Cannot thank all of the staff at the Blackburn shop enough. All the staff are super friendly and properly spend time with you. Would like to say a huge thank you to Aimee in particular, for finding me the perfect watch and being so helpful, lovely and caring the first time I went in! Overall a wonderful experience and would recommend to anyone who wants quality service and quality jewellery.

I have just returned from visiting the Blackburn store and the level of customer service and attention to detail was second to none. Never have I felt that someone was more happy to be sharing in my good news than with Sharon earlier today. I 100% recommend Peter Jackson for any jewellery or watch purchases as you will receive far more than just a shopping experience.

It has only been a short few months since becoming a customer at this store and from day one all of the staff welcomed me with open arms. From the salesman James who sold me my first watch from the very store to the store Manager Sharon - their knowledge about their products is impeccable. Every time I visit I am remembered by name along with my partner which is something you don't come across these days and is really heart warming. There is nowhere else I would want to buy from to extend my collection other than this store for those reasons. Peter Jacksons truly have a customer for life. Thank you. I can't praise you all enough.

Brilliant service here. Not pushy but helpful. Talked about alternatives and gently enquired about the reason to help with decision. A good selection with a full range of prices. Would defo go again.

Ii had a new battery fitted in my watch at a cost of £25 with a 12 month warranty After a couple of months the watch stopped working so I returned to the Blackburn store to get a replacement under the warranty The sales assistant was very rude & abrupt almost arguing with me in the shop stating she had tested the battery & there was nothing wrong with it ! She said the only option was to have the watch serviced at a cost of £150 i left the shop quite upset. I have subsequently had the battery replaced at a independent jeweller's at a cost of £10 & had no further issues.

The staff in the Blackburn store are amazing. We visited several times before settling on a ring. This had to be ordered and came 3 months ahead of schedule. The quality and presentation is second to none. I have shopped at the other well known two in Blackburn but you feel special when you shop at the Peter Jackson Blackburn store. Thank you so much to all the staff I dealt with.

Can't recommend this place enough, came here to buy an engagement ring (which seemed a daunting task originally) Sharon and the team pulled out all the stops to make sure that not only was the ring tailor-made to how i wanted it but also made sure that it was delivered on time to the shop. I hadn't gave them much notice in all honesty and I wasn't to hopeful that the target date could've been met. 5 star review as it was a 5 star service from start to finish. Massively appreciated everything that was done and I will be returning for the wedding ring.

They are ripping people off. Few years ago I brought a diamond stone for £800 it’s only 0.33 ct then I took it to expert they said it’s glass then I rang Peter Jackson up for my money back he said no and thank you for ringing up then phone down

Excellent customer service experience! I bought a Tag Heuer watch for my husband for our 10 year wedding anniversary from the online store, the price was excellent and shipping super quickly, unfortunately when the watch came it had some marks. I emailed the customer service department and literally within minutes Danny called me back, apologised and arranged a brand new watch to be delivered (ordered from Tag) and collection of the one I had received. Honestly I can not fault the service I have received, within a few days we had the brand new watch and it’s perfect. My husband and I went in to the store on the 2md of September, we got served by the lovely Sharon who was absolutely amazing! Didn’t rush us and took her Time with explaining the diamond Cuts, we ended up purchasing 2 rings one of which had to get sent to be resized and the shipped out to me, a huge thank you to Gemma who called me to keep me updated with everything and thank you to Sharon… absolutely amazing! Will definitely be returning for more pieces
