Hadn't been to our local pizza hut for a while so thought try it out and let me tell you the standards have really dropped. The place needs a desparate renovation, the cutlery, the seating, the floor and windows, everything was so mucky and sticky. Their was food under the tables, when we moved to the next table it was the same! Really put me off eating there. Nevertheless, the staff were friendly and kept coming to check with a smile on their faces so that was nice. I wouldn't go back until its had a full renovation.

Pure disgusting !!! Refused to refund even though they admitted it was undercooked, pizzas on the menu dont reflect what you can actually have. Staff don't even talk to you, everything is via an app, so don't go if you don't have a smartphone or a technical person. AWFUL the garlic bread you could literally squeeze it and fat dripped out of it. NEVER AGAIN

Not the same... Bowls for ice cream tiny now, lack of plates and had to wait for milk for my coffee whilst it was going cold.. Also an app to order from table that doesnt work and slows everything down.. Only two staff serving.. Not like it used to be, may go somewhere else in future

Poor state of affairs. This place lacks consistency. Ordering through the app is a joke. Common sense is lost here. Poor food. Poor service. Even worst management. Wouldn't go back if they paid me to.

Food was great, but the service was shocking.

Pizza hut is awesome for going with friends or with family members. Kids just love the ice cream factory & desserts. Pizzas to suit all people & sides & salad too. Always very good service by staff

Fabulous. My daughter asked for here with friends instead of prom. Staff were wonderful - thank you Pamela, and the food was great too. The vegan cheesecake was fantastic. A box was provided for leftover pizza.... which I have been told is breakfast🙈Highly reccomended. Ty

I went to multiple PizzaHut branches, this one isn’t keeping the standards.. 1. You don’t see much of hospitality when arriving/ leaving. 2. Pizzas were dry. We asked for thin dough, but we received extra thin! 3. Cleanliness: you can see spiders’ web on the humongous sentence on the wall. I would say 3.5 stars.. hopefully will improve on our next visit.

We waited 45 minutes for a pizza and burnt chips. The pizza was also below average. We had ordered desserts and asked for them to take away immediately as we had to leave. One dessert came quickly and after waiting another 10 minutes we left as the other had not come. A complete waste of money and time, would not recommend or revisit.

The deal offers on the pizza sharing and the manager Pamela P who explained the the best offers. Also Pamela P was very polite, friendly and professional.

Food is ok, over priced for what it is. The service/staff great, on point with speedy service and politeness. Chairs sticky upon arrival but other than that it's ok. 👍🏻

Haven't been for years since our kids were little. Now took grandchildren and we had a great meal. Price was also great. Service a little slow though

Really disappointed. Will be leaving a just eat review too. First the delivery time states 7:15-7:25pm. Then later stated 7:35-7:45. Then later states 7:45–7:55. Then finally gets delivered at 8:09pm. Opening the box and the pizza was actually cold. Not even slightly warm. Should’ve just stuck to the local pizza places. Absolute bs.

Everything was pleasant enough, pizza was delicious and I enjoy salad bar, the vegan nuggets could be a bit better, not a great texture......saying that all was grand enough.

Food was absolutely revolting and not worth a penny let alone the small fortune we paid for it. Was insanely greasy and dirty. Also staff looked like they were being held prisoner and also screaming children throwing ice from the machine everywhere. Currently feel sick after my food

Overall experience was OK but one of the signs inside there were visible cobwebs which was off putting. Food wise was fairly OK though wished they offered a wider variety of veg options (though I ordered off their buffet menu which may be more limited). If you're after something more budget friendly this may not be the best option

The staff were run off their feet BUT that did not take away from the friendly, helpful, smiling demeanour. Such a lovely 1st visit here. Bit noisy, but what do you expect with kids around 🙃 The food was really good and on par with others I've been to Would happily visit again

Nice environment for family and friends to hang out. Near so many fun activities. Instant tcustomer service, kept cleanliness in the restaurant. Didn't find difficulty to get the table. Must visit for hot and delicious pizza.

Used the o2 codes first for kids meals then meerkat code for adults so was really worth the money. The staff are always so helpful and friendly love going with kids. Even if its busy the staff are always willing to help. Always bring food nice and hot.

