Ordered the banoffee pie VIP milk shake as it looked amazing on the menu. At a cost of £5.95, I was expecting it to be served as it looked on the picture. As you can see it was nothing like that and clearly wasn't worth the price!

Food was decent. However staff are rude, particularly the one who looks like Fiona from Shrek with braces (Faika). She was fine when she took the order in the beginning. Later I politely asked her to add some more chocolate drizzle on the peanut butter waffle as the peanut butter was overpowering as there was a lot. Passively aggressively she added almost half the tub of Nutella onto the waffle as seen on the photo attached. I went to grab the menu and came back to her and her colleague giggling about how much Nutella she added to it on purpose. Had to leave the waffle in the end because it was inedible due to the the excessive chocolate. Train your staff better and if they don’t like the job, they should quit.

We ordered two different types of waffles and frero milk shake and I must say it was so delicious we absolutely loved it. My kids were so happy, their service was very quick as well. It was not too crowded which makes me little comfortable. 100% recommended it.

Very very poor standards of cleanliness. The food was of average quality. The tables were sticky with obvious stains of what looked like to be toffee or syrup stains, the menu had strawberry sauce stains, the floor was sticky and cutlery left under the tables. All the bowls used to serve ice-cream were chipped or broken. The list goes on and on. It was absolutely disgusting place to sit in. The staff had no care with the health and safety standards required especially in the times of the pandemic. To top it off the staff there clearly do not enjoy their job and the quality of service is atrocious, they all had faces like a slapped arse, until they decided to put the full bottle of Nutella sauce on the waffles when we asked for a little bit more sauce, that seemed to make them chuckle.

Went to kaspa's during the week in the evening. Was relatively quiet so didn't have to wait to be seated or have to wait to place order. There was no staff to see you upon arrival so we sat where ever, had to get the menus ourselves which looked like they hadn't been cleaned for a very long time. Once we placed the order the waiter didn't even bring the cutlery we had to get that ourselves. This place used to be good but not anymore the desserts feel cheap and rushed, staff ain't interested. Will not be coming back and wouldn't recommend anyone else to go either

The service was absolutely atrocious. We came and ordered and only a quarter of the dishes arrived. The children with us had to wait such a long time. Other customers who arrived after us received their orders whilst we were still waiting. I find this absolutely unacceptable and will not return to this establishment again

Staff r just rude for no reason. I went in today and the staff member there was not live love laughing and it showed. Kindness costs nothing. There was no need for the eye rolling. Shes literally brought out the inner karen in me. N the food is overpriced and not worth it. My milkshake wasnt blended properly and just tasted wrong. Just don't go.

For me it was overpriced just for ice cream. Portion sizes are fairly decent. The cheesecake and other cakes in the fridges had seen better days they was literally curling up at the edges!! Which is what I wanted so ended up having nothing. The kids enjoyed theirs

I order crepe strawberry butterscotch but I received waffle, when i call the lady said shi can’t see if is waffle or crepe 😂😂 soo I understand the sistem is very good guys 🤣🤣🤣 And i order one waffle strawberry shortcake and i add extra banana and crushed oreo , but I revived without banana and same crushed of white biscuit but not oreo , when i call the lady said I don’t have nothing extra on waffle and that whay I don’t have banana but I still don’t understand if I don’t have nothing extra how the crushed is on waffle and was same biscuit ciper not oreo …. They play all the time with the orders is not the farst time when i order something and I received something else. And the order was cold but this was the small problem ….. I don’t recommend tha teams don’t care about online order

me and my husband took the kids here to try it out.. not very good customer service , staff are not very friendly.. and it’s absolutely true they don’t even acknowledge your waiting to order! we ordered cookie dough and 2 waffles.. we had cookie dough and one waffle.. and the other waffle came 30mins later burnt and dry! we kindly requested could you make it again.. second time round was nothing different after all that my daughter didn’t get to eat her waffle! will not be going here ever again! waste of time and money! why do managers hire such inexperienced staff members ,definitely NOT a good look for their business.

Might not be the cheapest place around for desserts, but definitely one of the best cookie doughs I've had. Especially when you have places like creamz and marhaba around, trying to contest with one another to make the world's thinnest cookie dough...

Everytime used to go there,went there last night and very disappointed. Bought a coffee beans lover,always took a coffee beans although I have never ever seen coffee beans unlike others like scoop gelato.but yesterday the cup was nearly empty did have the biscuit nor the wafer.somebody among us took a scoop in a cone paid 2.75 n scoop was so small.will never ever go back.the value for money is not there.it just taking people money.

