Very poor. Honest review not giving a review for the sake of it Had a group of 9 including an elderly individual They shared the food would take 20mins Waited for up to 90mins Rude waiter young lad not wasn't very presentable either We were polite to them and asked how long it would be. Temperaments varied as attitudes were shown by the staff First tawa came and was cold and food was not very nice the chops were not very warm and wings were also cold the curries were not all that flavoursome this maybe due to rushing because of complaint or the quality was just not good enough There was a further wait for the other tawa and as we were hungry we had what we could from the first tawa and cancelled the other I understand they had maybe less staff but treating customers rudely and also delaying for over an hour is not nice also was very disrespectful Should be considerate towards the customer and understand that they may cause an inconvenience to those who come to enjoy themselves and have a nice meal and also like many if they can't handle it let the customers know and inform them they will be at least an hour or so It shouldn't be that customers that complain are treated badly because the owners feel as though the customers only complain for free food We paid his requested money and he also said of 47 pound hel charge 45 very generous

UPDATE from 4 stars to 2 stars May 2022: No offence but that young lad get him off the phone. For his own good. No courtesy that means no please and thank you. Once I can let him off maybe he's having a bad day. He's as miserable as making contact with a funeral service Av told him I find him rude no manners bt it seems to me like he's not too bothered or does this place no longer care for their customers; it's not just me their are others who have had a similar experience going off the review. Meanwhile, its not like the portions aren't getting any smaller by the order. Sorry but you will not take my custom for granted. Time to look elsewhere. END OF UPDATE. Local for over 15-20 years. Spoke to the owner with respect to lunchtime hours during this last week. Said the chef who he employs his wife died so currently cannot commit to lunch time hours but otherwise may commit again in the future. Opens at 5pm, as usual Tues-Sun. No I'm not on commission unfortunately 😕

Ordered on phone was told half an hour collection got there and made me wait another 30 minutes on arrival. I saw him filling my take away box with one spoonful of meat and 7 spoonful's of the sauce. I asked him if he's put enough meat in and he said he put loads in how much more do I want. Got home and all I could taste was the canned tomato's. This place is getting worse and worse unfortunately.

Place doesn't look fancy but the mixed grill was 👌 was fully HMC certified at the time of dining. Also has pardah available upstairs.

Ok now this place is good for its food and the consistency at which they produce it. The reason I have given it 3 stars is because of the lack of customer service skills they possess, definitely lacking the the taste of Indian Call centres! I’ve had one guy cut me off part way through an order and here’s the funny bit apparently this is a regular thing according to the locals. Secondly this place is pricy, and keeps on getting pricier by the year, they know they have good food and the customers keep on coming back, but if they continue with this it may lead to a downturn. I for one order very irregular now

Enjoy the food Looks can be deceptive from the outside you may not be inclined to go here Once you are inside the platter it is also possible to eat inside as it has tables available upstairs

I’m a regular customer for this takeaway. I have noticed that this takeaway has increased its price significantly over the past few months which we don’t mine paying unless they make good food , however the takeaway has become very stingy with their portions , I ordered a king prawn curry and there was only 3 prawns in a large potion . The taste of the food has also severely decreased . A small dish of just chicken tikka pieces is for £6.50 . The rotis were also stale and very hard , like cardboard . I’ve been having it for many years and now The quality of food is going worse over time . I have put this review down as I was a regular customer and now I’m not happy with their service. Guys please avoid at your own cost.

Honestly was recommend this place but that cheff cannot be an authentic Indian cook because the food was absolutely s***, 2 different curry's which tasted exactly the same and it was that mild, I could say I was having plain yoghurt. Did initially say spicy but naa, cheff cannot be a cheff if he can't cook food, was horrible.

Where do I begin, this place is now absolutely atrocious. The wait time between the starters and mains we're an hour and there we're only 6 other people dining at the same time as me. The full chicken that I ordered came back raw. When the waiter was informed about this, he came back 15 minutes later with the full chicken now turned into half a chicken and completely burnt. The breast peices of the chicken we're removed and only the chicken legs turned up. The chips I ordered came right at the start when I placed the order and between the arrival of the chips to when the lamb karahi arrived the chips we're completely cold. The lamb karahi itself tasted like a dolmio sauce with lamb pieces mixed inside. When the head chef was informed of the experience, from the bill he gave a £1 discount. Never would I recommend this place to anyone.
