Was
in
Harrogate
on
Friday
and
ordered
a
wedding
ring
with
my
fiancée
and
was
told
there
was
only
one
left
in
the
country
in
Chelmsford
at
size
P
and
as
we
live
in
Blackburn,
we
said
we
would
order
and
pick
up
there.
They
said
it
would
be
delivered
by
Tuesday
and
we
ordered
it
on
Friday
and
we
had
paid
a
deposit.
We
were
very
happy
and
loved
the
ring
and
thought
great
we
will
get
on
Tuesday.
Been
in
store
for
it
today
only
to
be
told
that
the
ring
has
been
discontinued
and
the
ring
we
had
ordered
has
been
cancelled.
The
customer
service
was
appalling
and
the
Assistant
Manager
Nicol
was
rude
at
times
and
didn't
apologise
at
all
and
just
said
it
happens.
We
then
asked
for
our
deposit
back
and
had
the
receipt,
only
to
be
told
that
on
the
system
the
ring
and
our
order
had
not
been
cancelled
by
head
office
therefore
we
could
not
have
a
refund
until
they
had
cancelled
it.
He
said
they
could
only
refund
us
if
we
had
brought
the
ring
back.
How
can
we
do
that
when
we
don't
have
the
ring
in
the
first
place.
It
was
really
stupid
and
disappointing.
No
money
off
or
other
choices
on
rings
for
the
same
price.
Still
trying
to
upsell
with
poor
service.
We
went
to
Peter
Jackson
and
got
cheaper
better
ring
with
really
nice
service.