Let me be honest. Food/quality of food = scrumptious. Price for food = thieves. I understand that everything is going up these days, but the cookie dough wasn’t half of the size of the cardboard box, it arrived in. I opened it and just laughed. Day light robbery. Don’t bother. Or at least don’t bother with takeaway. Very rarely leave reviews at all, but I felt I had to this time.

Shame about this place as took our daughter as a special treat as she loves ice cream. Service was very poor. My waffle was missing a key ingredient (mochi ball) -we weren't told and it was just served. Had to get own cutlery and menus and just generally felt like we were an inconvenience to the staff, even though we were the only customers in the place.

Didn't really enjoyed it! Waited for nearly an hour for just 3 milkshakes and 3 waffles. Not pleased how it came, gives us ice cream when we didn't want any and at start they brought a sorta chocolate cake which wasn't ours.

First time ever visiting Kaspas Blackburn. No concept of customer service. No explanation on procedure including finding your own cutlery. Substandard food. Nothing like the fake photo menu provided.They should give it up and restart again. I wouldn’t set foot in that place ever again. Doesn’t even deserve the one star given to be able to write this review. Never known any place so disengaged with their customers in my life. Terrible.

Worst staff at any place I've been too. Looking like they have no clue what to do and take over 15 minutes just to make a milkshake. Bad attitudes from all staff and they take forever to get anything done. Has the potential to be a really good place with the right workers. A shame for the owners. Your staff are destroying your business

First things first I’m a realist. I went to order a couple of desserts and I ended up meeting all the staff and their family members. It took 23 of them to bring my dessert to the table. One held the plate, one held the spoon and the other brought the custard half an hour later. The staff didn’t speak a single word when coming to the table, felt like I was watching a bunch of mime artists. My dads peanutbutter stack was no longer a stack and was hanging off the plate. They laid the strawberries in a 5-3-2 formation. Each dessert came half an hour after the previous one. Cba explaining the rest of jeez

On this Father's Day, I paid a visit. The quality of food/service here has definitely declined. Eleven people in total went with me. We simultaneously placed our orders. The initial order was fulfilled swiftly, but subsequent orders took much longer. The family was all set to leave by the time I got my drink. The children were getting restless because they had finished their desserts before the grownups. The cashier appeared to be under duress as orders were confused. There will be no further visits from me or my relatives. Unfortunately, this location is no longer the same as it once was.

Possibly the worst dessert shop in the world. We ordered a sundae, a sorbet and a cookie dough. We received the sorbet first after waiting for 20 minutes... with no spoon. It had melted by the time he gave it to us so realistically we could have just drank it. Another 20 mins later they brought the sundae, which looked like it had been thrown onto the plate by a 5 year old. Again, no spoons. It also tasted horrible. We waited a further 25 minutes and then went to ask where the cookie dough was. We were told they forgot to make it, but it'll just be 5 minutes. 10 minutes later, we still hadn't been served, so we left. There wasn't so much as an apology given to us after we wasted our time and money there.

Where do I start the worst dessert place I've ever been too. The place seemed like it has not been cleaned for a while. The seating area was dirty. The cutlery again was cleaned and dryed properly. Placed the order 2 kids 2 adults, the American waffle came about 20 mins. 30 mins later, still the remainder of the order has not arrived. Just before we were leaving, the rest turned up. Even then, they forgot the hot chocolate. They did make it we when we quizzed them. That was the most horrible hot chocolate I ever had. Only decent thing they was the chocolate fudge Sunday.

Last night on father's day we deside to go for family desert night .1 ordered one cookidaugh for £8.45and it was proper raw daugh.and my child's waffle £8.45 was cold too. Its like it was made in advance. I complain about cookidaugh they said they put in Owen for 3 minits. I didn't wanted to know how long they use Owen. And then she said we change butter and other ingredients. Honestly you can't change ingredients. Now I feel sick.tummy upset.never go there again.

Absolutely shocking experience. Ordered food to take out. We ordered a crepe and cookie dough. Firstly it took over 10 minutes just to order. The staff team decided to not acknowledge us when we stood waiting to be served. They then said it would be a 10 minute for the food wait which it definitely wasn’t. The food took over 40 minutes. As there had been such a delay receiving the food, my crepe was cold and completely inedible. The strawberries on my crepe were not fresh and tasted days old. The cookie dough was warm but was doused in chocolate to the point where it turned mushy. So disheartening as we travelled from 30 mins away to have it. By the time I sat to eat my dessert the store had closed so I couldn’t even go in and speak to them. We have had it in the past and there were no complains. An incompetent staff team has led to awful customer service and experience, I will not be visiting any kaspas stores again. A waste of time and money may as well have made it myself.
