Got the wrong pizza than ordered. Terrible service and when I wrote about this, I was offered 25% off a £25 spend! Which was an insult as their standard offers are better than this. Overall its overpriced, taste is ok and realistically not worth the money you give. Definitely not recommend.

I regularly order pizza from Blackburn Dominos but recently they have become extremely slow and the quality of pizza is getting worse! this time my cheeseburger pizza had no sauce, only a few cucumber pickle and the texas bbq was as shown in the picture. I initially thought the crust on almost half of the pizza was eaten but realised that half was burnt and they just took it off and delivered it, I called the restaurant the manager was very rude, in rush and said OK i will deliver another one! this was at 8:20 PM and now it is 10pm but no sign of my pizza!!! never going back again!

So i have ordered from blackburn dominos few times in past and every time the issue i had was the quality of pizzas. They stuff your pizzas with veggies and no chicken. I hardly see any crust and it’s always full of tomato sauce. I have attached 2 photos and this happened last night. As usual no crust and full of tomato sauce and so manu bubbles. I have worked at dominos myself in chorley and i can say that dominos take quality of their pizzas very seriously but i will never understand the management at this store that how could they let pass these pizzas through quality check and to customer’s door? I was offered another pizza but i declined because it ruined the night already so what’s the point. I would definitely not recommend this place but will be eating dominos from else where.

Very Poor Service. Ordered 2 pizzas to find one burnt to a crisp. The best bit and which I found to be unbelievable was the cheeky young girl serving having the Gaul to ask would I like my change back!!?. my response being why wouldn’t I.

I ordered my pizza with burger sauce, it’s turned up without the sauce on so I rang them up (especially when you pay extra for it to be added on). The man on the phone was nice but asked what I wanted to do about it. He spoke to his manager who has said they would send out another but to give the old back and to stop eating it. This isn’t a problem as I haven’t touched it but you don’t even get that at McDonald’s or KFC which is half the price. You’d think covid doesn’t exist? The pizza looked as if it’s been in the oven for 10 seconds too. My new pizza came and it seems that because I rang up and complained, they have put hardly anything on it to get back at me for it. Either that or they must be rationing. I always seem to have a problem when ordering at this dominos. And it seems looking at the reviews everyone else is having the same problem. The extra star is for the man who was on the phone but I hope they get better management than the one they have now who wants to save the pizza they made wrong for me for his dinner tomorrow.

The pizza was disgusting, it wasn’t cut properly. It was cold and had no cheese on it. I asked for my money back instead they said you can come in and get another one but I waited so long for my food. Disgusting people

Absolutely shocking. Paid £38.99 for a pizza, chicken and chips. It arrived, an hour later battered to death. The pizza, that should have been large, was small. Barley a 9 inch pizza. 5 chicken nuggets, and a handful of wedges, for almost forty quid! We expected and were led to believe they would be large portions, was barley enough to feed 2. Called the restaurant who offered to remake and send fresh food, but was not prepared to wait another hour. Absolutely disgusted, steer well clear.

Booked to collect, arrived early. Ready 10 mins after booking time. I enjoyed my pizza unfortunately my wife complained her pepperoni pizza was salty. So unfortunately will not go again.

Food came piping hot and within half an hour. I rang to check it was coming because the app said it had been delivered and the gentleman on the phone answered straight away to assure me it was still coming. No complaints here 👍

Really good, enjoyed the Meater and Texas BBQ on there Tuesday deal. The Texas BBQ was my favourite which surprised me. Didn't wait to long, and the food was much hotter driving it home ourselves rather than having a delivery service pick it up. Only complaint is the cost. Even on a deal its not cheap.

It really has been a shocking experience from start to finish. I ordered a few pizzas, both shocking, undercooked & floppy. One had veggies on there that didn’t even look like they’d been cut up, spending all this money for shocking quality. I’ve complained, their head office doesn’t seem to know what’s going on. They’ve finally offered “£20 as good will” so I’ve tried ordering a pizza, now there’s a minimum fee on the delivery & using the code takes it below the delivery amount. Like pulling teeth using Dominos. Avoid.

My food last night from here has given me food poisoning. I’m so ill and have been violently vomiting all night. The food tasted okay but within a couple of hours of eating it I started feeling really nauseous and that has progressed to vomiting and diarrhoea. I’ve had to take the day off work because I’m so ill- do not order from here!!!

Waited a good 50 minutes (which is longer than usual for dominos) to be delivered the wrong order . Driverodelivered our order first to another customer. Gave the wrong order back to driver and said he would get the correct order back…. Sounded like he was going back to the house delivered to get it ..which is laughable! Rung the store who confirmed wrong order was given and the previous customer wouldn’t hand the order back which is even more laughable that they went back to get our order that had been with someone else for 10 minutes prior to us … not acceptable!!. Waited for new delivery which took and while . Pizza was good but one of the sides was still wrong!

Possible the worst bbq base pizza I've ever had. The pizza was drowned In It.

Food is delicious and really fresh. On top of that I had some issues with obtaining receipt. Tok days for machine to get fixed. The tall lady was so kind and helpful. To the last minute she was doing everything to help me. She understood I needed it for my expenses. Thank you

Pizza was very under cooked and when we asked for a refund they said we would need to bring the pizza back ourselves and then they can process a refund! Ridiculous, would not recommend, rude and lazy is all I can say!

Ordered from here recently about 3 weeks ago on a Saturday evening and when I arrived the man told that the pizza was going to be another 10 minutes , I said it should have been 7:30 not rudely , he the. Said immediately that they were busy and didn't even apologise , the pizza had done and even though this man knew I was waiting he left the pizza on the side and didn't even called me over to the counter to collect it , after I got fed up of waiting ,I approached the counter and he then took the boxes and handed it to me with no thanks, awful service , wouldn't be going back there until management changes or something as this isn't the first time I've had poor service from here and also for a large pizza it seemed small, giving Domino's a really bad reputation.

Got the text to collect. Got there and they had 'lost' our order. Had to wait for them to remake it again. Got free cookies but would have preferred just to have the food when it was meant to be ready.
