Service was fast even though it was busy, gloves changed for vegan and vegetarian customers, polite staff and good quality food

I go to this place a lot . Very Nice services . GAZ always make my order very Delicious Chicken Tikka 👌🏻 with Italian Herbs and Cheese Bread 🥖 👍🏻

Not bad for a pit stop if you're shopping about in the mall. Availability was a shame being out of stock on the hearty Italian bread. Also when asking the staff which salad would they recommend with my sandwich order, as I rarely go to subway, they were no help at all and just stood there waiting for me to select at random. The food was okay though, good for a quick lunch of you're on the go.

I used to go to this place a lot as well as other outlets. They stopped doing breakfasts, which I thought were reasonable, and value for money. There lunch menus were okay with a nice variety but then God knows what happened, they when nuts and ruined their business. No breakfasts and big price hikes, still selling the same menu bar breakfasts. So as I consider myself a Joe Blogs sort of guy, I stopped going in,and went to Greg's. It's a shame as the place is pleasant, staff are nice but they've priced themselves out my pockets

Seeved by a young woman who appeared very much like she was still recovering from the night before. That said she did nothing wrong and was in fact one of the best subway servers I have ever experienced.

Only one staff member working on main food area so wait time was slightly longer than usual. Staff member was polite & friendly. Great choice of bread,meat,salad and sauces. My sandwiches was extremely good made exactly how I asked/like.

i love my tuna cheese toasted sub, classic and the crow i fed some to loved it also however they do seem to be out of hearty italian bread a lot...

No draught drinks on and this has to be the coldest subway I've ever been in its absolutely freezing!!!!

I called in the other day, the place was filthy with food all over the floor. All the tables were dirty with food and spilled drinks. I could have understood it if it had been busy, but it was pretty quiet. Not a pleasant experience at all.

Had a cheese and ham toasted sub with lettuce and peppers, enjoyed it. Had a hot chocolate but it tasted weaker than normal.

A decent experience had as a first time visiting this particular store. We had a footlong steak and cheese. Was prepared and filled as requested. The table we sat at required cleaning. When I asked the staff member if they could clean it before we ate, they promptly cleaned up the table. Great tasting food. All staff were polite and friendly. I would recommend on this basis.

I think they could have chose a better location than near the entrance of the town centre doors. I've sat there many times with my young daughters feeling cold during the winter months but now we just keep our jackets on zipped up. Also the staff could serve their customers with a bit of a smile.why do they always look so miserable?
