Proper juicy and tender kebabs. I ordered the special mix 2. Brilliant service (particularly from Zafar Iqbal). Great value for money and I’m already looking forward to the next visit!

Faulty-less , fresh , flavoured meats. To be fair is place has got it right! The food is very good and comes out fast, the guys are friendly. Look at the whole area behind…. It’s spotless and very clean. The upstairs are plenty full and Abel to seat a few family’s. The Kobeda I think is the best I’ve had in the uk… honestly as I’ve eat loads of them all over the uk. Top marks

Recommended by a friend and I cannot fault this place at all. Meat was flavourful and had a great charcoal flavour. Naan bread were made fresh and the sauces are great as well. Great value for money and big portions.

Very tasty kobeda kebab's. Service was pretty quick. The eat in experience is slightly odd. Tables need cleaning more frequently. Worth coming down for the kebab's

Firstly I’ve got to say it was a very clean place including the bathroom which normally in other places is wet and/or smelly. Food is really good. Kebabs, lamb, shish tikka, kobeda and the chicken was all well cooked but not overly so which then makes them dried out. The BBQ Chicken is something which I’ve always found to be dry since people tend to overcook it but here it was so juicy, tender and had a great flavour. The Burgers are good too. The Naan is really good. Chips is ok but not the best. And the rice portion I found to be less. When ordering the BBQ chicken with rice, I had expected that the chicken would be served on top of the rice so that the chicken juice and flavour would be mixed with the rice just as the other meats are served on top of the naan. However this is not the case and the rice is served separately. Overall this place is recommended and you would not be disappointed. P.S. Thought I’ll add a few pics of the menu since the prices have changed a little and the old ones are still shown.

Recently, I had the opportunity to order a takeaway from Charcoal Cuisine, and I must say, it was a delightful experience from start to finish. The restaurant's commitment to using fresh ingredients was evident even in their takeaway offerings. The kebabs I ordered were nothing short of delicious. The generous portions of chicken and lamb in each kebab were cooked to perfection, resulting in tender and flavorful meat. The freshness of the ingredients truly shone through, adding an extra layer of satisfaction to every bite. One aspect that particularly impressed me was the size of the nan breads that accompanied the kebabs. Despite being a takeaway, the nan breads were still substantial and of excellent quality. They provided the perfect base for enjoying the succulent kebabs, and their large size ensured that each bite was filled with a delightful combination of flavors. Compared to my previous takeaway experience from Charcoal Cuisine, this time was even better. The flavors seemed to be more refined, and the overall quality of the food was outstanding. It was evident that the restaurant pays great attention to detail, even in their takeaway offerings, ensuring that customers can enjoy a restaurant-quality meal in the comfort of their own homes. While it's worth mentioning that Charcoal Cuisine's prices are slightly higher compared to other takeaway options, I firmly believe that the taste and overall experience justify the cost. The quality ingredients, the skillful preparation, and the robust flavors make it a worthwhile investment. In conclusion, if you're craving delicious and filling kebabs for a takeaway meal, I highly recommend Charcoal Cuisine. Their commitment to using fresh ingredients and their dedication to flavor and quality shine through in every bite. Despite the slightly higher price point, the fantastic taste and overall experience make it a standout choice for a memorable and satisfying takeaway meal

Unfortunately it's not been a pleasant experience after ordering food from here. Upon entry just before 9pm, one of the Cook's said to me "could you order quickly as we close soon" in a foreign language which I thought was rude but the shop wasn't due to close for another hour or two but he seemed stressed and was wiping his sweat with the hand he was preparing the naan bread with. The guy served me kept on saying "Mama Jaan", not sure what that means. He carries on talking without listening to others. He was very rude to his staff as he kept on repeating himself. I ordered a kobeda kebab, chicken with chips, lamb chops on naan, extra naan bread and drinks which all came to around £25. The best bits of meal were the lamb chops, kobeda, chips, salad, sauces and drinks but the chicken was dry and the naan bread was undercooked and doughy. This meal was for a family of four as I thought I'd treat them after a long day at work so you can understand why I'm posting this review. I've struggled to sleep most of the night. I don't think I'll be ordering again and giving hard earned money to them but not sure why they don't accept cash as this establishment is busy enough.

Lovely people Good hearty food Fast service Lovely sauces. Come all the way especially for the yellow and red sauce. Lovely Can only say could do with a bigger place. Feels very intimidating sitting around so many people so close together in a very small room. Feel like no privacy and that’s the only reason I hesitate to go there often. But love the food and the service provided by the people there.

Wonderful little place in dreary Blackburn! Liked it so much had to go again especially for this place. Excellent seating for families. Very clean, private, aesthetic. Small room for prayers, good parking facilities opposite. Food was v tasty and reasonably priced, hope they don't increase! And they had the one thing which makes every takeaway standout...good quality sauces, plenty of bottles, and take as much as you wish. If I'm in the area, definitely going again.

This place has become very disorganised they can’t get the orders right. One one occasion they forgot 1 item and this after an hour’s wait! 1 person was left without a meal. Called in and they said if you order next time they’ll not only give us the item they’ll give one more for free. Fast forward to my next order… they couldn’t recall the conversation! But, they did discount for what they forgot. This time they almost forgot an item they got most of my order ready but was waiting on 1 item so my order sat on the counter for around 10-15 mins, needless to say everything but that last item was cold when I got home and had to be reheated. Have a look at the lamb shish below to see what passes here…. Think I’ll stick to Al Quds from now on.

Really great experience. Food was fantastic. The chicken and Kobeda mix was amazing, especially the Kobeda which was the best one I've had so far. The shish on rice was alway really tasty and well cooked and not overly done. Plenty of seating upstairs and hygiene was very good. Definitely recommend this place.

Very busy on Saturday at around 7ish in the evening. The seating area was busy and the wait for takeaway order or dining was around 45 mins wait. As I had already eaten from here before I was not surprised. The menu is appropriately prices and the portions don't disappoint either. Taste of all the items on the menu...😋😋😘

Best kobeda I've had, even better than the greats in Manchester. Also the inside of the takeway is absolutely spotless. The lads take great care of hygiene and literally be wiping the place down after each order. Can't wait to go back for more!

The food is very delicious and although after waiting 45mins to eat in I was very disappointed with the lamb chops ..where did the meat disappear to?? We were served little meat on the bone with the meat carved off.. I was so embarrassed thought they were having a laugh

The grilled kobedas are some of the best I’ve tried locally. Well spiced, herby and succulent and always fresh. Huge respect for all the staff who go out there way to make sure you welcomed and treated well. Will forever be a food haunt when I’m local and need a Kobeda. Absolute quality
