dirty water before reccomencing our shower. The bedrooms also don't have any window nets and from street level the public can see clearly into each room, this means you have to keep the curtain shut and suffer with a loss of natural light.

What can I say?. Enjoyed our stay from start to finish, Room was lovely plenty of space for the 4 of us and it was clean and tidy. The hotel is in a great location it is literally central to everything. Love the fact that the restaurant is inside the hotel so you don't have to go far for a bite to eat. Staff are fantastic they can't do enough for you. The restaurant and reception team are so lovely and was good to have a chat with them all. Would come back again just for breakfast, best black pudding ever. Thank you for making us feel totally at home.

Good central location. Not many staff working during our weekend visit but those we spoke with were really pleasant and helpful. Relatively small dining area and the bar is only bottles with limited selection. Only negative aspect was cleanliness of the room. I would strongly suggest the hotel add an extra line to the housekeeping checklist - please check under the beds when making up a room.

Brilliant service and a very clean hotel and room. However the cups where stuck to the tray and required washing before use, and the bed sheet didn't tuck in.

We booked two rooms for a family of 5. The family room had been smoked in and stank. We had to keep our clothes for a wedding the next day in the other room due to this Room above 405 was banging/thumping all night and was woken up twice. Reception staff informed of all issues. Mould in one bathroom Staff were very sympathetic but unable to move us. No refund was offered. Breakfast was a good standard.

Can't knock it. Staff were really helpful and were happy to let me use the restaurant after I'd checked out to do some video meetings. Right next door to town and the train station. Shower was unbelievable, room was comfy

Pros's: Zoe, Hannah and Sunjay were very helpful. The location means lots of good food options that are reasonably priced. Housekeeping was fine. Cons: Creaky bed, no complimentary water bottle, noise permeates through the corridors and rooms.

Another Premier Inn. Great location opposite the train station. One of the smaller hotels in the chain as per number of rooms. Free parking. Service was a bit slow as only 2 working to cover restaurant and reception. However they were very helpful and friendly.
