After
buying
my
fourth
pandora
ring
last
month,
unfortunately
one
of
the
stones
fell
out
of
my
£60
ring.
I
returned
to
Pandora
Blackburn
to
see
if
they
could
swap
it
for
me
and
the
girl
behind
the
counter
told
me
they
don't
have
any
in
stock
and
she
thought
it
had
been
discontinued.
She
offered
to
swap
the
ring
for
me
for
a
different
one
but
I'd
have
to
contribute
more
money
to
the
more
expensive
ring.
I
refused
and
she
told
me
to
check
again
in
two
weeks.
Two
weeks
later
I
return,
still
no
ring
in
stock.
I
asked
the
girl
behind
the
counter
if
she
could
check
stock
in
other
stores
online
or
if
she
could
call
another
store
for
me,
she
then
said
that
the
stores
aren't
connected
and
she
couldn't
possibly
contact
one
for
me
and
that
I
should
maybe
try
and
go
to
a
Manchester
store?!!
What?
To
go
all
that
way,
yet
another
wasted
journey
to
find
out
my
ring
isn't
in
stock?
Is
that
a
joke??
I
gave
up
with
the
Blackburn
store
and
decided
to
go
to
Preston,
the
girls
in
the
Preston
store
were
so
so
helpful,
such
amazing
service!
They
had
a
ring
in
stock
for
me
and
they
saved
it
for
me,
I'd
even
forgot
my
receipt
and
they
were
no
trouble
making
a
straight
swap.
Avoid
the
Blackburn
store
they
are
useless!!!
I'll
definitely
be
driving
the
few
extra
miles
to
Preston
for
the
service!