Went here for dinner today after going to the cinema next door. Food as always was brilliant, I had the buffet, would be rude not to. Service was great with everyone smiling and being very polite. Wasnt too busy and there was never an empty tray at the buffet station with plenty of choice.

If I could leave a 0 Star I would do that. Literally just went here with my Wife for lunch, it opens at 11:30, granted we got here at 11:33 and the doors were locked but all the lights were on inside and out and a 'We're Open' sign on the door. My Wife rang them and a girl answered, my Wife asked if they're open and the girl replied Yes, my Wife said 'oh, well your door is locked'? Girl replied 'oh Sorry we didn't realise, we'll open it'. 10 mins later Still no one's opened it so we drove off to spend our money elsewhere, definitely Won't be returning!!!

Great Pizza Hut! Always great food, staff are eagerly helpful and feel easy to get along with. Looks like an m amazing team that all do what’s needed to provide a great atmosphere.

Also another good place. Although fairly pricey when it comes to their selection. Nevertheless, still that same great tasting pizza and wings. I enjoyed my time here

Friendly staff, good menu, tasty food, loved the hot jalapeno side. My Granddaughter enjoyed filling her salad bowl at the salad bar. Good job my daughter could use the order app. A bit too noisy and cramped for my liking, but I am an "older person" grrat for young families.

I was new here, I thought there will be delivery. Unfortunately there's no delivery by ordering online direct from pizzahut website. But, I cycled to get the order I given as I gave the promise that I'll be collecting up from there. Anyway.... it was nice experience though 😇

We came here for my little boys birthday. I am a student so wanted to take advantage of the 20% discount. Because we went for the meal deal they wouldn't let me use it which was disappointing. The chicken wings we ordered were very late, we had finished our pizza by the time they came. Manager said they would refund us for them... They never did. Overall it's ok. I just think it's really overpriced for what you get.

We had very bad experience, the waitress took our order and payment at same time no one came back waited for our our pizza for over one and half hour that was on calling the waitress who took our order and came with wrong pizza told her we ordered vegetarian one but she blamed the young children they wanted this. The pizza was cold and horrible it was unusual to take payment before hand when payment is always done after people have had their food never gonna go back to this place. Same experience happened in York pizza hut no apology or anything bad management sorry to say 😭☹️

Not a great place to visit, employees there let walk ins wait for minutes without acknowledgement. We were assigned a seat, which was not clean. Passing food over my children's head. Food was great. Needs some improvement.

It was pretty standard. Had much better takeaways, the place needed a good clean and none of the staff were wearing a face mask. I noticed the prices have gone up so no longer good value for money. Sadly.

It was good! Went at about midday for the pizza buffet but now you order from your table through the app and pay before you eat. Buffet price was reasonable. Dessert prices were high. The food came in good time and was nice and hot. The deep pan pizza wasn't cut into pieces but the thin ones were. Restaurant looked nice and the staff were polite and friendly and offered to get the next pizza going while you received your first pizza allowing minimal wait between portions. Food was nice but there were only a small range of pizza selections on the buffet. Dessert did taste good aswell as I had the hot brownie and ice cream. ~ Overall, I enjoyed my experience there but the small list of buffet options do not make me want to come back anytime soon ~

The whole personal experience has gone down in my estimation. Ordering from your mobile device is just a sheer distraction and can take a while to get going, especiallyif you have a larger group. I have seen on occasions the frustration on people's faces. This just causes delays and takes away the fun ... also why would you want to tip when you have to do everything yourself. Better off getting a pizza delivery from your local

This was the worst dining experience in my life, this isn't a joke- I had a better time when I had to share my stale ham sandwich with a stray dog. We arrived and straight away we got told to order on the website which wasn't a problem but they made us pay up front.. INCLUDING how much we wanted to tip them. For a place called pizza hut, you'd hope their pizza was the best thing they sold- spoiler alert.. its not. I promise I will never eat at pizza hut again.

Took my son and his two friends for a birthday tea. We all really enjoyed it. The staff were lovely and made a fuss over my youngest child. One lady in particular who i think was a manager on the night was very helpful. Lovely food.

Nearly an hour waiting for food. Did even come over to apologise for the wait and how much longer it would be. The table next to us had left as we were getting there, and their table still wasn't cleaned as we were leaving. Had to get our own cutlery from an empty table nearby. Wasn't even busy to be honest. The food was good though.
