Ordered 2 pizzas and fries to be delivered. The person who took the phone order said that we would be entitled to free delivery as the order was above ten pounds but the delivery driver asked for an extra 4 pounds! When I called back, they denied the offer was available for pick up and rudely asked for the food to be sent back if we didn’t want to pay an extra four pounds. We sent it back out of principle and hope they don’t sell them on to someone else. Shocking customer service and we won’t ever be ordering again.

The chicken karahi was too salty Also the service was very slow Tbh they should employ more staff for busy times However the cheese burgers well nice and mazahar give top service

Ordered a chicken curry and nan. Bought food home and hair was found. Absolutely disgusting. Called immediately. The response was 'oh'. Offered to make make another. No apology nothing. Then ordered 2 chicken burger and fries. Went to pickup and the fella had just prepared 2 burgers. Really poor.Doubt will be going again.

Awful. Just awful. Don't bother ordering from here or you will regret it. I used to give them the benefit of the doubt. But not anymore. The staff are rude especially the owner and staff from abroad dont even understand you due to language barrier and majority get your order completely wrong. I ordered last week and surprise surprise got it all wrong despite tellihng them 3 times to get it right. Food tasted awful, some burgers smelt. Had to complain and they kicked off with me. Never again. The place is dirty smelly disgusting. Am surprised the environmental food agency not closed the place down. Dont recommend this place to anyone.

Very good place with delicious food. They cook the food fresh as soon as you place an order. Whenever i have had a craving for a takeaway and didn't want to travel too far and i always go for naafiahs. All their food is amazing and is at a very reasonable price. The only downside is that the food portions are a bit smaller than if you were to get it in a different takeaway.

I have rang to order today first when I ordered he said £10large and regular £6 one dish of curry i said regular then he said no you said large I said no two regular and roti I asked for delivery he suddenly changed the price of curry he said £8 for regular and £11 for large I still ready to order I asked him to time line he said 45 minutes to 1hour I said sorry my husband won't wait that long he went to ask someone and he said we cook fresh I do understand that it takes time then he said no roti so same time I cancelled my order I said clearly my husband won't wait that long sorry I don't want to order I put down my phone after 1hour letter they sent food to my door first she said no 19 am sorry I said that's wrong it's 49 your order I said I cancelled she went but the man called me kn my phone and he starts arguing which is not my fault and he's blaming very disappointe with misunderstanding
