Amazing service from Jenna and the young man ( sorry I forgot your name ) had the mango frappe which was delicious and a beautiful banana bread slice. Service was friendly and we was made to feel very welcome. They helped.when we had issues with the app . It was very clean and smelt fresh when we arrived. They really are a credit to your company. Will definitely return very soon.. Best Costa by far A*******

We went Sunday 13th,the young lad was lovely and seemed to be doing all the work.The looks we received and attitude off the young girl was absolutely disgusting,she made it very obvious that she didn't want to be to there,i was very embarrassed how I was treated,but I wasn't the only customer to notice,not good on the company. Most of the tables were dirty and full of dishes,where we were sat we could see behind the counter,we left most of our food and drink , because after seeing terrible mess,it put us off,we understand a busy place can get messy,but this wasn't messy ,this was filth,plus it wasn't even busy. When spending £24 to leave isn't good,will definitely not return.

I have been coming here since it opened as i work on the retail park, but this place has recently gone down hill u have to wait so long to get some food the staff are extremely slow and extremely rude aswell as when u tell them how it is they don’t like it

Oven was broken so no warm food on last visit otherwise 5 ot of 5 normally I'm sure it'll be fixed the next time I go,nice friendly staff

Wanted a hot choc and a GF 🍪 cookie. Got the hot chic but nothing at all available for GF. Used bathroom and it was filthy. Won't be using this place again.

Great coffee from Costa as always. This branch was a particularly good experience after being out with the kids due to Safiyyah's excellent customer service and friendly manner- thank you.

The coffee at Costa is always good but always priced with people who have more money than sense in mind - that's why normal people like me only go there occasionally as a special treat. I also had a slice of lemon and blueberry ripple cake, which was almost to die for (and at nearly 600 calories per slice, it actually might kill you, but you'd die fairly happy 😊). But just like the coffee, it's damnebly expensive. I might be being unfair, only giving 3 stars for the service. The lad doing the service did an admirable and spot on accurate job, as well as being more polite than a servant on Downton. Trouble was that he was on his own, which obviously isn't his fault it's the fault of Costa. As for the atmosphere, this has to be the 2nd most uncomfortable Costa I have ever experienced - the most uncomfortable being the one in the Mall in Blackburn town centre.

Always clean and tidy, well stocked fridges and shelves with plenty of choice. Friendly and helpful staff, I visit lots of Costa coffee shops and TownsMoore Costa is definitely my favourite store.

Just qued for 15 minutes as needed a hot drink in this -6 weather and it’s absolutely stone cold Walked back to the car and took a sip of cold coffee!

Worst Costa cafe in Blackburn! Customer service is poor. A blonde barista with messy braids/extensions gave us nasty looks and she was so rude with us. My daughter was a bout to cry because of her attitude. Costa cafe should replace her!!. We come to your cafe to have a relaxed time not to be told of by baristas!!

This Costa is always a pleasure to visit. The staff, especially the manageress are polite and hard working and have a friendly attitude. We have observed the staff being extra kind to customers on several occasions and going above and beyond.

Very rude male member of staff , he rushed us and then didn't finish our order he went onto serve another customer I had to ask him for the rest of my order his attitude was shocking, he needs some training in customer service

Music is a bit too loud and my flat white was made with semi skimmed milk. Other than that, a nice cafe to relax after shopping.

I just love Costa. I love Costa coffee and Costa hot chocolate. So 5 stars from me as always!

Good customer service. Wide selection of cakes and biscuits. Nice quiet seating.

Just never enough staff. I usually come Friday lunch times and they’re can be a queue of 3-5 people at any time and they often only have one staff member serving. I’ve often been in when one person serving and the supervisor is doing something else non essential. It’s lunch time. Serve the customers

It’s a nice Little cafe situated among busy shopping outlets …. Mr.Junaid who works as a staff there is amazing …. He gives the best suggestion in case you got any trouble choosing among the menu … (I ordered the Black Forest hot chocolate ) cheers 👍🏻

Fabulous, asked if they had the vegan ham & cheese toastie & the manager (think her name was Carly) walked across the road in the snow to get me one (obviously I said don’t worry but she insisted☺️), the other store didn’t have one so she got me a vegan turkey one instead. Fab service & the other members of staff were absolutely lovely too. Thanks so much guys x
