I placed an order for the first time at 7.30 pm and I was told it will take 1 hour for delivery as it didn't arrive I phoned at 8.30 pm and was told it will be delivered on 20 minutes I phoned again at 9.00 pm only to be told that the order wasn't even processed. I would never order anything again from this place and I wouldn't recommend anyone else ordering from here only to be disappointed

Poor data handling. Added all customers to a public WhatsApp group leaking all of our numbers and breaching GDPR. Was then asked to remove my details and yet I've had 4 messages off them this week. Will raise with ICO.

Ordered via Uber and it said it would be delivered in 30-40minutes. The time had gone by and was asked to call for a new time.The first call I was told the delivery driver didnot have the full address and been and gone whilst I had no missed calls. Rang again and the manager told me he was making it now and started shouting at me and blaming me it was delayed as I hadn’t given the full address. I find it strange as I use the uber app regularly and has my full address. Why did it take them an hour and half to tell me that? The order arrived 2 hours later, not worth the wait, Lalas on Whalley range offer similar food and a much better price. Didn’t even get an apology, very very poor service. I recommend customers to avoid this place like the plague

Ordered twice the men eater box. First time wasn't that bad because meat was cooked better second time meat was chewy like a rubber very unpleasant texture. In both cases my food was very very salty so its hard to feel other flavours I would add more salad to balance it or just less salt.. The Naan bread, salad was nice and cookie dough with ice cream. Unfortunately I won't order again as I prefer more quality food It would be nice to see more balanced seasoning and at lest some grilling signs on meat.

Ordered pizza with them waste of money no taste plus not cooked 😒

Order was missing parts, missing drinks, missing dips, rang the shop and was give “oh sorry boss we sort next time mate” Nah! I’m choking on the dry chicken, I need that drink now pal not next time! Poor do all round, would advise giving these guys a miss ✌🏻

Ordered 8.22pm and recieved the order at 10.43pm. Most food was cold, the other bits were lukewarm. Rang twice to get an update, first time they said between 20-30 mins, the second time they said its 5 minutes away. Me and my partner were ready to go to bed and they wouldn't let us cancel the order. We've used Meal Factory a few times now, we've had problems before with uncooked chicken which made my partner very sick, but we gave them the benefit of the doubt as previous orders were decent. However we will not be using these ever again. Disgusting.

Food was tasty would definitely go back. Excellent customer service can't really fault them

Ordered the Man Eater box..... supposed to be full of chicken and donner.... got one measly piece of chicken. Essentially a box of donner meat, chips and cheese for £20.... appalled.

Pathetic customer service, this new call system you have it’s worst service I’ve had, the people who operate the customer service line are rude and inconsiderate. You have a call centre operating away from the kitchen itself, so you have to call into kitchen to find out where food is, I had called 3 times for my delivery and the food did not arrive for over an hour and the manager could not get hold of delivery driver. Definitely would not recommend this takeaway to anyone!

Was informed food would be delivered in 60 mins, which was a long wait anyway, but chose to order. It only took a whole 2 hours to be delivered, after 2 phone calls, being told they were short on delivery staff and food will be delivered in 15 mins and then 5 mins!! Pizza base was so thick and dense it was almost undercooked, and the 'man box' was so dry. The only good thing about it was that it was piping hot! Really disappointed with the overall experience!

Tasty food with reasonable pricing and fantastic offers. Not only is the food affordable and enjoyable their offers are fast and furious being offered through social media, emails ect offering free food or huge discounts. My personal experience has been exceptional having been here multiple times before. I highly recommend the meal factory as a no1 takeaway in Blackburn.

Will highly recommend. Went there few times and the guys make food with full dedication for you. They treated with extra cold drinks as well. 👍🏻

Ordered tonight for myself and 2 boys with the 50% off BLACKFRIDAY offer and wasn't disappointed. Meal factory box, garlic bread and cheese, extra chips and a can of coke for £12.50 with delivery. Will order again 😁

Ordered the man eater which was really nice. However, I ordered the food online to be collected at 10.30. Arrived only to be told they had forgot my order. Had to wait 20 minutes. No apology offered. I had an issue with the website where it wouldn't allow me to arrange a collection due to an issue with the site. When I rang to place the order over the phone, the staff advised they could not price match the 40% discount online but they could only offer a maximum of 25% over the phone.

This is my first ever review i ordered the double deal 12" the calsone and other pizza had wrong sauce but soon as I rang up they was very polite and apologetic and even said they was certain they read the order back to me so it could of been my own fault they said don't worry about it enjoy the pizza and we will send you a fresh one which a lot won't anyway on to the food itself it was very tasty the dough of the pizza was nice and soft but with crispy base which was not over done and toppings where spot on chips was nice and crispy as i asked for 10/10 from livesey branch road thank you for the food will recommend to friends and family
