Got my daughters ears pierced from here and the actual piercing sunk in to her ear and disappeared. We struggled but managed to get the stud out of her ear but this left her with a bleeding wound the size of the actual stud. We went to a proper piercers and they said the backs were on too tight and the other piercings she had were about to do the same. My daughter was upset as she now has to wait until the wound is healed and then get it repierced again. I don’t know if it will heal fully or leave a scar. It seems to be a very rookie mistake to make and clearly they don’t know what they are doing. I noticed he didn’t wear a mask or gloves at the time nor did they sterilise my daughters ears before piercing. He didn’t explain the procedure or wait until we were ready and just proceeded to pierce while we were there on the shop floor. I think they may use the same gun again on the next person as I saw him go pierce another girls ears straight after openly on the shop floor and I don’t see him swap guns or sterilise it beforehand. There was no private room or paperwork. This means there’s a greater risk of infection as they are not following the basic hygiene measures I have seen other piercing places do. I won’t be going there again as they clearly don’t care about their customers enough to mitigate the risks and it’s all about making a quick buck.

Went to get my 1 yr old's ears pierced. This guy is very unprofessional. He gave my wife a black marker to mark where we want it pierced. When he did the piercing both ears were uneven. He was more bothered about the other customers and was rushing to complete the job. I will have to take the studs out and re do them again professionally. please do not go to him.

Such a rude owner, no covid safety, from reading the reviews and the response from the owner I knew I couldn’t come here. So instead I’m off to another store with proper care and a more hygienic space.

sorry I don't know why today is close some friendly recommending me. I was travelling Manchester to Blackburn but unfortunately the shop is close. Please let me know when will open because I think we will travelling before Ramadan Eid !!

Avoid Avoid Avoid Terrible workers and terrible products, would recommend anybody to completely avoid this store at any cost. I made the mistake of not checking the reviews prior to visiting this shocking establishment, if I had done I would have been aware of the appalling attitude of the uneducated owner and workers. I have since been visiting amin jewellers (the establishment next door which I may add was open prior to Punjab moving next to it) and the service, products and atmosphere is ideal for a prospecting customer. I would never say a bad word about anyone but these uneducated people have too much pride for people that have nothing to be proud about.

This has got to be the worst jewellers I have been to. My sister and wife were uncomfortable in the presence of the owner and his son, who seemed more interested in flirting than customer service. Avoid this shop at all costs!

Regarding the ear piercing comments from the other customer, I have also had a similar experience and ended up taking my daughter to the doctors and then to another ear piercing place, due to some inflammation around the ear. Also, not wearing a mask and piercing ears is not ideal, I would have complained there and then but the whole thing was rushed. I won't be returning to your shop, sorry.

I have been in the shop twice now and despite my best efforts to get the attention of the staff I was pretty much ignored. I won't be returning. Reading the previous responses from the owners I can say this validates my experience of the staff behaviours. To improve you first need to accept that customer opinions matter and that something indeed maybe needs to be improved.

Excellent service

In recent weeks we have returned to Punjab Jewellers twice because of their customer service, professionalism and honesty. Very polite staff who do not push you into buying anything and they take their time in showing you various items so you can make a better decision (mind you we went in at near closing time on the first visit, but still very professional, when others try and push you out!). We would highly recommend Punjab Jewellers for the above reasons as well as their fair pricing. Thank you for the excellent gifts we purchased and also well worth the travel from Preston to Blackburn. Hope to make further purchases in the near future.

The young man Bilal was good and offered help, but the older man who I assume is the owner of the store, was not good and appeared more interested in chatting to younger female customers, which unsettled me; and the jewellery is too expensive, next time I will be shopping for Jewellery next door.

One of the best Gold specialist shops I've ever been too! The owner is so bubbly chirpy & his sons are just the most respectful & helpful. Honestly feel like they are my own siblings when they serve me each time especially Bilal, my absolute Fav bro. They give outstanding, unbeatable best prices. Slightly sleazy staff. I think I have to agree with the many other posts about the same thing. We can't all be wrong can we?! Avoid this shop and I'd recomment the jewellers next door.

Friendly staff,would go there again

My experience here was amazing. I didn't have to wait at all and the workers were very polite and guided us through the whole process. The actual piercing didn't hurt at all and was very easy. And this was all for the cheap price of £10. It was absolutely amazing and I absolutely recommend.

I have been dealing with Bilal for several years now. The service here is always impeccable, with multiple designs and a wide range of gold jewellery including bangles, necklaces, earnings and much more. The shop itself is located in the heart of Whalley Range, and the environment is always clean and friendly. The prices are always fair and the worksman ship is unique and trustworthy.
